I was told after the initial phone conversation everything could be handled via email which is what I wanted. As it turned out they had no intention of doing business through email. They would not give me a firm quote and absolutely refused to send it in writing / email for my review. I have an email stating they were 100% willing to deal through email. They did not initially do what they said they were going to do. After I posted my initial review (and only after) I got a call and e-mail from the general manager. He spoke to me a at length and made apologies. However, I still fell like my own personal experience was below average. Me PERSONALLY, I would not do business with them; this is just my opinion...many people clearly had a different experience.
