My first time to a trampoline park and I enjoyed it.

The staff was so kind to my son- they played with him and engaged with him!

It's fun and all but due to policies they won't let your party play dodgeball together if some are smaller than others even if it's only by a head yet why do they give you these stupid letters if they don't use them like they're supposed to and the manger is awful does not give two s**ts if you sprain your ankle and you can't even backflip into a foam pit it's not like your gonna break your neck.

Was not to thrilled. They say they will seperate out the kids by size but they had big teenagers in with my 5 and 6 year olds that acted stupid and no employees would tell them to stop even when I asked. They also didnt even have the foam pit open. I was really disapointed.

Couldn't jump with our five year old so not alot to do together and became very easily crowded with not alot of people.

would never go there again.. Staff unfriendly and gave kids a hard time in each area. other kids were not being supervised and injured other kids. staff would not do anything about situation.

Had a large group coming and they closed a half hour early. Said it was their right to close when they want, but seems like a money grab. $15 for one hour and $11 for 30 minutes. So they make more per person per minute and they do not need to pay their staff for that 30 minutes. Shady business practices and I will never go again. Customer definitely does not come first.

Came here for my daughter's birthday with a total of 5 girls during the glow in the dark session. They had a blast. We saved time by filling out the waiver online. There was plenty of space to accommodate a large crowd on a Friday night. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Fun place where kids can literally bounce off the walls. I thought it'd be a bit more to do but considering the price and how it is good exercise for all, I'd go again.

Not as good as it once was. Everyone that wanted food from the snack bar had to go to the office to get help. It seems like no one is in charge.

My kids and I both love this place! Had a blast for my son's birthday party, and it's not just for the kids, the last time we went I got a great workout too- just jumping around having fun!

This one was one the of first in the areas. It doesn't have as much of a variety in regards to attractions. With a Groupon or another deal, it's still worthwhile! We prefer other trampoline parks though.

As a customer the experience has been three to four stars, depending on the day. As a parent of a previous teenage employee I have several other thoughts that come to mind and those experiences have not been the most professional for my son.
I have called and called multiple times trying to get answers to questions and rarely get someone on the phone, which needless to say is frustrating

Unsafe zone for families. Doesn't support ccw holders or 2nd amendment rights. Leaving kids and families in a dangerous situation. Bad place

Our children love it here. they are always exhausted when leaving which makes me love it too.

I had my son's 5th Birthday Party here and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, energetic, and super excited to celebrate with Carter and his friends. THe registration process was smooth and quick, it didnt matter if we had pre-registered online or not yet, they made it super simple. The kids (and adults too) were off to jump for the first hour, and had an absolute blast, and it was super safe for all ages!!!

We finished with 40 mins in the party room. Our two party hosts had everything set and ready , all the shoes and coats and presents lined up, tables set. These awesome girls served drinks, cut/ served pizza, lit our candles, sang with us, cut and served cake, and even wrote a gift list for presents!!! They were professional but very involved with the kiddos . All the kids had a great time and we cannot wait to go back.

It seems a bit expensive from the start but for the experience you get its well beyond worth it!!!

My 8 and 9 year old daughters loved it there it is really easy to get in .

It was my first time and I had an amazing time! Would recommend to everyone.

This was my first time at Sky Zone and I organized a birthday party at their facility. Their staff was very friendly and helpful from start to finish. The party room was a great space to use for food and cool down after our jump. I would recommend Sky Zone to my friends and will definitely be going back.

A nice place to go to with your family a little pricey on a snack

The skyzone trampoline natzi was who greeted our family. I get you want to keep the participants safe, but not at the cost of people's experience. The girl made me uncomfortable and I won't go back .she said something to us three times and we weren't e even doing anything wrong.

I brought my three kids plus friends for two weeks in a row now. Everyone had a great time the first time but were disappointed in our second visit (last night). Before we left we called to make sure you were open until 8:00pm and that you had room for my group of four kids. The front desk confirmed so we headed over from the east side. To our shock and disappointment the "Foam Zone" closed at 7:00pm for "routine cleaning."

If you are open until 8:00pm then be OPEN until 8:00pm! I am grateful that you do actually clean your Sky Zone but do it after hours! Why cheat the poor kids that show up from 7:00pm to 8:00pm from one of the really fun parts of Sky Zone. We asked and this was a routine cleaning, not a special cleaning because someone had done something that required immediate attention.

I was very disappointed but not nearly as disappointed as the four kids I brought. I guess if we come back now we need to ask before we leave and make sure each individual section is actually open and ready for play. Very bad form, Sky Zone!

We were told to arrive early for our party and we did only to find that they didn't even know if our room was ready or when it would be ready if it was not as an adult I could not jump or play dodgeball with my kids I don't think this is really a family friendly place I feel like it's geared for children it's a place where adults can sit down in the waiting area while their kids run ramp it does not really allow you to participate with your children which sucks because I paid all this money for a birthday party that I can't even participate in and it's my child's birthday..... The staff is rude and Young I don't think there is an adult working here they not only ignore you but if they can assist you they just leave you standing there I had one lady tell me I'm sorry I can't sign your kids in for your birthday party and walked away didn't say she was going to go get help none of that I had to go and enter up to other employees who had an attitude for being interrupted trying to sign my kids in for a birthday party this experience was terrible I wouldn't recommend bringing your kids here unless you plan on sitting in the waiting area and letting your kids run rampid however that is just not how I parent

Went to Sky Zone the weekend of the 24th with family to celebrate a pre-birthday weekend for my son, and had a great time. The two young ladies (Ellie M. & Haley H.) were very kind and knowledgeable who checked us in, did a outstanding job bringing us up to snuff with the facilities since it was our first visit. We do plan to go again in the near future. Fun place!

It was very fun but there were annoying kids at dodge ball that would cheat and never go out when they got out.

This is place is great. Very Clean and friendly staff. The prices are awesome. Great deal on memberships. I'm glad its here.

It was a really fun place, but you have to stay on your side and my cousin is 6 and we went there together and we weren t even able to jump together because she had to stay in the 4-6 area and I was in 8-10

Nice place. It is clean and looks like it is well taken care of. The staff is real nice and helpful. It seems a small but I do recommend it.

Clean and affordable. My 11 year old boy loves this place!!

The kids really enjoyed their time there. It's very reasonable in price. The staff is very good with the kids. They really watch out for all of them. I am planning on taking the kids back there again.

Recommend getting there early to get some time when other people haven't shown up yet. If you have a kid 5 or under check their website for toddler time hours. You won't be able to jump with your toddler though.

Great place though lots of fun.

Fairly inexpensive if you need something for the kids to do.

Great place to wear out the children.......and apparently adults too!! Pricing is great.... You don't need as much time as you think you need..... 30 minutes is a long time to jump up and down!

Absolute trash. Rude staff 10000 different rules I can't jump with my child what's the point? Only way I'd go back there is to fight the manager

Groupon is the best for this place prices. My kids had fun but really not worth the money just to jump on a trampoline.

This place is great! They are fair and devide stuff fairly and treat everyone equal. The price is fair for what you get. The dodgeball is the best and fun for all sizes.

Don't waste your money unless you want hovered over the whole time. Ridiculously strict and rude.

It's not worth one star. No precautions. No first aid. My boy fell down and got fracture. when we went to doc they said skyzone is giving good business to them . By seeing my son's plaster everybody sharing their dear ones injure stories happened there. Worst place to t your kids. Specially there tv show different stunts by seeing them kids will become crazy and hurt . Will not recommend to any age.

After your reply I tried to reply but didn't get how to. Now thought to just edit my review. As in your reply there will staff they will look any injury happened. But we didn't find any, so we went to front desk for help but no response. They replied they dont know how to handle. We went to cafeteria and some ice to smooth my boy. Then We drove to Jewish hospital emergency. Just enquire any Hospital or any orthopedic in Cincinnati they are directly saying skyzone is big business helper to them.

Much smaller than most trampoline/fun places for sure! Not a whole lot for younger Kids to do. Staff at the front were nice but the monitors on the trampolines were off in a distance not paying any attention.

We paid for two adults, and two children. After we started jumping in the foam pit, we were told we were in there too long? Ok.? We went to the free jump. There, we were told not only could we NOT jump with our kids, but we had to jump at the other end of the trampolines (about 40 to 50 feet away.) What? I'm sure for insurance reasons, but sheesh. The place was not crowded at all. We complained to the manager, and he refunded our adult tickets. He also gave us two tickets to return. He said it should have been explained to us that we could not jump with our kids. Then we had to listen to a 3 and 6 yr old begging us to jump with them for the next 40 minutes.

Kids have a lot of fun but it's chaos in there on a busy day! If your child has glasses, it's a serious concern.

One of the worst establishments I've ever been to. I brought my little cousins and sure they had fun but the staff is awful. Everybody working there is rude, snappy, and discriminatory. An extremely moody lady got mad at us for saying hello to her daughter then proceeded to "complain about us for making them uncomfortable". So the Operations Manager followed us around for the remainder of the time. Which of course made us uncomfortable. Very unprofessional place. Which resulted in the manager following us out the door and arguing with us. Total creep.
