By far this is the best Skillet location. Their staff is friendly, the food is prepared to perfection and they offer a full bar. From a vegan perspective the choices are limited, but they do have an awesome zuchinni spagetti, very tasty.

You know how when you stay out late and just really want some good, greasy dinner food? Skillet it perfect for that. The prices are on the higher side for diner food, but the quality and inventive twists on classics explain that. Even the decor is a classed up twist on diners of the past. The fried chicken and waffle was delicious, the chicken was so well made. The poutine was also pretty good, though got soggy very quickly. My only complaint was service which was grumpy because they were closing early for maintenance work being done and didn't really seem to want us there. Things were kind of thrown down and food took a very long time to arrive. I would think it was just the circumstance, so probably not normally so bad.

The best food ever. I got the Fabulous burger that had bacon jam one of the unique ingredients of the restaurant. The ambience was amazing a relaxed and chilled atmosphere. I would recommend that you try it.

Cool place, very reasonable prices. They were more than happy to accommodate me with a table outside. I got the chicken and waffles with bacon and eggs. Eggs were bland. Bacon was limp. Waffle was soggy, partially due to the food on top. The Syrup was great though, some sort of cinnamon mixture.

Make sure to ask for a crispy waffle if ya go.

Skillet Diner is a great breakfast spot in Capitol Hill. We came on a Saturday morning so of course there was a wait but it was worth it. I had the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes and it was delicious. Sometimes these with these type of special pancakes they have a tendency be too sweet but these pancakes had were perfect. The staff here is friendly as well!

Very delicious. Classic brunch food with a Pacific Northwest twist. The menu has a variety of sweet and savory options. Because it s so fantastic, expect a long wait. On the bright side, they serve free coffee to the folks standing in line (often in the cold) waiting to be seated.

It is a small intimate location and had very friendly staff. I had the blackened salmon sandwich and it was tasty. Three fries were average but suitable. There were many other things on the menu that I would like to go back and try. Looking forward to many more meals here.

Awesome food! Check out the corned beef hash. This restaurant has the best tasting coffee I've ever had at a restaurant. I had to track down the supplier, and it turns out it's Caffe Vita round the corner

Usually a wait, but has been worth it every time. Making a reservation is absolutely a good idea! Also, the mimosas pitcher is way better bang for the buck than individual mimosas. We had about 5-6 drinks in the pitcher for less than the price of 3 individual drinks.

Worst experience ever. I get half way done with my food, take the cloth napkin and wipe my face clean, set it down to only realize the damn thing was completely covered in mold. The server kept saying "oh its not my fault, I had no idea, I'm not in charge of the napkins". Excuse after excuse after excuse. My friends and I will never eat here again. I hear they're opening spots in the airport, can only expect things to be worse in there.

Wonderful place for brunch on Saturdays. Yes, there is a wait of 30-45 minutes, but go grab a coffee they provide from Cafe Vita coffee, explore the neighborhood, and check back in.
Food was phenomenal, and very tasty. Love the vibe they offer. Large booths provide comfort for you and your party. Will be going to their other locations to try other items on their menu. Great job!

All the times I have been there the staff has always been very nice and welcoming. The Sammy is probably one of the more popular dishes, the cinnamon roll special for bunch was fantastic, and even the seemingly simple burger is really good. Can't go wrong here.

Visiting from Atlanta, Georgia and was recommended this place by a friend. Delicious! Had the little Rob and there was nothing little about it. Fried chicken was wonderful as well as their verde bloody. Definitely will be back!

Really delicious comfort food. Taking a star off because they sneak an extra charge on your bill at the end for "Seattle living wage" or something. If you need to pay your staff more and can't afford it, raise prices. Don't try to trick your customers into leaving an extra 3% tip

Really fun place to eat. The food was heavy on breakfast and comfort food, not a place to go if your on a diet. I had the fried chicken with waffle, all our food could have been hotter, my wife had skillet of the day with fennel and spinach and a side salad and loved it.

I don't know what all the hype is about with this place. Their food is good, but their pricing is a bit excessive. I feel that you can get the same or better comfort food/bar experience at Lost Lake for about half the price.

We wanted steak. They had steak on their web site. They used to serve steak. But no longer. We got to the restaurant only to discover that the steak was no longer on the menu. BUT our waiter handled it perfectly. He comped one glass of wine we had already ordered, apologized just the right amount and said he had called the operations manager to correct the problem. Good job. Next hamburger I get will be there.

Consistently delicious breakfast. I have an annual appointment in Seattle, and this head been my stop six out of seven years. Their breakfast potatoes are well seasoned, and cooked just right. Never once have I been disappointed by my choice of the breakfast menu

Great brunch menu but gets really busy. Plan on a 20-30 minute wait. They do provide compliment coffee for you while you wait though. The portions are deceptively large. I really enjoyed the deconstructed corned beef hash and the biscuits and gravy. Prepare to take a nap after either of those though.

Great place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Recommend the fried chicken and Bloody Mary's for a heaty breakfast and a fun start to the morning. No wait on the weekend and excellent service. Definitely a Capitol Hill staple for locals and visitors alike.

Great casual brunch stop. First time visiting and would recommend to anyone trying to get away from the busy downtown Seattle area for some hearty, flavorful food options. Reasonably priced and friendly service. Ordered the breakfast burrito and was not disappointed.

This place is great, and the food is fantastic. My only complaint is that the service can be a little slow, but that's only because it's usually crowded. I recommend the deconstructed corned beef hash, which will change your life. Seriously. You will be a different, and better, person after eating it. You also can't go wrong with the burgers which are some of the best in Seattle.

Got there right at opening on a Sunday morning to beat the rush. We had a stroller and baby with us which they kindly gave us a spot to park, probably wouldn't be able to do that later once they fill up. Food was tasty and fast. Loved the troll pic for coloring.

We got there and no tables were available so 5 of us sat at the counter. It was fun to watch the prep going on in the kitchen. The service was very attentive and everyone enjoyed their meals. Nice place.

Skillet doesn't actually have skillets. Nice ambience and staff. Food options are not my most favorite or can be a little on the greasy side, but still a nice place to drink a cup of coffee and get some cheddar grits.
