Reza was so accommodating and made designing my card so easy! He coached me through preparing the right size card and even though they usually charge for design services he did this complementary and in such a friendly way. I have been using PrintPrint for many years now. They always have the best prices and are quick and efficient and are a local business so why would you ever look any further? Don t even bother price shopping or wasting your time trying to find the best printer for your flyers and business cards brochures in Vancouver because these guys are it ! They also feel like they are old friends and who doesn't want to give their business to their pals right? And my card turned out perfect and exactly as I had imagined without even proofing it! I love PrintPrint!

PrintPrint is friendly, helpful, great quality, and great price. Literally everything you could ask for in a print shop. Edit. Marked down a star as a result of average customer service when a product was not delivered as desired. Sorry. Still a decent print shop in Vancouver. Edit. I had to mark them down another star because I just couldn't shake the feeling of being treated poorly as a customer. The prints I got were useless for their purpose and I don't know if I'll be seeking their service again any time soon.
Sorry but Reza needs to get some customer service skills. He was so rude I just hung up and moved on! Will never use him!
I came running into this shop needing a large piece printed and mounted for an art show. The show was only a few hours away and I needed a replacement for a broken piece ASAP. Valerie and her crew were an absolute dream. Not only did they take on my ridiculously rushed project, but they showed me examples and gave me advice on how to best print the piece. They let me sit in their shop and resize my work while walking me through the best printing specs. Despite their obviously busy day, they had my piece printed and mounted well before my show and it looked AWESOME. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of printing services.

I use Print Print for all my client's print needs, and have never had a single issue! The quality is fantastic, the turnaround time is next level, and Reza is rad to work with. They also went above and beyond in printing all the assets for my wedding, turning around a large last minute order in a matter of hours the night before the wedding. I phoned this place for a quote, the woman was rude on the phone,used vulgar language because I told them I am not paying for design time for a basic print card. This is a place I would not deal with.After shopping around I found a place in The International Village that is not only cheaper but they are a five star service, I highly recommend checking out other options in the community other than print print.
Class Act Company! The product was clean and exactly as indicated on the proofs. Service was quick and efficient as well, very professional. I've used this company multiple times for bag tags for sports teams, and have been ecstatic with the product every time. I am speechless when it comes to PrintPrint. Their costumer service is INCREDIBLE. I had been looking for a printing shop for around 3 weeks, speaking to MANY different places trying to print a proof to see the colour matching between a digital and printed file. All other places were dismissive or tried to charge me so much money to print a single proof page. PrintPrint was incredibly accommodating, understanding, patient, and willing to work with me (who has zero experience with printing professionally). Ken at PrintPrint is amazing. He will teach you as you go and make sure you are getting exactly what you want. I couldn't recommend this place MORE. If you need ANYTHING printed - COME HERE!

We have experienced good and bad customer service here. The bad being a rude employee who cut us off and hung up the phone. No one deserves that. I never post reviews but we value good customer service and feel abused by this current bad experience. Companies need to know how their employees are treating their clients.
