I'm surprised how empty it was for a Saturday night, although we did get here around 9pm. Happy hour was at 10pm but it was still quite empty. Oh well, more for us!

PORK BELLY + CORNMEAL WAFFLES
Simply delicious. Trust me when I say this: you have GOT to eat each bite with all 4 things together. That's a slice of pork belly with your fried egg and cornmeal waffle, drizzled with maple syrup. Ohman, it was so good. Even though I'm not too big a fan of cornmeal due to the grainy texture, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.

Whoooo! If you want a strong bourbon drink, this is it! First few sips, I could feel the burn going down but as I continued eating my meal, I started to enjoy this as I took more sips of it :P

POUTINE
I had some bites of the poutine and it was good! Not too salty, not too soggy, and just the right amount of flavor. You can substitute fries/salad for poutine for $3 when you order a burger or sandwich.

Skillet Diner is a nice spot. Wanted to try foie gras but didn't see it on the menu ): But that's okay, I had a great meal here regardless. Will save this place for future trips to Seattle!

Came here for a quick breakfast and it didn't disappoint! Loved the spicy breakfast potatoes and I had the daily scramble. I was also just finishing up Whole30 and I was able to find something on the menu that could accommodate, I will definitely be back next time I'm in Seattle!

YUM!!! We had the Sammie (with added egg), the Chub (with added fried chicken), the pork belly and waffle, and the Little Rob. Everyone liked what they ordered. The Chub was especially delicious and my friend devoured it quickly! The only complaint is the pork belly slice was a little too fatty of a portion, but I guess pork belly is usually pretty fatty anyway. The Rob was AMAZING. It was so simple yet so good! I think it was the pancakes that really push it over the edge from really good to AMAZING. The pancakes have a great texture, not too sweet, not too buttery, not too salty. It's a good mix of semi sweet but also savory since there is cheese and eggs in it. Overall great food, good service. Be willing to wait in line, it's worth it!!

This was recommended to me several times and I'm super glad we opted to give the brunch a shot.

Food was phenomenal and feeling. Coffee was great (as expected). Ended up sitting at the bar since the wait was long, but it was a lot of fun and our server was friendly despite the business. I was super impressed by their ability to handle such high traffic.

Just went here and ate slow service, ordered biscuit gravy menu make a suggestion of ham and bacon gravy there was none. Not worth 12 dollars for two biscuits and flavorless gravy not impressed

Nothing-special diner food brunch place good for a bite. There's usually quite a wait, however. But you can stand outside in the sun with some of their free coffee while you wait.

Now serving breakfast all day. Hearty lunch menu. Warm staff. Recommend this place all day every day.

Popular spot for solid diner breakfast food. The skillet made cinnamon roll was a really highlight. Plenty of icing, not overcooked other burned. Just right. Biscuits and gravy were solid with an interesting twist being the sage gravey. Very tasty. You won't walk away hungry but be prepared to wait up to thirty minutes to be sat.

My first visit and it was great. There was about a 40 minute wait, but the food was excellent. The Bloody Mary wasnt bad, but it wasnt great. I'll definitely be back!

If you're looking for greasy southern comfort food for breakfast, this is the place. If not, steer clear.

It was alright, nothing special for breakfast on the weekday. Most the items contained meat and I recall only seeing one non-meat option. I ordered a side of the fennel potatoes which turned out pretty disappointing because they were soggy and not crispy.

2 for Food, none of it was good and the prices were awful
I loved the benches, but 2 for overall atmosphere (playing terrible music and felt super fake)
Not recommended with the wealth of actually good affordable food elsewhere.

You guys never fail to amaze me with your awesomely delicious food! I was stuck at work with nothing to eat and thank goodness you are part of UberEats! You guys have made my stomach very happy! I strongly recommend to a lot of people, chicken and cornmeal waffles! My absolute favorite!!!!

A real letdown, the French toast was burnt to a tasteless crisp and they serve better poached eggs at McDonald's. Save your money and buy 15 breakfast sandwiches at McDonald's instead.

Skillet is an excellent brunch spot. Don't bother calling to make a reservation, they don't accept them over the phone. Expect to pay ~30$ a head for a brunch entree, coffee, and a cocktail. Speaking of, the cocktails are always ingenious and delicious. Visit in an evening to cap off a weekend war with a boozy milkshake.

Maybe I am just not the right personality type for this place. I tried twice and both time were the same. I found the servers to be disengaged. The food is just not exciting or flavorful, especially for the price. Nothing about what Skillet has to offer has inspired any particularly positive feelings for me. At the same time, nothing that I experienced there was horrible. It was just... sub par.

We have been staying temporarily a couple blocks from Skillet and have gone by a couple times for a quick meal. It has been surprisingly non-busy, but the food has been tasty, the kids have been happy with the milkshakes and burgers, and for comfort food, it has been a good choice for us.

Very good brunch. No wait. Wonderful drinks. Patio dining options. Really good coffee.
