Staff were great helping the children and spurring them on with the ski lesson, went to the winter wonderland too the day before and kids loved it as well as us, was a great original show and think it was well worth the visit

Had a great time here. Did level 1 skiing, our instructor was Will and he was very professional, friendly and patient. Waited for my son who was struggling with the rope, that takes you to the higher levels, and let him try until he got the hang of it. Encouraged him and myself to carry on when we wasn't sure we wanted to. The place itself is lovely, clean and plenty of hand sanitizer around to use. My son and partner tried the climbing and enjoyed themselves. There was a safety video first so they knew what to do. Had a Starbucks while we were here, food, drink and staff lovely. Will hopefully return to do level 2 skiing or maybe try the ice skating.

Lots of different activities (skiing, ice skating, swimming...). Can be quite expensive. Ski slope only suitable for beginners. Experienced skiers may get a little bored.

Kids loved playing in the snow at Christmas. The snowplay area was fairly small but still fun for adults and kids. Easy to get your legs taken out at the bottom of the hill!

But icey after a couple if hours. Kit ok. Comfortable boots. Good mix of skiers and boarders.

Would give no stars if possible, the staff members are the most vile I've ever come across. We visited the snowdome tonight to celebrate one of my mates birthdays. We were laughing and having a good time, timing each others lap times around the fast lane. Suddenly we get approached by a member of staff (no idea the name) accusing us of harassment to another member of staff. When we questioned him to the claims which physically made me(and the others sick) he basically told us to shut up and laughed at us. I strongly believe we were targeted tonight as we were a group of young lads. DO NOT VISIT THE SNOWDOME!!!1

Went to watch my daughter. Who was having a skiing lesson.i went prepared for the cold. Gloves and hat and winter clothes.as I looked up the ski dome on there website. There is a viewing balcony at the bottom of the slope. If you don t like More

Went with BNDS (look it up) for Nordic Skiing. Good facilities, decent snow well enough maintained.

Went yesterday with my granddaughter and her friend ages 12 and13 they had skiing tuition with Holly and it was amazing they reached to level 3 in the 3 hours.they both loved it we will be going back glenda

Learn to ski and ice skate.... There are things to do like indoor climbing and gym but snow and ice anytime of the year. Fantastic

Needs to have more offers like the others. Ice rink is a good laugh though.

there is no where else in Tamworth that you can have so much fun it is real cool very good intertaneng for everyone adults and children brilliant

This is my second home! Gym, fitness classes and swimming lessons for my children! My daughter loves the climbing wall and Winter Wonderland at Christmas is a great family festive outing!

I'm just letting people know that I had a fantastic time, when I went swimming here the staff where very helpful to me and the disabled facilities were great and it was all wheelchair accessible... And also the pool was lovely and warm but bear in mind it is freezing when you get out of the pool you soon want to dive into the showers to warm up lol

Fantastic place, staff are friendly, the parking is now great and there's plenty to do. Lots of offers too if you sign up to the mailing list. We go mainly for the tobboganing but we have tried everything apart from the wall climbing and everything has been great fun.

Needs upgrading, can't cope with so many people during peak times, also carpark is too small.

Temp check on arrival and mask must be worn so good on the covid front. All one way too. We went swimming, it was a reduced capacity and it was clean. No complaints.

The staff were kind and approachable, helpful. It seemed very well organised which some places arent. The snow play was fun, would have been nice to have snow that was so compact and dirty so perhaps add some more. I did think there would More

I've had 2 skiing lessons there now, both 3 hour and enjoyed every minute of them. Instructors are knowledgeable and actually take an interest in your progression. Would definitely recommend.
Learn to ski in a day might be a bit much because it does take its toll but 2/3 hour is perfect IMO.

Awsome place to go, loads to do. Make sure you book your activities in advance

Two hours skiing was excellent-staff helpful
. Pub was comfortable after and the food was good quality and reasonably priced. Staff informed us to select our own cutlery. Good service

Went for winter wonderland which was enjoyable albeit a bit expensive.

Big centre with loads of facilities including skiing, snowboarding, sledging, ice skating, swimming and a gym. Also has a place to get food and drinks. Can be a bit difficult to know where to go at times but staff are friendly and helpful.

Fantastic place for the kids to learn to ski. They did fast track level 1 and 2 on consecutive Sundays and are now full of confidence.

Easy to get to, easy to park and mostly not too icy! Ok, it's hardly a mountain and not exactly a long run, but helps scratch the itch and the trainers for the kids are great there. My two learned the from zero to red runs (5 and 6 now). I'm there regularly and enjoy it every time.

Was a great day out. Some parts are a bit dated but all in we really enjoyed it

Learn to ski here, come quite often to the ski slope. Very clean and the staff are very friendly.

Fantastic place. Something to do for all the family.

We have been here a few times now & have thoroughly enjoyed every visit. There's so much to do here & the restaurant too is really good, food is good quality however I do feel it's fairly overpriced. The party packages however are very reasonably priced but feel the party rooms could do with a bit of a face lift. All in all its a great place to bring the family for a lovely day out.

Snow dome is ok for lessons, however probably not great for anything more than a novice.

Swimming pool is ok, changing rooms are grubby with small lockers and insufficient space/cubicles for changing. Needs a complete refurb.

Expensive and probably not worth it, unless you re really stuck for something to do.

Brilliant , what a great day. Kids loved it. Great day out. Instruction as to how the system works could be better ...but super time, thank you . Loved it!

I'm in my late 30s and I hadn't skied for about 15 years. My wife got us a 2 hour group beginner lesson as she never had. Within 15 mins I was back to parallel turning and would have been confident on a blue or red run. My instructor got me checked by another tutor running an intermediate lesson for safety and then I was free to go off on my own. Great fun and well worth refreshing what I learned earlier in life.

My wife got used to skies and managed a controlled few "snow ploughs" down about 15m of the slope. The only problem with the group lesson was that we had a couple of very large, unfit middle aged ladies just having a go and not taking it seriously. There were kids and teens with us who were far better behaved. Luck of the draw I guess, but the instructor did do his best for the rest of us.

It isn't a cheap activity but it wasn't at all crowded (and that was a weekday in the summer holidays) and when you see what goes into making the slope work it kind of justifies the cost. It takes a while to get signed in and fitted out so do head the advice to be there half an hour early if you do go.

Wrap up warm of your tobogganing! My boys 12 and 8 enjoyed the climbing. Very safety/covid aware too. Worth a visit

Fun place, loads of activities. We went for tobogganing, paid on the spot. Would love to try other activities, too. I recommend Snowdome for a lovely chilly day out

I enjoyed a 30 minute session of Adrenaline tubing at the dome. Snow is good and facilities available there are fantastic including a Starbucks Coffee overlooking the ice rink. Whilst we paid for 30 minutes I got 5 goes down a slope that takes about 20 seconds to descend. Good but perhaps arrange a few activities there to maximise enjoyment.

Very Poor.
I called The Snowdome to enquire about taking my two daughters, who are beginners, last Sunday morning. I explained that they are both beginners but we didn't want lessons. We are going to Zell Am See in two weeks and I wanted them to try skiing before the holiday. The operator said that it would be fine to bring beginners and we would not need to book lessons.
After half an hour we were told in no uncertain terms that beginners were not allowed to ski without booking a lesson. No lessons were available and so we were asked to leave.
The whole experience was pretty shabby, and I would recommend not to go with a beginner even if they tell you on the phone that it's ok.

Iceland , South-Arctic iciness without icebears , here you will find it, Good location for relaxing, swimming, sloping, skiing , skating , dining , and other gym sport activities, a huge parking area, not necessary to travel far away and pay a lot of money to have fun, just look to Tamworth Snowdome and you can already enjoy your time while others still spend a lot of travel time to get to their destination and risk their lives and pay a big amount of money. Enjoy now and save your pocket and rescue your climate.

We only used the kids fun zone so cannot comment on the rest.......it was amazing! The kids loved it and it was big enough for them without being so big that it was daunting for them.
