Fast and honest personal service! I worked with Jeff Neal and one of the first things that impressed me was that Jeff took the time to get to know me and my needs. He understood what our goal was and provided several options that we could afford and would get us in a positive situation at the end of our lease term. I mentioned FAST. Jeff and I spoke on a Friday evening during a window I had between a doctor's appointment and an evening commitment. The next day, our schedule was pretty hectic with our children's soccer games and other functions we had planned. I met Jeff Saturday morning before our 1st soccer match and within 30 minutes, we had the entire process completed. I honestly was not planning to leave with our new vehicle that morning as I thought we were short on time, but Jeff made it happen. I left with a new vehicle and confident that at the end of our term, I will be going back to Jeff for our next vehicle and not in an upside down situation. Not only that, but my wife could not be there that morning and Jeff sent his team out to where we were with our children for their soccer game to get the rest of the paperwork signed.
