Great park with excellent facilities. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Certain restrooms were less clean than is desirable, but most were acceptable. Prices in the park range from expensive to exorbitant but this is to be expected. Numerous rides ranging from children's thrill all the way to ' I wish I brought more underwear'. Would definitely return.

I have been to Six Flags A LOT. This time was different. Possibly because I am older now. There was a lack of fans EVERYWHERE. Texas heat and humidity sucks and it's worse when you're surrounded by people praying for a breeze. Surprisingly decent amount of misters though. There was an issue with one of our passes we had printed that day. They ultimately let us in, but still a pain. Other than than: lines were short, weather was mostly beautiful, rides are a lot of fun, staff needs supplies and training. Go Texas!

The crowd was heavy for a holiday, as expected. Overall I was disappointed though because all but one of my favorite go-to rides were closed. It has been some time since I was at the park, so maybe these rights are being closed for a few years. Nonetheless oh, I hope they were up and running within the next month.

They didnt even refund a ridiculous price for an umbrella because it was raining extremely hard, the umbrella was $26, it broke in the wind, which is not my fault, and they refused to refund it. The refund policy is bad. Period.

Staff is a hit or miss. We've gone at least 10 times and it always seems that there is at least one ride that is out of service. There are various areas that smell. The park is rarely clean - from the restrooms to the various food places.

Six Flag over Texas! I have been going to this park since the mid-1990's. I have seen the park evolve over time and it just keeps getting better. A season pass really is the only way to go if you plan to go more than once in a given year. The park has never looked better! Titan and the Giant are both kings at the park but don't overlook Batman the Ride. The food is okay but we don't go out there to eat. My advice.. get there early! The park opening time is the time the rides open not the park. :) Enjoy!

Great place...great rides.

Great place...great rides.
Titan us the best.
If you can, go weekday afternoons in the summer or on a weekend when there are cowboys/rangers games.
Do NOT go to Holiday in the Park...way too crowded.

Don't bother showing up at park opening. While you can technically enter the park, the rides/eateries open when they feel like it. So there is a ton of standing around, waiting in lines with no information about when any rides will actually open. When you finally give up after a half hour and decide to eat instead, you are left standing outside great smelling eateries, forlornly staring in the windows at the workers inside, some already behind the cash register and counter, wondering when that aching gnaw in your stomach will finally be satisfied. It's not a short wait...

There are no signs to communicate any opening times, and a lot of employees standing around. And the app is dead wrong about open rides/wait times.

The early entry time for members/season pass holders therefore becomes an added frustration rather than a perk.

It seems as if they try to cheat you out of the free parking offer. We bought 3 season season passes earlier in the year. Each pass offered a free parking pass. We picked up the season passes within the allotted time. But employees failed to give us the voucher for the free parking pass. Fast forward to today. We had to pay to park because they said our parking has expired. After paying and speaking with guest relations. They say only one of us can get free parking. NOT the way to run a business.
Hope you other season pass holders had better luck then we did.

The workers are always friendly, helping and caring! I love visiting every time because I've never had a bad experience as a guest or even me working here. They treat their employees real well and is very understanding to a lot of situations! I'm appreciative of this amusement park!

Park has been on a slow crawl of improvement over the last six years. Eating options are starting to improve. Steady flow of New rides in the last few years, other than the riddler none of the new rides stand out compared to the top parks in the US but it makes for a good day in the park. I would love to see them try to compete with Magic Mountain Cedar Point and Universal

Warning!!! the lack of fans or ventilation for some lines may lead to one passing out. We were in the Riddler line and there was absolutely no fans or circulation. It was 98 degrees outside but under the tarp without fans it got hotter!! One lady passed out while in line and others couldn't fan themselves enough. I still can't comprehend why Six Flags refuses to install these fans for their customers in line considering the charge of 1 day admission ticket.

Awesome theme park. At rented during "covid" time. Enjoy my visit just dislike wearing a facemask everywhere even on rides and think the seating on the rides shouldn't have to social distance because the lines sure dont enforce it and if we are wearing a mask and they are doing their "hourly" santizing... why social distance on the rides. Lines were a little long because of this rule today

I am a huge huge fan of roller coasters, this is one of the amazing parks to spend time for all age groups. I highly recommend everyone to use Six Flags App so that you can filter you rides based on thrill level. We had a great experience and would definitely visit again.

Overall, the park needs some work. There are numerous areas where maintenance hasn't been a priority, leading to a very run down appearance. There are some friendly staff members but the majority seem to be indifferent to the guests. The employees in the kids section of the park were very nice and engaged, but elsewhere it felt as though the guests were a nuisance. There were several areas in the park that had an awful smell, as though the regular cleaning hadn't been accomplished. If given the option, I'd recommend going elsewhere.

My family took a weekend trip here in August and I'll be honest with you I never liked roller coasters but my firs ride was the titan and after this place I will ride anything so if you are thinking about going here you should and they also have an awesome kiddie area.

Lines were not too long on a sunday. Not so crowded overall. With that said Bathroom were terrible and not cleaned regularly. Park was not very clean. Beer bottles, overflowed trashcans, trash thrown in or around lines. Park also needs people cleaning up more regularly. People were nice but staff was very rarely seen. Fair games in park were really fun and exciting to win prizes. Cleaning is a must and will come back hopefully give them a shot after buying a season pass. Park also needs renovations soon but with no competition in the area they are not forced to like other markets.

Went on the website and bought day passes for today 10/28 and no where on the ticket was the hours of operation for the park. We got there confused because they were closed with hours of operations up on a sign that said they opened at 11. A security guard walked up to us and snapped at us for being at the gate he said something about the barricade, but there was no barricade up. We were treated like garbage and we paid over $200 to be there. Turns out the park doesn t open until 6pm and we only get 5 hours of time in the park now for all the money we paid. We tried calling in but it s a dead end with no help or person to talk to.

I am an Astroworld kid from Houston and it was amazing to see many of the same concepts that are applied to Six Flags Over Texas.
Six Flags has got it figured out at this park when it comes to the monthly membership passes. What a deal!
The kids had a blast and rode their first serious roller coasters!!!

We love this place and have gotten season passes several times. We have visited in the summer and also done the Halloween event. We loved it and had a blast. My sons are 13 and 11 and they did every haunted house with us. They were really scary but so fun! The scare zones through the park are really fun and add to the spooky atmosphere. The food is all decent, nothing gourmet, but that's what you get at a theme park. We buy our passes during the labor day sale and we get the parking pass and dining pass with a season cup that has free refills. You get all of that for around $150 each. It's a great deal. During the Halloween you do have to pay additional for the haunted houses. It was $35 each to go more than one night. We went on a Thursday and there were no lines and we were able to do everything. We went again on the following Saturday and there were lines to everything! The food, the rides the bathrooms. It was insane. We still had fun but a lot of the rides were closed which made other lines longer. We still did everything we wanted to do. We stay from 10am to 10pm and had a blast.

Not the best park I ever been too !!

Not the best park I ever been too !!
A lot of Out dated rides !!
Could use a remodel all the way around !!
Most of the rides were out of order due to technical difficulties or the weather, bathrooms are nasty !! No food sections !!
Old tvs !! Fans that blow out smelly water
All around this is a old park !!!
You better off at Kings Island in Cincinnati, Ohio !!
It s way better and up to date !!!

For the most part it was great but when you have a ride operator who appears to be clueless it's scary. I know most of them are new but still when it comes to the safety of others you should at least have somewhat of a clue as to what you're doing. Other then that one incident everything was great they did a great job. I just don't feel like I should take a star away because of the lack of knowledge of one person.

My 5 year old loves it. She's gone twice. The 1st time she didn't get to ride many rides due to the cold weather. Took her this past Friday. I didn't realize she actually could some of the bigger rides because of her height. I wish they would allow more of the animated characters to be out and about. She only saw 1.

This Sixflags has got worser and worser over the years every ride that we went to had technical difficulties they will shut the rides down reopen for 10 minutes shut it down again for 30 minutes reopen it again for 5 minutes it's honestly not fun anymore everything is overpriced the lines are slow as hell snail slow the bathrooms are disgusting especially the women's restroom I attended Sixflags July 6th and I didn't enjoy myself

Son drove all the way from Houston with friends to go to Six Flags today. He just got in the park when they said they were closing park because it looked like it was going to rain. They wouldn't even refund his money or give them free passes to come back at a later date. $80 may not seem like a lot of money to them but he saved just to take this trip with friends They are now driving back to Houston and didn't get to ride one ride. Thanks Six Flags for caring about the people who come there.

Open! Great to be back at the park enjoying the thrills and making memories. Social distancing and sanitary measures in full effect, but it hardly influenced the experience. A bit unorganized and trying to figure out what was going to actually operate. Rapids ride was closed due to the "Rona". All and all, great day!

Quit with the $5 water bottles. It's literally 112 degrees. Staff friendly and helpful. Seriously helping people out quickly and efficiently as they were having heat exhaustion. The staff were doing their best and they get 5 stars.

We are season pass holders. There are a lot of rides to choose from but the lines are always so long. We have been twice in Dec. and both times we spent about 6 hours. We only rode 6 rides. The staff at the drink stations have been rather rude.

We are members and love going! The fast passes help but they give out so many now that you still end up standing in line. But the dining plans are worth the money bc it's so much less expensive!

We had a great time. Fast pass is a must, we can only ride a certain amount of times if we wait on the long lines. Great for all the family, we usually take turns taking care of the kids while the adults go ride the big ones. We need 2 days to enjoy the park, we go as soon as it opens that way we enjoy the shows they might have later on the day.

Went for fright fest. The zombie haunted maze was closed so we got discounted passes to the other 4 mazes. They weren't super scary or long but we still had a blast. The lines went really quick. Probably because we went on Monday but we expected it to be much busier.

Long lines, app reports false times...
Not a single clean male toilet to be found.

Made me waste my single admission coupon for my guest who leaves town in the morning.

I truly appreciate the deception causing a waste of my time and money.

Pretty laid back for a Saturday during Spring break.. short lines in Looney tune boom town, not too long of a wait for the bigger rides. Lines were moving fast. The staff was helpful with directions around the park. Food and snacks fresh and good but pricey! Make sure you wear comfy shoes! Overall my family and I had a great time!!

First off I hadn't been to Six Flags in over 10 year. The main reason I stayed away was because when I used to go It was way over crowded. This time I went the place was almost dead. I actually walked right onto the Batman and Mr. Freeze. The Halloween shows we're amazing. We will definitely going back.

Rode a few of the rides including Justoce League and Titan. The Titan is a must ride for any roller coaster fan. 225 ft drop at 85 mph and you pull 5.9 g at some points of the ride. It's amazing. The good is extremely expensive so plan ahead and eat before or after.

Terrible value for the money. Many rides/attractions shut down or not operational with no notice (Batman, Mr. Freeze, the Oil Derrick, Mine Train, Pandemonium, half of log flume, Chaparral, and the Six Flags Railroad (how basic is that)) on the first Saturday in August with thousands of people there. Don't waste your time or money. This place needs a lot of maintenance and more staff.

The experience is always great here, once you actually get in. Please do something about your entrance, it is disorganized and a hazard to everyone in it. People already pay a lot of money to get on your rides, just entering the park should not be one of them. Other than that, it was freaking great. The rides were fun, the whole frightfest thing was awesome, my kids and wife had a blast.
