I have many mixed reviews about this place. So we came in with a group of 6 and the waiver thing was messed up but, Tyra H helped us though the mess. Later on in my visit I purchased drinks and they were very kind. I would note that the facility is small and has a little kids area!
I had the most beautiful experience here! Just about the whole staff helped one of my individuals I service with special needs jump and play on the trampolines. They didn t treat him any different then the other kids, were patient and so kind!! Thank you again Kira, Jalen, Morgan, Elijah and Treasure for making the experience great!

My son and I went for the first time and had a BLAST! Very fun and a good workout too.
Can't wait to get a group of kids together for a dodgeball game.
Trampoline part was grat! Birthday party part was horrible. Lack of organization all around. Party hosts were slow and seemed overwhelmed.
Went here for a Girl Scout outing. Facility and staff were great. The girls had a lot of fun they ask to come back all the time!
The only reason I'm giving a 2 is because most of staff was friendly. There were only a few patrons wearing masks even though the website says they are required. When I questioned why only a couple of people had masks on they told me people aren't required to wear them on the trampoline. I got no reply at all after I reminded them that the website said it is required and the current orders from the governor say the same thing. Corporate what is your reply?
Don t get me wrong this place is fun but when it comes to service for party s I would not recommend what do ever first of all they messed up the party time completely and would not let us fix it second of all for one helped us with presents or anything no one would help with any for that matter and I was every disappointed by this place and I would not recommend this location for birthday party also the floors a Disgusting there was black all over all of our stuff that was on the floor and the service sucks.
Because you can do anything and the dodgeball is the most funniest thing.

My first time there and it was boring there was nothing to do
The legendary party was horrible they had a trainee host it one of the Parents got mad because She didnt know how to host they sent Her out the room and hosted the party Herself. We weren't checked on by the employees who knew things weren't going right. And to forget to give the bluetooth and waterbottles. Before some of the Guest left was unacceptable. We liberally had to go and remind them. I had to call back and ask A friend to get all the party favors. Disappointed can't describe.how I feel about all the promises that are on that website I didn't receive and how a desk full of people looked on
The checking in process was sloppy and long due to buying gift cards online. Half of the building seems to be under construction. The food portion of the place wasn t serving pizza so they had chips and soda. Lockers do not have a way to lock and the response I got when I asked about it was we ve never had a theft problem before . Not very warm welcoming customer service or experience. Definitely won t be getting any more of my money.
I did not like it I am a older kid and it was not fun. There were too many rules and not enough space.
Staff is young & seem more interested in flirting/goofing off with each other rather than watching the kiddos or interaction with patrons. It shouldn't take 5 minutes to get a fountain drink from concessions either....ESPECIALLY if I was the only one in line!
We love coming here on a rainy day! It is fun for all 5 of our sons who vary in ages. There is something for each of them!
Clean, mostly friendly and the kids have a good time.
Hours online are wrong, says they're open 12-8, on the door says they're only open 4-8. They have a deal on Wednesdays, jump all day for 8 hours, $25. Just glad I didn't buy it online since they have a no refund policy. Doors were unlocked, at least 2 staff members inside at noon, but not open? What sense does that make.
Horrible employees. Bunch of kids just hanging out in the office. No one seemed to be in charge. I will not go back.
It was fun but we weren't allow to jump With our kids. I thought they would have more areas.
Horrible facility. Can't help the kids jump. Can't help the kids flip. Have to stay in certain areas and won't allow adults to jump with the their kids. It's it over priced and not worth the time. I will not be taking my family back there.
This place sucks. I have been to 2 or 3 trampoline parks and this place is terrible. The workers don't care and it's poorly run. I understand the age separation but the other trampoline park I went to didn't have this and worked a whole lot better. I asked one of the workers if I could jump on the longer trampoline so I could practice tricks and they said no because they were fixing a nearby trampoline. So I asked if I could go after, and never answered my question. I waited patiently for 30 minutes while they fixed the nearby trampoline and when they let people on the trampolines they gave it to a little girl that was just siting on the trampoline. Either way I will never come back here. I will take my business somewhere where they are more professional and know what they are doing. Sky zone if you are looking to do better go look at free fall in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania
The employees were wearing masks but none of the patrons were except me and my son. Other than that it was pretty empty on a weekday.
It's a fun place to jump and differant games on a trampoline
My son love going here. There are a lot of trampolines along with a climbing wall and zip lines. The trampolines include dodge ball jump, basketball jump, a sponge pit you can jump into and a couple other regular large trampoline areas. Great cost and the kids enjoy it.
Had my sons birthday party here it was a absolute success. Thanks to the party director an all the staff. Much appreciated
its not as great as it seems like its ok it your just going but if you are having a party its bad for a 10+ years since you only get an hour for the party room and who would spend at least 180 dollars no one can guarantee that they'll have 10 people like tons of kids have to cancel at the last minute.

I've taken my kids here for a few birthday parties and they've had a blast. There a good amount of different activities for kids to do on trampolines and it's organized pretty well. They do have limited and underwhelming food options though.
Love this place! Clean n fun wears my son n kids down for the evening every time! Staff is nice n watches what is going on n keeps it safe but fun! Be back soon again!
Incredibly slow service, a disengaged workforce and bad policies (no refunds) plagued our experience here.
Been to this location before and had a great experience but that was a couple years ago. This past trip though, just wasnt as great of an experience. Staff didnt seem like they cared if we were there or not, there was trash and used socks around on the floor, and bathroom wasnt the cleanest. As an adult there with a couple 12 year olds for a bday party, I could not bounce and have fun with them. I had to be in a different area. We will most likely visit the Dayton location for now on. Much better staff and facility.

Great place for a bday party. They do a super job setting up and cleaning up as well. The only reason they didn't get 5stars is could be bigger but they have filled their space well and the kids didn't care as they had a blast
Birthday party for 10 year old, great fun for boys/girl's of all ages. We had a 19 month old and a 3 year old and they enjoyed as well.. fun place for the kids
Friendly staff and reasonable pricing. Any parent that writes a review complaining about "not being able to bounce with my kids" "strict staff and rules" are probably the same parents that yell at the coach for not playing their untalented kids on the team. These places have rules and regulations to keep everyone safe and the lawsuits to a minimum. These same parents would probably bounce with their kids, get them hurt and then sue the establishment.
The employees in this place suck the fun straight out of everything. They are so strict that they even make little kids feel bad about having fun honestly i dont even know why people are even rating this 4 stars they dont even deserve.
We were thrilled with our experience at Skyzone!! I have never done a children's party outside of our house and this is definitely the way to go! The staff was wonderful and everything was run very smoothly. Having a party room and workers to take care of everything was so relaxing for us as parents. The staff even made a gift list and put all of our belongings (cake, gifts, shoes) on a rolling cart and they were in the party room when we needed them, all which were very nice touches.
My 13 year old daughter and her friends had a fabulous time at her SkyZone birthday party! I was very impressed by how smoothly we moved from signing in to jumping to the actual party. The staff anticipated every need we had. Great experience!
I did think it was silly that the concession stand isn't allowed to give out ice water (the water fountain water was warm).

It's very good place to take the kids. There is plenty of space for kids inside. Price for and hour or for hour and half is very reasonable.
It wasn't that bad. But it had some things that were broken down at the time so it was a little harder to have fun

Brought a group here and check in was a breeze. But the staff didn't enforce any of the rules. It wasnt very busy so it seems rules don't matter as much when your not busy.
I used to be emoloyed there about 4 years ago... They had tight rules and great cleaning/ fixing equipment schedules... High standards but Not anymore. They seemed to be short staffed, no one paying attention, kids just running and jumping all over courts in every spuare and court gaurds aren't saying anything or keeping anyone safe, there were ripped pads and exposed springs and children jumping on each other. I never heard a whistle blow the whole hour we were there
Lots of fun for kids, and not so kids. They also offer fitness classes. The biggest drawback to me is it always smells like a locker room. Its a shame they haven't been able to overcome that.
A million rules even after you sign a waiver, rude staff who can't wait to yell at you, and way too pricey even after all that. Don't waste your time and money
We held our son' s 4th birthday party here and at the time we were very excited. The place showed a lot of promise. I'll start with the positives of the place. The trampolines they are awesome and they do a great job of separating different sizes to keep it a safe enviornment. However they pick and choose which rules to enforce in the dodgeball court. The employee (an asian girl - for lack of a better description, didn't get her name) called some people out when they were hit with the ball and not others because I guess she was to busy talking to another employee. Their refreshment bar was improperly staffed (read no one on duty), had to wait 10 mins for someone to walk up and help us all the while 7 people stood around literally right across the room and watched me waiting. Apparently it didn't occur to any of these geniuses to get whoever was supposed to be on duty in this part of the facility. Another issue was that after your hour of jumping they literally give you about 20 mins to get in and out of the party room. Anyone with kids knows that it takes longer than this to pass out pizza, eat pizza, sing happy bday, blow out candles and god forbid if you want to open your presents up there, they kick you out because your time is already up. It would have been more cost effective to pay for an hour of jumping and then go back to someones house for how quickly they try and kick you out of the party room. The room was also equiped with a broken napkin dispenser and a party attendant that was slower than molasses passing out slices of pizza. If they expect you to be out within 20 mins, then they had better be throwing that pizza down your throat the minute you step in that room.
Overall go there for a fun night out on trampolines but expect extremely fluctuating levels of customer service and find somewhere else to take your crew for a bday party.

As an adult it was fun so I know for any kid at least 4 and older would have a blast! Great hospitality and great vibes for the kiddos

when i went to skyzone i had a blast. i jumped played dogeball and had a great time the one problem s that my brother who went there was excluded in ways because of his height . he had to be as tall as the tallest players chin and he nearly was but was then sent to dogeball one and was sat out 11 of the fifteen games we played
Don't waste your money. Literally couldn't stand without being whistled at and felt like they were singling my group out staring at us the whole time. They have a VERY young staff that think it's cool to just use their whistles whenever they felt necessary. I'm in my mid 20s, skipping on the trampolines shouldn't be a crime. We sign a waive for a reason, right?
Everything about this place was wonderful! The staff, the activities, food...everything! Our little one's party was perfect thanks to everyone at SkyZone!! Thank you!!
