Amanda made my dreams come true. Literally! She worked with my boyfriend, Craig, to secretly get me my dream car! She made the experience easy and seamless and even drove my beautiful Mercedes out to my place of work to surprise deliver it to me! I was very nervous to start my process for my second lease. Kent Booze made me very comfortable in understanding that even though my lease wasn't up until November we could start the process in searching for my new leased vehicle. Within a few weeks I was in his office and signing the papers for my new Nissan Rogue with zero apprehensions.

As a last minute Christmas gift for my son, I was interested to see if I could get a new car for him. We have been through so much this year and this was something very important to me. I contacted Smart Auto Leasing online and had a response within a couple of minutes. (the other company got back with me after 2 days). Amanda Grantham was so helpful. She understood my needs, worked with me on the best possible vehicle, got all the paperwork and financials done in a couple hours and Voila - she delivered the car within 36-hours from the time I put in a request. I was not even sure if this is what I wanted or should be doing, but Amanda was so helpful with answering questions, working with me on car models, considering safety requirements that I had and she was never pushy or demanding. I contacted Smart Auto Leasing on a Thursday Morning and took ownership of the car on Friday afternoon. I'm very grateful to Amanda and Smart Auto Leasing for making this Christmas wish come true. Had a fantastic experience with this company! I highly recommend, especially with Phil since he made the entire process extremely painless and incredibly efficient. We went from just looking at the car, car becoming available Friday, trade in value done Friday night, drove to Dallas to pick up new car Saturday, and home within 24 hours of putting down the deposit. Kent was awesome. He walked my wife and I step by step through our process. Kentgave us amazing deal and will not buy another car through any one else.

I wanted to leave a feedback couple of days back but was tied up with other things. I was on call with one of the team members last saturday(11/26/2016) for close to 1hr and i gave all the information he needed. I was pretty clear on my parameters on my first call. He wanted additional information to understand my financial situation to make a good recommendation and i gave him all the information. He pulled my credit report on that day itself. He said IT was possible.

On a Follow up call things changed so drastically that he stated there is NO way(mathematically impossible) to get what i wanted. He went over my credit report and read back things that were same on saturday(which were ok on saturday ) but on monday he listed them as BIG RED FLAGs that stop me from doing what i want to do.

2nd follow up call (changed my plans) i asked him for options to lease an SUV and he said THERE IS NO WAY to lease an SUV with 0$ down for 250$/month. I was so mad at him that ALL THE OPTIONS i asked him - he was stating NOT POSSIBLE with my budget. I was so pissed on the call but didnot show my anger , however after the call i thought about his statements that: "THERE IS NO POSSIBLE WAY TO LEASE AN SUV for 250$/month for 36months with 0$/down for 15K a month" He said "Minimum payment for any kind of SUV will be LOWER 400 "

Guess what I was able to get it myself.
I wont recommend any of my friends or myself to tap your door in the future because of

1) When you guys don't want to provide service : The SAME facts will be used to criticize the customer
2) You wasted a HARD INQUIRY on my report
