We were here for a close friend's little boy and his birthday and I have to say that the overall experience wasn't the greatest. First, we were told we couldn't be in the same jumping area as their 3 year old, in which we weren't jumping but watching him to insure he wouldn't hurt himself. There was no one else around. Then we were told that the adult jumping section was in the far right corner. If that were so, there wouldn't be thirteen or fourteen kids jumping in that section. From there, the family's cousin was trying to play dodgeball with other kids when she was repeatedly hit in the face by another boy whom, through tears, she told to stop. When she asked the person overseeing the dodgeball section, she was told "That's how you play dodgeball." The manager did apologize on their behalf and the two women that helped with the party were great, but if you're looking for an actual fun and friendly environment, I'd sooner select the Anderson, Ohio location.

We booked my daughter's 9th birthday party at SkyZone in Springdale. Myka, the event planner, was wonderful to work with and was great with communication. I had to change the party date two different times and they were very accommodating! The front desk staff was very nice and thoughtful; check in went extremely well; shoes, socks, jackets and gifts were carefully placed on a cart for our party room. Everyone loved the jumping . . . . the party room was a perfect size. Our attendant was on top of everything . . . communication again was wonderful. All in all it was a great experience and we'll be back! THANK YOU

Skyzone was a great place for my son's 12th birthday party!! We did the Supreme Air Package and it could not have been more perfect!! Staff members, Faith & Lexus, were very attentive and nice. We did not have to worry about a thing, except taking great pictures. All the boys had a FUN time.

I took a group of 18 to Sky Zone for a youth group event. I called 2 weeks in advance to make the reservation, and left a voicemail. I got a call back the next day and talked to the event coordinator (I think her name was India) for 20 minutes about rules, regulations and making a reservation. At the end of the conversation, she informed me I needed to make a 20% deposit for the group. I was driving at the time, so I couldn't pull out my credit card. I told her I would call back shortly. She informed me she could not save any of my information without a deposit. Again, I told her I would have to call back because I was driving. When I called back later that day, I got the voicemail and left a message. We played voicemail tag for 5 days, with me calling TWICE a day to make the deposit so I wouldn't lose the reservation. On day 4, I called the front desk and asked to talk to an actual person because I was tired of leaving voicemails. They told me the event coordinator was busy and couldn't take my payment at that time. Finally, ONE WEEK after my initial call, the event coordinator (India) called me. She asked me all of my information again (because it wasn't saved), gave me all the rules again, and took my deposit. I didn't like that after a week of playing phone tag and her hearing my name on voicemail, she acted like we had never spoken before. The day before our reservation, the same event coordinator (India)called to confirm. She read the SAME rules and regulations again (3rd time). Not 5 minutes after hanging up, she called again, asked for my name and asked if she could confirm my reservation. WHAT? I just talked to you! She had TWO reservations in the system, because the original that she "couldn't save" was still in. So even though there wasn't a deposit on that one, it CAN be saved and they will STILL call to confirm. But, she couldn't look at the names and phone numbers before realizing she double booked a party? AND you called the same number and asked for the same name twice in a row and didn't even realize you were talking to the same person? Just listen to your 10 voicemails, my name and number is all over it! Of course, the kids had fun, but dealing with Sky Zone's event coordinator was a HUGE hassle and extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommened them for a large group outing, unless you got lucky and got a better event planner.

Visited from out of town with my grandchildren. Their policy of the big kids have the right of way is quite stupid. My young grandchildren were forced out of areas when I paid as much for them as anyone else to play. Management just stated that was their policy. Anyone from skyzone who has a problem can contact me. Thereisn'tas much to do as Rebounders which I mistakenly thought this place was like.

Terrible customer service. They will only give you a time on the half hour, so if you show up at 40 minutes past the hour, they try to short you on 10min of bouncing or make you wait 20min before starting. We have been to many other Skyzones and no one else does this. And way too many rules:(

Sky Zone recently hosted a birthday party for my 9 year old and 10 of his friends. The experience from check-in with Shekinah to party room with Myles & Zack was high energy, organized & fun. The extra help with feeding the kids to unwrapping presents was much appreciated. I would definately have another party here!

The management at Sky Zone is heartless.

The management at Sky Zone is heartless.
We scheduled a birthday party for my daughter at Sky Zone. Six days before the party, my daughter had a medical emergency requiring us to cancel her party. We called Sky Zone immediately on our way home from the hospital. The manager refused to refund our deposit because we had to cancel less than the mandated 7 days. So, be aware. If you have a medical emergency and have to cancel a party 6 days before your scheduled event, Sky Zone does not care and will keep your deposit. I understand that cancellation policies are necessary to protect businesses, but refusing to acknowledge an unexpected medical emergency is heartless. We will not give Sky Zone any more of our business.

Drove 20 mins to get there for the Fit class. Doors were locked. Staff started showing up and couldn't get in. They couldn't get in touch with the manager. They were very nice and upset that we couldn't go in - I felt bad for them. Ended up leaving. I won't be going back to this location again.

I will never not like a place that provides "exercise" and wearing out of my child. They have about 4 trampoline areas. On a Tuesday afternoon during summer I didn't find it to be to crowded. I wish that there was better processes in place for the dodge ball cycling of little kids and big kids.

We attended a birthday party at Sky Zone and loved it. My 9 year old son had so much fun playing dodge ball with his friends, and as a mom, I appreciated that they had a worker that monitored and oversaw each game. The facility was clean and well taken care of. We will definitely be back in the future!

We just recently had our daughter's birthday party at Skyzone in Springdale and it was a blast! Everyone that we dealt with from the front counter, party hostesses and employees on the trampolines were fantastic. Highly recommend a birthday party at Skyzone!

Thank you Skyzone!

We purchased a number of coupon cards from a local school sports program because it contained two 'buy one get one free" jump coupons. We even bought extra to give as gifts. Went to SkyZone earlier this week only to find out that these coupons are not good most of the time - not during the weekends nor school breaks or holiday breaks...which is when the kids can actually go...when they don't have school! Extremely disappointing. Neither us nor many of our friends will be going to SkyZone.

We had a TERRIFIC time at my nephew's birthday party yesterday. This Skyzone seemed so clean, organized, well run and managed. One standout was a young 17 year-old employee named Josh who was in charge of wrangling the kids from the jump centers, and then facilitating the party games and room. Josh did an incredible job with this rowdy group of 10-year-olds. He made the experience stand out, and all the parents were in awe of his control, maturity and OUTSTANDING customer service. Bravo!

Great time!!! We recently had an event at Sky Zone in Springdale, Ohio where we brought 130 high school age students....quite an undertaking!! Myka and the Sky Zone staff pulled this off without a hitch. They were great to work with and managed for all the boys to have as much time as possible on the trampolines. Great job Myka. Thanks for all your help.

I chose Skyzone Springdale for my son's birthday this year. The party was this past weekend and I must share that from booking to the end of the party, they really dropped the ball. I would not recommend booking a party here.
I called multiple times regarding booking a party and never heard back. I ended up driving to the location to book because it was impossible via phone. The week before the party, I spoke with the manager Liza, to update the details of the party including number of children and numbers of pizzas & toppings.
When I arrived the day of the party I noticed that my party details were never updated from when I spoke with the manager. I am glad I realized this because she had the completely wrong pizza order and it would not have been enough and they order pizzas from off-site, so it would not have been something they could easily fix.
All of our guests were hanging out near the front desk when I realized it was almost 10 minutes past the start jump time. The workers didn't tell us when it was time to start so the kids missed out on jump time. They couldn't even manage a basic thing, like telling us we can start jumping.
The only thing they managed to do correctly was tell me how little time we had left in the party room. 40 minutes is definitely not enough.
I am just baffled at the lack of organization and care from the staff. The only time they did their job was when they were trying to push us out of the party room.
TLDR; find a place to host the party that has a staff willing to be hosts. This place is not it.

Do NOT go here if you have a toddler. You have to pay full price as if you're jumping and you have to stay standing on the pads. I mean standing, don't even think of interacting with your kids or teaching them how to jump. Would give a zero star if it was an option. The areas are not even cordoned off. Try telling two year olds they have to stay in an area that has no markers, especially when they have older siblings/cousins ect. jumping a small distance away. Horrible experience.

Had my daughter's birthday party here and it was AMAZING! The GM and his staff stayed over to make sure we got all of our time. The staff was super friendly and the facility was very clean. We had a great time.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would! They dont tell you when you buy your time that you cant jump as a family! They split me up away from my kids and then split my kids up AFTER we were told we could all jump in the same section. They did begrudgingly refund my money for the jump time but refused to refund my socks. The staff were less than friendly and less than accommodating. I would NEVER recommend this location of skyzone! It picks and chooses when to apply rules and when not to. What a disappointment for what was supposed to be fun family evening!

Very dirty and staff was very unprofessional. A bunch of teens trying to show off for each other. They were out of almost everything at the snack center. The hurricane experience was broken and we later saw it was unplugged. They didn t have a sign on it. Don t waste your time. It looks like they are about to go out of business.

My son had a birthday party here and it was excellent! The trampolines wore the kids out and the staff from check in to the party room were amazing! My son had had birthday parties elsewhere. This by far was the best value and the most fun.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. The employees here are awful, the policies/rules, and management here is awful. I came there with 3 kids: two 8 year olds and a 10 year old. I came to enjoy jumping with them and having fun since i dot get to see them much. I was planing on jumping with them and have a good time. That changed right when we started to go in to the jumping area. The employees refused to let me jump with my cousins that i came with since i am bigger than they are. They would not even let us jump in the same area. They said it was because i could double bounce them. (that is when you jump at the same time as another person and the lighter person goes higher) Which makes no sense because they have a 1 person per tramp rule. I thought this policy was poor because it causes me their guardian to be across the building in a total other area not being able to see my cousins. This allows for ill hearted people access to kids and there is no way to tell who's kids are who's as well. So any one could walk out with your kids. They cause an unsafe environment for kids removing them from parent/guardian vision. When i brought this up to the manager there, Jeff, he was very rude and started an argument with me. At one point he told me to shut up and said i had to deal with it. At that point i wanted a refund and he refused. He was very disrespectful and raised he voice at me multiple times. He had no answers to my concerns of child safety and told me it was for safety reasons. I thought this made the children less safe because they are taken from their parents/guardians. I would not recommend this place for any one!!! Very rude employees and management. Do not waste your money here, not family fun, not safe. They create a dangerous environment with their policies.

AWFUL. For starters the place is small and only a few activities to do. After around a half hour awkwardly walking around trying to have fun I was told I can not wear my glasses and they had no safety glasses to provide for me. Refused to refund me when I had to leave because of it. I never make a fuss anywhere I go but really??? I need my glasses to SEE. Call me crazy but I signed a lengthy waiver and I shouldn t have to wear goofy big glasses even if they were offered to me. I understand rules and wanting to keep people safe especially children, but this place is horribly strict. Staff practically hovers over everyone... make one wrong move and you are getting a whistle blown at you and scolded by teenage staff. The poor children can t even have fun, god forbid they move into another jumping square, they re going to have a 16 year old yelling at them and hurting their feelings. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Awesome management!!! Had an issue this morning with the place not being opened due to an employee over sleeping and he was so quick to e mail me and he made things right even though he didn't have to! I'm very very pleased with the way it was handled! Thanks

We held our son's 7th birthday party here and it was great. The staff were very helpful--from making the reservation to checking in to getting the room ready. Hallie, Joe, and Lexi were amazing--they took care of everything that day. We could just sit back and watch the kids have fun. It was also great having a dedicated court for the party.

I'm giving it a 2 star because it is a trampoline park, other than that there is nothing great about it. It was disgusting on the inside, trash and people's belongings were everywhere. There were a lot of kids running around who most likely were just dropped off and left alone, the workers had to act like babysitters. When I went I had a coupon for a family 4 pass and when I handed it to the guy he asked if only one person was jumping...why would I hand you a coupon for a 4 pass if only one person was jumping?? Honestly I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Visited today for a friends sons birthday party. The staff at the front desk were helpful and very nice however the staff supposed to be monitoring the children jumping and the staff behind the counter of the concession stand were mostly just hanging out and talking amongst each other and not actually doing their jobs. While my son was standing in line waiting to use the basket ball hoop, a male employee and a female employee stood off to the side chit chatting away not paying attention to the order of the line. A group of boys kept intentionally skipping my son so my husband had to tell the workers to do their jobs. No one was monitoring the big kids/adults that kept jumping in the A area for toddlers. I ordered a pepsi and so did a friend from the birthday party. Both Pepsi's tasted awful so we asked for something different. This was about 30 minutes before we were allowed in the party room. So plenty of time to fix the pepsi situation. However 30 minutes later we are in the party room, the party has 3 pitchers one of those being pepsi, and they served rhe same nasty pepsi that we had already told them was nasty and tasted like carbonated water. The whole staff couldn't have been over the age of 18 and cared more about hanging out with each other than doing their actual jobs. Will not visit again.

Brought 25 students for a church student ministry outing, and they loved it! I suggest making sure all waivers are completed ONLINE before going, as this will save a lot of time checking in. Staff are helpful and patient with group needs, and they do a good job separating jumpers by size/age.

This place is disgusting despite dodgeball sky zone is just a place to jump you can t really do any cool tricks because well you have to stay in your square and if you don t you get in trouble.
For basketball your not aloud to hang on the rims which obviously takes a way a ton of the fun not only that their summer pass is actually not that bad and I do have to admit that sky zone is the only reason I love doing flips so that is why I rated it 3 stars

We had our daughter's 5th birthday party there and it was the best birthday experience. Here are the reasons why I love it there now and will go back again! #1 it was a clean facility, even the bathrooms. #2 every staff member(even if they weren't part of the party) were helpful, helpful, helpful, helpful with genuine smiles on their faces. #3 everything about the birthday party was taken care of. They had a cart ready for presents, shoes, and party accessories that we brought. #4 as I was able to watch and enjoy my kids and their friends play, the party was set up for us. #5 the pizza that came with the package was LaRosas pizza! #6 the people who served the pizza, drinks and cake did an amazing job. Not once did I have to get up and take care of anyone. They made sure everyone had enough food and drinks the whole time. #7 they cleaned up for me! #8 I was able to watch and take pictures while my daughter opened her presents and they wrote down the gifts and who it was from. #9 I never saw any of the workers on a cell phone, they knew how to talk to kids and I never saw a surly face. #10 Its so reasonably price!

Thanks again Skyzone for a great party experience. Thank you especially to DeJon at check-in and Maya and Jamaria who were the hosts!

Took my son for 1 hr of jump time. No COVID restrictions at all. Noted several people coming and going without masks even though sign was posted. Jumping in the play area without masks, tables and party rooms were filthy. Staff was nonchalant and rude, not once did I witness anyone sanitizing or disinfecting anything. Will never return. With or without COVID.

Terrible experience. Waste of money. Rude. Too many rules. They might as well do away with the waivers considering they cut you down at every move. Was also told I couldn't wear my glasses. The only time the staff said a word is when they were telling you to stop doing something. Impossible to have fun at this place.

I would have given 5 stars but for 2 reasons. 1st instead of giving out the sticker with the jump time on them they should give out wrist bands the stickers come off to easy. 2nd while there I witnessed a lil girl about 5yrs old who had been jumping for about an hour, her sticker came off she only had 5 more minutes in her session to jump. The LADY working there stop this kids from jumping and made her get another sticker when she returned she only had less than 2 minutes left. It's wasn't her fault the stickers dont stay on.
