I want to begin by saying the I am a very busy person and buying cars is on the same list as unclogging toilets and doing my taxes but John Miles and his team made it as easy as ordering a drink on a beach. Not only did he find the truck I wanted but he personally came to my home and took care of all the paper work. My car was delivered and ready to go. I received all the rebates and any other deal a dealer was willing to offer and more. Customer service is expected but personally attention is going beyond expectations.

I contacted smart Auto leasing asking if we could possibly use them Again to find another car after my husband had a accident on Aug 22,2020 . He lost his Chrysler 200 2015 it was not safe to drive and knowing that the rental car had to be return back to the place on Wednesday in hurst. i worked with a guy name Kent I gave him a full description on what my husband and I wanted in a car he sent us 3 pictures to choose from and after looking them over more then once my husband and I decided to allow kent to bring it to us for us to look at it again in person and do a test drive on a 2020 Honda Accord lx. After my husband test drove it he loved it so we are now owners of a brand new 2020 Honda Accord lx. Smart Auto Leasing far exceeded my expectations with their service and quick turnaround. What impressed me the most about Greg Richardson was how he was able to make me look at car ownership financing in a different way. Not only did I switch from financing to leasing, based on his excellent financial analysis, but he was able to place me in the car I wanted rather than a car that I am most familiar with. He really listened to my needs and was able to deliver with a new 2015 Jeep Cherokee, a car that I would never have considered on my own.

I have always hated shopping for a car--until my experience with Smart Auto Leasing. I told my agent what I wanted in terms of car, payment, etc--and they gave me options. When I chose a car, they delivered it to me and I signed the paperwork on my dining room table! Fast and honest personal service! I worked with Jeff Neal and one of the first things that impressed me was that Jeff took the time to get to know me and my needs. He understood what our goal was and provided several options that we could afford and would get us in a positive situation at the end of our lease term. I mentioned FAST. Jeff and I spoke on a Friday evening during a window I had between a doctor's appointment and an evening commitment. The next day, our schedule was pretty hectic with our children's soccer games and other functions we had planned. I met Jeff Saturday morning before our 1st soccer match and within 30 minutes, we had the entire process completed. I honestly was not planning to leave with our new vehicle that morning as I thought we were short on time, but Jeff made it happen. I left with a new vehicle and confident that at the end of our term, I will be going back to Jeff for our next vehicle and not in an upside down situation. Not only that, but my wife could not be there that morning and Jeff sent his team out to where we were with our children for their soccer game to get the rest of the paperwork signed. Jeff, you have a client for life!

Many moons ago my wife and I bought a vehicle from Smart auto. Their customer service was fantastic and their financing options were great. I decided to find another vehicle and decided to get some rough numbers. Roland Solis is their manager for the auto financing, he took it upon himself, without permission, to run my credit and my wife's credit without consent. I just didn't like the dishonesty. So here I am writing what would have been a great give star review to a one star. I asked Roland for his managers name and number and he never got back to me. I hope someone can assist.

The hard inquiry feel off my credit report. I want to thank Smart Auto leasing and GM, Thomas Montez, for their due diligence on my behalf. They made it right and I hope next time I am in the market they could help me out for sure.

This is an edit of my initial review.

I was told after the initial phone conversation everything could be handled via email which is what I wanted. As it turned out they had no intention of doing business through email. They would not give me a firm quote and absolutely refused to send it in writing / email for my review. I have an email stating they were 100% willing to deal through email. They did not initially do what they said they were going to do. After I posted my initial review (and only after) I got a call and e-mail from the general manager. He spoke to me a at length and made apologies. However, I still fell like my own personal experience was below average. Me PERSONALLY, I would not do business with them; this is just my opinion...many people clearly had a different experience.

Decide for yourself.

I love that he wasn't SELLING a car he was gaining a business relationship that entails the purchase of a vehicle :) if that makes since. Let me make a long story short. Emailed Smart Auto Leasing on Monday. Roland followed up on Tuesday. We discussed my issues and my expectations in my next vehicle. Roland called me right back and told me DO NOT ALLOW anyone else to run my credit.. lol after he looked at it. the 3rd call he told me what he thought was my best option and sent over pictures of the vehicle. Wednesday I was approved and traveled down from Brenham, TX to Irving to test drive and End of the Story I was approved from a 17.9% the dealerships quoted to a 1.9% Interest Rate. paying Less for a Brand new vehicle than the Pre-Owned vehicles the Dealership was offering.

Amazing experience. Within 24 hours of my first email I was in my new car. I had been to the dealer and was ignored by multiple sales reps. Additionally, the car is a limited edition and no one wanted to give a test drive due to the limited availability. I was able to do the entire transaction over just one phone call and a few emails. I have a very busy daily schedule and they made it so easy. They thoroughly impressed me with their disclosures. From how my credit info was never written down to how the car was discounted.

Philip was amazing say the least. He picked me up from the airport on a busy Saturday morning and was very friendly. Most importantly he was honest about the car from the start, even the smallest details. I would defiantly consider doing future business.
