Many moons ago my wife and I bought a vehicle from Smart auto. Their customer service was fantastic and their financing options were great. I decided to find another vehicle and decided to get some rough numbers. Roland Solis is their manager for the auto financing, he took it upon himself, without permission, to run my credit and my wife's credit without consent. I just didn't like the dishonesty. So here I am writing what would have been a great give star review to a one star. I asked Roland for his managers name and number and he never got back to me. I hope someone can assist.

The hard inquiry feel off my credit report. I want to thank Smart Auto leasing and GM, Thomas Montez, for their due diligence on my behalf. They made it right and I hope next time I am in the market they could help me out for sure.
