Good place to go practice some skiing or snowboarding love it

There for a swimming competition the pool spectators area far too hot

Great swimming and climbing on the inflatable with the misses, daughter and grandson.

Great fun for all the family, we went for the toddlers winter wonderland which included a good chance for the children to experience sledding, sliding down snow ramps as well as a great little theatre production of 12days of Christmas and then on to a petting zoo with fun fair ride, the snow dome also has a gym swimming pool climbing wall as well as plenty of skiing and snowboard fun to be had

Popular local venue for indoor skiing, tobogganing, skating, swimming, gym and more. Parking barriers allow for free drop off, and you collect your ticket from the barrier on the way in. Christmas parties are some of the group activities catered for, and the entertainment can be different to your usual party e.g. tuba playing Dutch men. Bars and skiing viewing platforms allow for relaxation whilst viewing the icy chaos. Starbucks cafe inside. Set next to the lakes and river, there is plenty of parking and not too far from the town centre. Access is easy with a long slip road to help avoid queues.

Great place quite reasonable prices but marked down one star for charging you to park there.

This place is great, I did the tobogonin and the tubing and it was really good fun. Tubing was a lot better

Did a learn to ski in a day. Had a great time, the instructor was engaging and was really good.

It's got snow inside! That's amazing that is. It's like science finally paying off!

Bring a coat and make sure you got a pound because they will charge you for parking.

There's a star bucks in there too. You can watch people throw snowballs at eachother and fall down when the realise they can't skate. While being warm and drinking coffee.. or other beverage of choice. Yeah... It's a good time.

Best visited in the summer because that way it's much more freaky to play in the snow.

There for swimming lessons every weekend give or take for 6 years. Teachers are great however the facilities are in desperate need of updating, the showers are utterly shocking.

Clear reminder stickers on the floor to aid social distancing. Less busy than usual which was great. Hand sanitisers available for use inside but not by entrance/exit.

We took our children for ski lessons and climbing. The whole preparation process for skiing was super efficient as it was for climbing. The ski instructors were excellent and looked after the class well. The kids thoroughly enjoyed their time on the slope and can't wait to go back. Similarly our little climber had a lot of fun and with the variety of walls to climb did not get bored at all. Having a Starbucks on site helped combat the cold while we watched the skiing. Thoroughly recommend this place for adults and children alike!

Great place for family only let down are the prices of drinks and food to expensive needs to lower prices.

Amazing place for the family especially as the UK doesn't have much snow!

Tobogganing was good fun. Christmas meal left alot to be desired. Service wad good but food was a little bland and portions were small. Not much choice for vegetarians or vegans either.

Swimming, ice skating, skiing, snowboarding, gymn, jacquzzi.
Friendly staff, bar area to to watch the children play in snow area., Or the teens to adults skiing .
Three stars is personally I find that if you been in the Spa part where jacquzzi is to get to the swimming baths bit ..while still having swimming costume on you have to go along the corridor to get into the changing room and then in the pool . My daughter also felt it's a bit much as you feel a bit exposed to the public. The shop in their that sells Ski wear clothes and gloves . High prices.
Prices for skiing etc lessons

Really fun for 2 and 4 year old...however session was only 30minutes!! So have to be negative about that considering the price.
