Fantastic time at snow play adults loved it as much as the kids, can't wait to go again. Living in Devon we don't see much snow.

Preface: I didn't enjoy this. However that is because I have very flat-feet, and couldn't take the pain on my feet from the ice-skates, provided at the SnowDome. After 15 minutes, I was unable to walk. However the staff provided me with three different types of skates. All to no avail though, unfortunately.
The ice ring is good and spacious.
There is a separate slope for skiing and snowboarding, there is also a rock-climbing wall, a Starbucks, a restaurant and more.
I really can't fault the service provided. It is slightly pricey. But that's to be expected.
It is a nice place to take the kids.
I have just attended a one day Adult beginners day to see if after 45 years away from skiing I could still pick it up again.
I have to say it was like recapturing my youth again. It was a fantastic day, well organised, good food and excellent instruction from Andy and Charlotte. A big thank you to both of them for making the day so enjoyable.
Money well spent and I can now look forward to my ski holiday in March with confidence.
Thanks again guys. Great to meet you.
All the best,
Steve Clayton.
We had lots of fun ice skating here but found it to be expensive and to be honest there was hardly any snow in the snow play section.... It was mainly ice and what little snow there was you couldn't form a snowball with let alone build a snowman
Amazing and unique Place with Loads to do and great fun for all the family!
An amazing experience. Kids of 7 6 and 2 went with us and absolutely loved it at Christmas. Great for adults too!! Very busy in the restaurants though
Good! On a Thursday night it was empty, so got lots of tobogganing done.
Interesting place. Various activities. From ice skating, gym, swimming, climbing, restaurants and of course, the main thing, indoor skiing.
Ideal for debutantes.
A very nice place for All the family. A very wide offer of active rest. Kroljja winter sports, but also for people who appreciate the heat are a lot of attractions such as Sauna, Jakuzzi, Spa, Swimming Pool, Gym, Aerobics, etc. I recommend
Plenty of activities to do, snowboarding, skiing, etc..
Kids love this and it is a great idea but needs more snow in the snow play as it s compacted which is ideal for toboggan play but not for snowballs
We have been there with children from age 2 to teenagers. Kids wanted to do skiing but that need proper lessons. So we went for ice skating. It's full of fun. Staff is so helpful.
Had a great time in the snow park, it wasn't too busy but the session after ours was. The whole place is very well thought out. I was impressed and would go back
Really great day activity. A friend and I went for a day-long snowboarding beginner class. Very friendly and well worth it. Will definitely go again in the near future.
Nice dry slips but is quite boring I r you have been the real I e skating
A good indoor snowdome, great for learning, getting rid of the rust before a holiday or keeping your skills all year round. Plenty of parking and open till late
Not recommended if you can't ski as your not allowed on the slope
Great place to start your adventure on snow.
Thanks very much to my instructions they were both fantastic and patient with me, as an older member of both learning groups.
I am delighted to say I have the confidence to now practice skiing.
A must if you have never skied before and want to try it out before investing in a holiday.
a fun place to take the family and a great place to learn how to ski the instructors are very friendly and helpful and its reasonably priced
Christmas experience was OK for the kids...bit weak in my opinion
Used the swimming baths for the first time. Very helpful staff, the lady on reception and also the poolside staff. The place looks a little dated, and could do with a little T.L.C....Would appear that the schools have priority for the baby pool, which restricts the public. I think there should be lesson times displayed so the public can decide when to attend. I must add at this stage that I am not against the schools using the pool, it's pleasing to know the children are getting the swimming lessons they need.
Great fun for all the kids, young & old!!
Take dry cloths to change in to though, just in case.
Great we went on a school trip everyone loved it I would really recommend this place especially for kids it's very good
Lift attendants did stop the lifts and just stood watching when people fell over and just let people behind crash into the back of the child that had fallen over.
The instructors lined up the students in their lessons in a straight line all the way across the main slope so if you when you are skiing down you have to try and ski through a line of people.
Fab evening on the snow with the family. Can't wait to come back!
some of the staff are quite rude and rush you round
Amazing place to learn snowboarding. The instructors are very nice and happy to help. Will deffo go back!
Great fun for kids, but a bit pricey for what they offer (especially winter Wonderland)
Great place friendly staff booking online now means you have to be quick if you want to do an activity
It's a great place to have a good fun with family and friends BUT ...
we visited today swimming pool and I was disgusted about a slides condition. Just above a babies pool we could see a rusted slide. Disgusing. Another thing was really dirty castle on the water. Castle should be cleaned properly ASAP.
All could be great , just a few places need a proper refreshment .
We took our Grandson for his 3rd Birthday and it was Ace it was the first time he had seen snow, his look of surprise will be long remembered. Father Christmas and all your Staff thank you!!
Great all round leisure centre, but the big bouns of a ski centre
Very rushed for a party and party room abit dull for young children
Short run but waiting time was short and equipment in good condition
Great place for the kids and adults. Plenty of choices for everyone in the activities and food
I NEARLY DROWNED IN THE SWIMMING BIT AND THE LIFE GUARD WAS ON HIS PHONE, SO RUDE FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILDREN DONT TAKE THEN
Great fun time cut because off flooding in car park and one member of staff snapped our head off because we were trying to get to activity but didn't let it stop us from having fun
There was too much snow so my toboggan didn't go fast
Went for Christmas show. You don't get long enough in the snow part though
not bad but kids snow play area was full of diesel fumes. (from the machines they use to 'churn' the snow) which obviously is great for kid's lungs
gave me a saw throat too.
It offers loads to do but make sure you book in advance during busy times otherwise ice skating is the only option.
Clean and tidy, really good high quality facilities.
Top fun for the whole family, a little expensive...
We went to the snowplay with my 3yr old. She loved it, even though there isn't that much to do in there! A small slope with sledges and a small play house in the snow are all you get for the cash. Timing is strict and prices fairly high for what you get in my opinion.
Good but busy although can't be helped in their part. Would advise another entrance onto the ice rink to minimise build up around the doors throughout.
Great place but I think I broke something when I fell over -_-
Edit: ( yup I did)
Food at the aspen was very good. Friendly staff, big portions, great value for money.
Skating experience today at 4 o clock overcrowded dangerous nit enough staff on ice not going again
Really cool place but the cafe was so busy that we had to get food on the way!
Good, but expensive and very busy at peak times. The slope amounts to a green/blue. If you go at speed you'll be down it in about 30 seconds, with another 4-5 minutes to get back to the top. If you're a confident skier this isn't going to excite you, but apart from the cost it's a great place to learn to ski. This is probably why it gets so incredibly busy in the run up to ski season.
If you're planning your first ski holiday next winter, I recommend learning to ski here around August. They have cheaper deals and you'll have lots more space on the slope. Recommend the evening discount sessions for a bit of practise just before hitting the slopes for the same reasons.
Please be aware not all offers advertised by the snow dome are honoured. A group of us book a three hour session which was an offer of two hour for three. Due to Covid we were told to leave the slops after two hours. We were not informed on ticket collection and when we challenged it with customer services they were not interested. We were told that we would not getting any money back or even a voucher to reimburse us for the hour we lost.
I don t think this a way to run a business .

Good experience
Skiing, tubing, swimming, climbing coffee shops, restaurant and on site shop. A great place for kids and adults alike. Relatively inexpensive, not high quality but acceptable for the price and the kids love it.
Bring lots of 20p coins. The lockers are non refundable. It's a joke to be honest. The rest of the experience is excellent and I would heartily recommend.
