Eight months ago I called for pricing and was assured by the agent, at the point of asking me for my ssn, that only one 'soft inquiry' would be made and would not affect my credit score. In fact two hard inquiries were made without my knowledge or consent and to this day management has not gotten the inquiries removed.

Don't look anywhere else! Phil B. provided the best auto experience I've ever received. Don't fall for all the 5-star reviews this company gives customers an incentive to write. I've leased cars for 15 years. I typically dealt with the big leasing company we've all heard of. I thought I'd take a chance with Smart Auto Leasing.

My lease term was longer than what the salesperson had told me when we discussed the deal. It's 100% on me. I rushed through the paperwork because it had always been a smooth process with the leasing specialist at the other company and I didn't think someone would lie about the length of the deal.

The person I did the lease with was gone within a year. Every time I call back, the person I worked with 'is no longer with the company'. That tells you a lot about a company.

The last person I talked to mentioned what a bad lease I was in (Yeah, I know).

Lesson learned. I'm going back to D&M.

I was a little hesitant at first because I knew I was in a challenging situation looking for a new SUV. Not only did Roland Solis put my mind at easy but he got me the best deal possible with a vehicle I wanted. He provided great customer service and got the deal done. I m a customer for LIFE! Absolutely smooth transaction. This company took care of every detail, including DMV paperwork from TX to CA. Very professional and upfront about every aspect. I had reservations about buying a vehicle in Texas and shipping back to CA. Jeff at Smart Auto Leasing was so knowledgeable, from start to finish I was totally satisfied with my experience. I was in a unique situation where our the cpmpany vehicle I was driving was being removed from all employees. I needed a truck and began looking online. I found the truck I wanted on Tuesday, Called Jeff Neal on Wednesday and they delivered to my company on Thursday morning. I live over an hour away from Smart Auto Leasing and Jeff's Team came out with all the documents, I test drove and signed that morning! Truck was exactly as stated in the ad and the pictures didn't even do it justice. The truck was priced well and extremely clean. the interior is immaculate and the truck is SWEEEET!

Great experience buying a 2017 Jeep GC Overland from Kent. Called about 30 minutes before arrival to confirm the car was still there. Got there and took it for a spin. First of all I do not recommend to use this service based on my experience . Surprisingly smart auto leasing didn't ask me to write a review to add to thier already hundreds of 5 star reviews i went based off when i decided to use thier service. I can't help but think all these 1 time google reviews are fake. My experience was not a 5 star one. My Leasing agent was full of lies and not up front about everything. Tried to get me to sign for 4 years when i asked for 3 years without telling me. So many other issue i could go on and on. I could of received better service at a dealership. They saved me nothing! The time i saved from going to a dealership i wasted on dealing and arguing with my leasing agent trying to get the truth like on numbers etc. And when you get that email from jeff neal offering any assistance along the way with his leasing agents its useless not once did i hear from him while IJ messed up time after time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SMART AUTO LEASING!!!. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
