Arrow professionals are really professionals. They handle you very politily and their hiring criteria is simple. Full time jobs are available easily. Part time jobs are not there. They don't take students. Overall good experience.

I was very disappointed.. I went there filled out all the forms, did the orientation with like 30 other ppl, told I would be starting 2 days later but to wait for their confirmation email and call.. then I heard nothing back... I tried calling with no answer and I tried texting when that didn't work and got no answer.. I'm still unemployed and find it appalling that they wouldn't even reach out to me to tell me if there was a problem or to just say sorry we don't have enough work left for you.. never again will I go to these people

Extremely unprofessional. My initial phone conversation went really well and I was asked to send my resume. However after that the contact person went MIA. I m a university grad with reasonably good work history, so it couldn t have been because of a lame resume. But the fact that I tried to reach out numerous times and got no response goes to show they don t care about the individual employees but rather finding someone to do labour and quick jobs. It takes 2 mins to respond to an email and 10 seconds to lose a potential worker. Even to reject someone it s common curtesy. Complete waste of time and hope.

For a first timer, it was not easy but thanks to management and staff of arrow force, ready to help and train one who's eager to work. Thank you Pranti for letting me experience another way to work. You people are wonderful.

I have a very good experience with arrow workforce. Their staff recruiter Maria mam is professional , courteous and work according to the convenience of both; their clients and their candidates. She is always ready to answer your questions in any time any day of week. She helped me to start my career in better way then I expected.

Always working to better your employment opportunities. They have already come to me with 2 job offers that are excellent and fit my goals.

Don't waste your time. They host job fairs and take dozens of resumes but then they won't call you back. Then you'll see a job posting from them saying they need "50 workers." The agents don't answer their personal numbers giving out on the Ads, and when you call the main number expect the receptionist to tell you they are busy or "not in today." I didn't even have to start a job to know this company sucked. Also i'd like to mention the receptionist is the only one really doing a good job, the rest are unqualified douche bags.

Never work with these guys. They ll give you the shifts but will never pay you or receive your calls. Worst Agency ever!

I reached out to a representative and within two days I had been set up with an interview for a tier two support position. This company is absolutely amazing and specifically the two representatives I interacted with Lauren and Steffan were continuously involved by preparing me for the interview, following up after the interview and setting me up before the first day on my job! Keon is one of the worst supervisors I ve ever met! He treats people like s**t when they need a day off even if you ask in advance he will Act like he never approved it or he will lie to you telling you it s a full day at work when he knows it s a half day. If you work for arrow, I highly suggest you stay away from afternoon shift at NIKE. One of the worst supervisors I ve ever met....he only cares about himself

I registered in 2015 summer looking for work. They just send me a text message 3 days ago for work. After 3 years they are offering a job. For Response: I haven't even registered with arrow week ago. I applied/ registered was in 2015 when I was going university during summer. I have better paying job in field. Why should I apply week ago, if have really good job?

The worst agency ever .An organized,abusive disrespectful.Right now they are hiring For HBC Scarborough (100 metropolitan Rd),they will call you to work for 8hrs but once u start the work they will ask you to leave within two hrs or 3hrs .if u don t believe me ask anyone who work their before you apply .so I don t recommend this agency.most importantly they don t pay you on time .

The recruiter sent me in for an interview with a software company. I called him when it was done. He said he would call me right back. I never heard from him again, even after sending multiple follow up messages for an update. 2-weeks after the interview and still nothing. I'd suggest working with other agencies with recruiters who are more professional and have integrity.

They give you a job in a couples of days and starts working as soon as possible. Nirtharsan is the arrow manager at Nike brimley warehouse. He is easy to get along and to contact.

The amazing folk at Arrow reached out to me seemingly out of nowhere to offer me a short contract coding for a company. I wasn't sure I was up to the task so they interviewed me themselves first to make sure I was good, then they cheered me and coached me until I got the job a couple days later. After being on the job for 2 weeks, I called them and said "I love this job, I want to convince them to extend my contract" and these amazing folk were absolutely up to the challenge and fought for me every step of the way and worked their magic with management and 4 months and 3 extensions later, I got hired full-time. I really felt like they cared deeply about my particular situation and they called to check up on me. Truly an amazing company with incredibly hard-working recruiters who truly care. Thank you.

To those who are serious about finding employment; Please do not apply to Arrow Professional Agency. First the name itself is false advertisement as they are not professional what so ever. I went in to the office, filled the application gave them copies of my I.D.s and left there with nothing but "the owner will give you a call by tomorrow" Usually with agencies they give you your start date which should be the next day along with the address of the job. Not Arrow! I had been texting Vikram, one of their employees who had confirmed all the details for the job the day before and who had lead me to believe I was starting the next day. I texted him to explain what the lady had told me and he explained to me that it would be him calling me once he received the paper work since he was at their other office. So, I waited and waited until the end of the time frame she gave me, then I realized they keep posting the same ad looking for people to start urgently for the same position I had applied for. The next day I finally texted him wondering what the hold up was and if they had encountered an issue. Apparently, he said they were waiting for an update from the client with start dates and orientation but why was I told I was starting Monday??? Doesn't make sense. I asked him how long it would be until he knew and he never responded. How can you call yourself professional when you don't keep people in the loop and just have them wait and the worse part is 3 days later he still had the same excuse that they were waiting for client then ignored me completely. Furthermore, I did my own little research found the company that was apparently hiring gave them a call and was told that they were not hiring at the moment. It's been a week; I have already moved on but it's not fair to be pushed into giving your I.D.s being promised a job and in the end they leave you in the dark! Please do yourself a favor, save your time and energy and DO NOT GO TO ARROW!!!!

Keon is the onsite supervisor at Nike. He s very nice and easy to talk to if you have any questions or concerns. He greets and talks to everyone in a professional manner!
