Large complex, we did swimming and the sledging. Pool had huge inflatable in and little pool was far too crowded for us and 1 year old and 4 year old. The sledging was ok but after 10 mins my 4 year old was bored as the slope was tiny

Skiing open because it's a sport. Ice rink is closed as skating isn't a sport according to the government. Snowdome helpful and friendly as ever, despite the restrictions. Take your own food and drink!

Contains a restaurant, a Starbucks, a shop where you can buy the essential snow gear, you can go swimming, tobogganing, Ice skating, tubing, skiing, snowboarding, as well as receive lesson in snowboarding, skiing, and swimming. You are able to do a day course where you learn a snow sport in one day as receive a meal and afternoon tea in Aspens at your brakes.

entrance to ice rink needs rethinking. There is one door and a narrow balcony walkway into the ice. It's an absolute bottleneck. The changing area needs enlarging and there needs to be more, or larger, entrances into the ice.
Also, and I know it's a large complex, a little more customer service

If you're a beginner you need to go when it's quiet. When it's busy it's not enjoyable unless you are already a competent skier/snowboarder as you get too many people cutting you up and there's not enough space to practice slow controlled turns. During the week when it's quieter though it is an excellent place to learn

Great family day out, plenty to do to suit all ages. Highly recommend the Winter Wonderland at Christmas time, a truly magical experience to get the whole family in the festive spirit. Plenty of activities year round including swimming, rock climbing, ice skating and various activities on the snow slopes

Took my Dad here for a his Christmas present and he loved it. It was a brilliant experience. Just a shame the run isn't slightly longer as it's over from the top to the bottom in about 20 seconds

You can easily spend a family day here! Snowboarding, swimming, ice skating or even the new climbing walls (my favorite) and much more! There's a Starbucks for coffee and cakes and for breakfast, lunch or tea (or a couple of beers) you can pop in the Alpine Lodge to finish of your day!

Poor Changing/ swimming facilities for mother and baby !! cramped family changing, no hi chair to put baby in when you take a shower, was told that there was an area for baby i think they wanted me to abandon a 9 month old baby within some coloured barriers on the wet floor while i went of to take a shower No pushchair parking luckily the very expensive Oyster push chair was still there after our 20 minute swim, my lovely Clinique wash bag was stolen while i was showering and watching the baby in his pushchair as close to the showers as i could get him! 2 large inflatables in the pools so not much room for swimming! should have been informed when i booked in at the desk, My son and daughter in law went snow boarding and had a much better time! the maintenance of the swimming facilities is poor, tatty paintwork and rusty ceiling.

Good amount of parking places, although a lot of the car park had huge puddles to navigate and park in.

We went for the family snow fun, lunch in Aspen restaurant and then an ice skating session.

The checking in is a little weird for the snowfun and the ice skating. They are at the same desk, despite walking past two employees that could have easily shared the load and got people booked in. You can stand in a queue for ages to book in, or just walk in to the session without any checks!

The snow fun is great. For those that live in areas that don't get much snow, it's great for little ones (ours range from 8 to 4) to do a little sledging, throw some snowballs and generally be kids. But there isn't enough room or snow to make a snow man.
In Aspen, we ordered various burgers, bruchetta, pasta etc. We were all full and satisfied.
On to the ice skating, that's a little more more disappointing, but only because the hire price of the penguins is more than the skating for the kids!

We enjoyed the day and I'm sure we're going back. So much to do there.

We did the ice skating and the toboganing,my only grumble would be that they let too many people through on the tabogganing and with only 30 mins we only managed 5 goes, hence the 4 stars.Apart from that we had a great time both activities were good fun and the establishment as a whole looks 5 stars.

I did a Learn to Ski day for my Birthday (55yrs) on 8th October with my instructor Josh who got me skiing from the top by 11:30, we had a relaxed day of skiing with plenty of laughs and would recommend the Snow Dome to anyone.

I don't know if it was because we were on Christmas holiday there but it was chaotic and also I would say that they need few more signs for directions. All activities were fun but time for them are quite short. In 30 minutes we had 4x slides and that's it.
