BEST PLACE TO GO TO OVER THE SUMMER! Get their Diamond VIP membership and your experience will be amazing.

We get special, FREE parking each time. You can even reserve ahead of time. There is a bottle you get to take in with you and refill it as many times as you need. You get one Flash Pass each time to the park. PLUS, sometimes you get to take friends for free.

It s been a great Summer because of all these amazing perks. Truly has improved my experience at Six Flags.

We always go to Six Flags Over Texas for holiday in the park! They wrap everything in Christmas lights, the have hot chocolate stands everywhere, and they have real fires burning at s'mores stations throughout the park! It's such a fun time! The best deal is the collector cups for hot chocolate that come with free refills during your entire visit. It really is great family entertainment with all the shows, lights, treats, and of course the rides! Go enjoy a fun Texas Christmas!

Perhaps the best thing about Six Flags is that they never stop improving the park. It's light years better than when I first started going. The park is generally clean and well-maintained (the Log Ride being one noticeable exception).

Currently you can save $20/person just by handing over a Coke can when you buy your ticket, but make sure you bring a can for each person - I tell you from experience that 3 cans won't get 4 people a discount. Very rigid.

Not sure if this is typical, but at least 4 times during the day we were waiting in line and the ride would either get closed, or the line would just stop moving for a LONG time, with no explanation. Either way, a lot of precious time got wasted. I must also ding them for not having fans keeping the waiting lines cooler. The heat was pretty withering.

The Original and The Best..this park is just simply great.has the best rollercoaster selection than any park in texas..not to mention the tallest (titan)very clean, friendly staff, and alot of shady areas.if you get the chance ride Judge Roy Scream..(classic woodie)

Excellent park! Wait times aren't too long and there's a ton of great rides.

Do NOT try to buy single day passes at the park. Just order them online. If you try to get them at the park, they have you wait in line for someone filling out the online order form for each customer.

The roller coasters are good fun! Didn't try the rest of the (smaller) rides. Passes though are quite expensive so are food and drinks throughout the park in a push to try and get you to buy the subscription pass.

YAS I love amusement parks, but Six Flags was one of the best. Huge selection, lots of fun, and for us, the lines were like nothing. Had a great time with my friends, and got too all the roller coasters. :)

Got a membership here with my brother and is our go to place to go, it is really affordable and convenient when you don t have any other plans to do or for just hanging out with friends even if you don t wanna do the rides you can still walk around and eat and have a great time! Love it!

Six flags has always been a favorite of mine growing up in California. Really amazing deals going on all the time for season and membership passes which are always worth it. Their food is always decent and would recommend a meal plan too. If I visit 3 times in a year, park, and get food I already made my money back. I WOULD LOVE TO give Six Flags Over Texas a 5 star...but since I have been a member since this Feburary I have only been able to ride 1 ride. Every single time I go which is at least twice a month they have at least half the park rides closed or not fully operational. Whenever I am about to ride a coaster and in line for a long time they close it due to wind or technical problems. The amount of times they have done that to me makes me feel like everyone who works there does not want to work, or the park is in such a bad shape to even run. I would love to recommend going here...but the fact that I always have rides closed on me is horrible and so many people deal the same thing. If you're okay getting a meal plan and get food as much as you want then its an AMAZING deal!

I would rather drive 2 hours south to go to Fiesta Texas and come back in a day instead because there I know I can actually ride rides.

Best time to go...is the week school starts...lines are shorter...everything is expensive...and over priced. WALK up to any refreshment stand as for a free water...they will give it to you!

The infestation of hornets is insane, I was stung 6 times. There was a particular food/drink stand with 3 employees that gave us so much unecessary attitude, when me and my family were getting drinks at first they said they were closed then literally a minute later we came back to them serving people so when we confronted them about it and they kept quiet. Other than that, the experience was great

Seems rundown and some rides are closed. Not many in between rides for older people who don't like the intense rides or the baby rides! Been going here since I was about 4. Miss Skull Island, slide that was on the oil Derrick petting zoo with a tortise you could ride and the canoe rides and Spindle Top.

This place is a completely chaotic mess. 37 of 49 rides closed 9/23/2018 and NO ONE at the front gate said a thing. Totally ripped us off for nearly $500. The food is overpriced and not that good. The park is dirty and run down and no one seems to care. Cattle herding and carnival barkers and hustlers after already being fleeced $25 just to park in a lot a mile away. SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT COME TO SIX FLAGS OVER TEXAS!!!!

they stole my money. I had a membership that I canceled in may 2020. they charged me in June my membership fee. I chatted with them to get my money back and the person named Doroles S. told me that they don not give refunds and hung the chat up in the middle of the conversation. they are scam artist and do not give them a dime of your money.

Great place to have fun, new rides opened, but sometimes the rides aren t open or close down while you re in line. I really like how they have memberships now to pay a monthly payment and be able to visit for cheap, and now they are open year round, every weekend. Prices very high. $6 for bottled drinks from the machines. $60 for 4 nachos!!! Parking is an absolute mess, and trying to park takes 30 minutes sometimes. Leaving is worse, with sometimes taking upwards of 45 minutes to slowly move person by person out of the parking lot. Overall, good fun for the membership deals they have!

Employees do a fantastic job maintaining the park during harsh weather conditions. I recommended going early to avoid longer lines. Great place for kids and families. The rides are so much fun!

I bought season passed this year and the benefits paid for themselves. We went several times and had a great time. Every staff member we spoke to was up beat and friendly. Can't wait to go back!

Shame Shame Shame! 6 Flags stole my family's money! They advertise two park admission then deny you and your poor kids when you get to the gate. I have tried every possible solution to upgrade our tickets to the 6 Flags and Hurricane Harbor Tickets the kid sold us. No luck! I've written the contact us. No luck. Apparently they know they are scamming thousands of families and don't care. Horrified thinking that this is what companies have resorted too, to make a dollar. SHAME ON YOU 6 Flags!!! Shame Shame Shame!

It was fun plus if you get a cop the Six Flags cup you get to fill it anytime you want free that was really good at least you don't have to pay the rides were fun I would love to go there again

All around Great! All rides are extremely fun, most of the better rides, like the Titan and shockwave tend to be short, although the waits are usually worth it, they also don't get old, every time you come the same ride can be absolutely fantastic. Alone or with friends it's immensely fun. The food is great, and most desserts tend to be a treat. The staff is very nice. The only problems are overpriced entry tickets and food but that tends to be a given. Highly recommend to anyone.

Classic attractions and new ones. I love what they are doing to the Gotham city section, rides reflect popular DC characters. Laser Justice League ride is the best but seems like it's always broken. Holiday in the park and Halloween is the best time to go.

It was the first time my kids were there and they Loved Looney Tune land. The only thing was we went first weekend in November hoping all Halloween stuff was gone nothing was mentioned about the last day online. We were trying to get in before it got too cold, and before all Pagan festivities were over or in between. We had to use up some tickets before year was over. Would have appreciated it if they left kids rides open since there isn't much they could ride. Along with the merry go round.

Happiness to the kid and crowed even in summer!

We took the kid to the very place in company day. Actually the place is clean mostly. There are lots of precaution things. If you took some very little ones, you better keep them in very close distance and keep an eye on them. Some places do not have enough safety. Your kids might fall into water, got shoes or finger stuck as they like expire the world.

Will check the water park next time!

Awesome rides for the whole family. Wish they actually had all flags over Texas on the flag poles instead of just the American flag. The Confederate flag is not racist in the context that it was a part of Texan history.

Eh it's alright. Half the time I end up hurt because of the rides not being smooth.
I got hurt on a ride one year and had to go to the er. Ended up with whip lash. My neck still gives me problems.

Weather was bad. However, I'm still a fan. A couple rides were temporarily closed. Staff was a little inattentive in my opinion. Bought a subscription to gold membership so we can come back weather permitting. Food is ridiculously priced but the bc rides make it worth it!

Drove 9hrs to get here, spent $170 to get in ,$40 to park just to find out have the rides are closed. Most of the coasters were closed, everything else was severely under staffed, and took forever to get thru the lines. Nobody seemed to be around to combat the line cutters. Very little info on where the rides entrance were or how long the waits were. Very disorganized and chaotic on how the park is run. Half of the concession stands were closed so the remaining had very long lines. Very disappointed! Major waste of money, would love my money back. Worse theme park I have ever been to. Do not recommend at all. Will never come back.

Great roller coasters, unfortunately there are days where certain rides (popular ones) aren't running. Also, in particular, Mr. Freeze is running only one train (they have 2), and wait times become excessively long.

Wow, we had a great time. I would give them five stars but the cost of getting in when you don't have a season pass is ridiculous. With that said, the employees were very nice and me and my daughter had a wonderful time.

Your typical amusement park. Great rides and lots of stuff to do. They have scooter rentals for older folks. $71.00 with a $25 deposit that you get back. Food prices are astronomically high so be prepared. I think they're down to 3 smoking areas in various parts of the park. Holiday are, of course, the busiest time. Great to all ages.

I puked twice, yet it was still worth going with my best friend. We went on a weekday afternoon and ended up waiting 20 min MAX on roller-coaster rides. (For some rides, we were able to stay on the coaster 2-3x without moving seats.) Six Flags truly brings out the kid in me.

5 rides were closed off and on after standing in line park is very unclean standing water everywhere. Bathrooms were worse then at a reststop. I will give them credit the food was decent. The Batman and the Joker are the only worthwhile rides. Mr. Freeze is hours to wait on a slow day. Customer service is non existent, the teens who run this place could care less. I guess I just had higher hopes.

**Rip Offs and Lies**. It's the same old park, the only thing new are the gimmicks. Six Flags over Texas is in bad repair, promoting aggressive sales tactics and poorly explained deals with rude employees.

Standard paid parking has been moved to the back to make room for more expensive, reserved parking options; be prepared to drop the family at the designated areas in front and walk 3/4 mile, past empty reserve lots to the gate.

New Seasonal 'Membership' passes require a 12 month subscription and cost up to $240 per season ea plus a $20 set up fee.

If you buy a food pass, read the fine print. Each option is expensive and has strictly prohibitive options, segregated time slots and blackout periods that exclude 3.5 hours of meal pass usage when the park is open.

$20.99ea seasonal drink cups also DO NOT include all beverages. Many refills only get a very slight discount and some you will just pay full price. Also, you can't take them on rides so they make you put your seasonal drink cups in designated cubbies, but no one watches the cubbies and cups get stolen. No replacements offered.

Flash passes are THE WORST. You can spend an additional $500 per day for a family of four using this overpriced offer. Some options are $200 but are still more expensive than Disney World.

We spent $900 for three of us and not one of these important details were ever disclosed. We will use our passes and never come back. Sea World has a better maintained park, reasonable Flash Passes and easy food options that are worth the price.

Buyer beware. Six Flags May have figured a way to temporarily stay out of bankruptcy, but you will pay for it and they will again go bankrupt if they don't figure this stuff out.

The park it self is fun however if you ask a question to any of the staff you will get deer in headlights look, 9 times out of 10 answer is I dont know, and I am not sure. Nobody seams to now anything inside the park that works there.

26.00 for parking is rediculous. We use to love Six Flags but it has gotten way to expensive and a lot of the rides were closed . The park was not as clean as it use to be. Won't be back anytime soon

My friend and I went to six flags on August 2, 2019 and we had an ok time. Most of the good rides were not working and most of the shops and restaurants were closed. Not really a pleasant experience.

Our family's favorite day trip. We have had season passes every year for the past 12 years. Adding the meal pass to it is HUGE and saves our family of 7 a lot of money. We love Six Flags! Especially Holiday in the Park.

Six flags is a fun day. It has huge scary rides and it also has kids rides. If you download the app it will tell you which rides are for certain ages and which are for older kids and adults. Lots of great food. Even if you don't love rides it's a nice place to walk around and see other people enjoying themselves.

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE... of buying season passes!! We tried cancelling our season passes weeks before the last payment was due and the payments keep coming out of our bank account. We tried to reach out via contact form with no response. We live chatted with an agent who verified that we cancelled our account and was going to escalate the issue. Long story short, we never heard back from anyone and when I went online the agent said my membership was marked to expire in November when it should have been already cancelled. We've been charged $105 per month for our passes. We have been paying for 16 months now when it should have only been 12 months and cannot get a hold of a real person. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SEASON PASSES. ITS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!!
