I took a group of 18 to Sky Zone for a youth group...

I took a group of 18 to Sky Zone for a youth group event. I called 2 weeks in advance to make the reservation, and left a voicemail. I got a call back the next day and talked to the event coordinator (I think her name was India) for 20 minutes about rules, regulations and making a reservation. At the end of the conversation, she informed me I needed to make a 20% deposit for the group. I was driving at the time, so I couldn't pull out my credit card. I told her I would call back shortly. She informed me she could not save any of my information without a deposit. Again, I told her I would have to call back because I was driving. When I called back later that day, I got the voicemail and left a message. We played voicemail tag for 5 days, with me calling TWICE a day to make the deposit so I wouldn't lose the reservation. On day 4, I called the front desk and asked to talk to an actual person because I was tired of leaving voicemails. They told me the event coordinator was busy and couldn't take my payment at that time. Finally, ONE WEEK after my initial call, the event coordinator (India) called me. She asked me all of my information again (because it wasn't saved), gave me all the rules again, and took my deposit. I didn't like that after a week of playing phone tag and her hearing my name on voicemail, she acted like we had never spoken before. The day before our reservation, the same event coordinator (India)called to confirm. She read the SAME rules and regulations again (3rd time). Not 5 minutes after hanging up, she called again, asked for my name and asked if she could confirm my reservation. WHAT? I just talked to you! She had TWO reservations in the system, because the original that she "couldn't save" was still in. So even though there wasn't a deposit on that one, it CAN be saved and they will STILL call to confirm. But, she couldn't look at the names and phone numbers before realizing she double booked a party? AND you called the same number and asked for the same name twice in a row and didn't even realize you were talking to the same person? Just listen to your 10 voicemails, my name and number is all over it! Of course, the kids had fun, but dealing with Sky Zone's event coordinator was a HUGE hassle and extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommened them for a large group outing, unless you got lucky and got a better event planner.
