I wish there were 10 Stars.. I cant tell anyone how great Roland was to me and for my Automobile search and Choices. I love that he wasn't SELLING a car he was gaining a business relationship that entails the purchase of a vehicle :) if that makes since. Let me make a long story short. Emailed Smart Auto Leasing on Monday. Roland followed up on Tuesday. We discussed my issues and my expectations in my next vehicle. Roland called me right back and told me DO NOT ALLOW anyone else to run my credit.. lol after he looked at it. the 3rd call he told me what he thought was my best option and sent over pictures of the vehicle. Wednesday I was approved and traveled down from Brenham, TX to Irving to test drive and End of the Story I was approved from a 17.9% the dealerships quoted to a 1.9% Interest Rate. paying Less for a Brand new vehicle than the Pre-Owned vehicles the Dealership was offering.
I LOVE the Time and Attention and knowledge Roland had and shared with me.. My Family will never shop Dealership Again as Long as we got Smart Auto Leasing.. Love YA'LL
