Easy to get to, easy to park and mostly not too icy! Ok, it's hardly a mountain and not exactly a long run, but helps scratch the itch and the trainers for the kids are great there. My two learned the from zero to red runs (5 and 6 now). I'm there regularly and enjoy it every time.
