I have been going to six flags since I was a kid and I will be back at the best, and I plan on making it this year 2020. I can't wait.

Pretty fun place to take the family. Would've been 5 stars but although it's an annoying and hot job staff could use some training in professionalism. They seem like they're made to stay there at gun point.

So many things to do here! Some incredible rides for all ages. Most of the employees were kind to the guests. I had a great time here and there is really nothing bad I can say about this place.

For our first visit I give it a 4, bought a membership for my family and I, didn't like the fact that a couple of rides required $... Not cool... I thought that was the point of having a membership. Plus we went this past Sunday for my daughters Birthday being a weekend I thought the park would be packed but to my surprise it wasn't, no long lines now that I liked

I got there on a Sunday about 3:00 pm. The parking doesn't make much sense for 1st timers. Not many signs. Seems like a free for all. Easy to get into the park at that time. Lines were short and I got to enjoy just about all of the rides that I wanted to. Would definitely go back!

I would've liked for it to have stayed open longer on that particular day, otherwise it was a fun day and we rode most of the rides, and some of them twice.

Six Flags will not cancel your membership or give any refunds, they just want to "extend" memberships, so I trade March-May for November-January, that seems fair right? Also, I have to be one of the lucky lottery winners that can get a reservation. This is the ultimate scam. I say members should teach Six Flags a lesson by reserving your spot everyday and not showing up. That is what I will be doing. #boycottsixflags #Sixflagstheft

Don t get me wrong, the rides at the park are really fun, and I have a blast with most of them. The price for season passes and memberships are also great. I have a gold plus membership, deluxe dining pass, and gold flash pass which is in total only a bit less that $20 a month. But my main problem with this park is the environment. Its trashy, crowded, and has (for the most part) poor staff. It has some people who are trying to make your day as good as possible, but there are others that are rude and boring, who clearly hate their jobs. Every time I Come I have a blast, but if six flags would clean up the park up and train their staff better, fixing the little things, the park would be a lot better.

Good fun and a lot to do with smaller kids. You just need to hope you pick a day that isnt too busy or you'll find lots of reasons to get annoyed.

This location has better rides than Fiesta Texas. They were nice enough to put out a sign saying they expected to be busier than normal. It was however ironic that the line for the fast pass was long that some of the ride lines.

Great time besides the long lines and expensive food. The food's quantity and quality did not match their prices, but it's good fun for the family. The shows are free (sometimes) and it's a great vacation spot.

Holiday in the park is a good evening out for the family. Good food, great snack/sweet choices (including roasting your own smores, cool holiday lights setup. I don't ride big rides but they look fun

I really enjoyed the park. It was very hot but there were misters and it was easy to find water. The rides were each unique in their own way and they are categorized for you on the map in terms of excitement. It is an older park but it is decently maintained. I have no complaints about anything regarding quality of facilities honestly. They were a little understaffed the day I was there (maybe it's off season I am unsure) however I don't really think it caused any undue problems. They could use fans inside of the reverse rollercoaster that I can't recall the name off currently. I would say though that that ride is worth the wait. It is super fun. I found I enjoyed most rides they had at the park and tried to ride both relaxed and exciting rides. My favorite tamer ride was the log flume. If you are looking for something with water to get you out of the heat I would head to the larger water ride with about 10 seats if I recall correctly at the center of the park with it's entrance located at the back past boomtown (I think it's kind of funny I remember the sections names but not the rides names). Which brings up another point. I actually enjoyed the theming of this park. I tend to find it's overdone and not tasteful when the park extends it's theme directly into food (Disney does this best though) and other such things but this park leaves that alone. Whether it be a budgetary or tastemade choice I do not know but nonetheless I enjoy the results. You could say if they we're aiming to cut costs they hit the target on the head for what I care about at Six Flags over Dallas.
I must say. This is my longest review I've done and for some reason felt the need to do in some time. Thanks for reading if you made it this far.

Six Flags Over Texas was jam-packed with amazing rides. With intense coasters like Joker, Titan, and Mr. Freeze Reverse Blast; Thrill rides like Catwoman Whip, Riddler's Revenge, and Superman Tower of Power; and slower family rides like Mini Mine Train and Gunslinger, this park has something for everyone! The food options were great, and the gift shops were full of cool souvenirs. The lines weren't too long, however I really recommend getting a Flash Pass. We had the Platinum Flash Pass which basically eliminated lines to less than 3 minutes. Overall a great park!

Went for Father's day....park wasn't that crowded but ride lines were long because major attractions were closed and other major attractions repeatedly closed while everyone was in line. Had a good time but only because I spent time with my daughter. She was a bit disappointed because we couldn't ride more together. We were there from 11-6 and got to ride 3 rides. Not worth the time or expense. It looks like they are poorly managed and understaffed.

Majority attractions are closed without prior notice before enter the park, no staff on-site to explain what happens. The Only few opens require additional tickets purchase which is ridiculous, totally not worth if you purchase one time entry ticket. For annual pass holder, its simply waste of time to drive 20miles, spend 20mins find parking spot, and spend money just to buy fast foods and sodas.

Took my son for his first big park roller coaster experience. Six flags never disappoints with the big rides. I highly recommend paying for the fast pass option as the park can get crowded and lines get super long! My family and I had a blast! Looking forward to a return visit soon as we are now season pass holders!

Great rides. But it is so clear that there is no training in customer service for their employees. Kiosk thing at food service is terrible : entering your order doesn't start the preparation. They start preparing your order when one of their employees happens by the window and notices you standing there. Then they take your ticket and start preparing your order. Very bad design. Faster to wait in line

Place looks like a run down Disney Land. Staff are extremely rude and just look super miserable. Food is way too expensive, $11 for a hotdog! Sadly I got roped into buying a season pass. Too bad I will only use it that once. My advice is, if you are going to go, bring a cooler with food and drinks and leave it in your car and just go eat in your car when you get hungry.

I went there around 6pm.I got to play a few rides. Everything was perfect, and I had a hell lot of fun. I would have rated it 5 stars, but the only reason I am giving it 4 star is because of the bottled soda price that I paid for. Imagine having to pay almost 6.50$ for a bottle of diet coke from a vending machine ?

Loved it, but IT WAS HOT!!! Will definitely come back when it s cooler. The unlimited drinks was a good deal, but like all amusement parks, the food was pricey! But overall my kids and I had an AWESOME time and would definitely recommend. Just but your tickets in advance on line for a better deal.

We had fun, i would have given 5 stars but everytime i went to get food those people working took forever. They all seemed like they didn't care at all it was really frustrating when there are only so many hours and we wanted to catch another ride, but ended up losing a good 15 min. Waiting for one person to give us nuts. Lol. I mean it was fun the new rides are great. I hope to go back soon.

My wife and I went here yesterday for our 1st wedding anniversary with the intention to ride all the rides. We decided to splurge on a gold flash pass and it was SO WORTH IT. If you plan on riding more than one ride that is flash pass eligible you should get it if you can because it makes the park so much more enjoyable. It was hot and the last thing you want to do is stand in a long line when you're already walking long distances through the park. We ended up riding 12 rides before we called it a day. We brought our own food in a cooler and left it in the car which ended up being a great idea for us. Hit a subway before going to the park and spent about an hour in our car cooling off and eating. I took a star off because of an unpleasant employee we encountered at the runaway mountain ride. Otherwise great experience!

Six Flags Over Texas is a truly great park. It has rides for all ages and a variety of food options. It has really monumental roller coasters too. The best one there id say is the new Texas Giant. The long layout really allows you to take it all in. It also does not normally have lines that get over an hour and a half long. It is also the second smoothest roller coaster at the park. Six Flags Over Texas is a park worth going to.

A great place to get a membership for the family. I have had mine for years now, even though I live four hours away and that drive has become less than pleasant, I look forward to every trip down. The kids love the trips and all the rides! Good times!

Workers are very obnoxious about masks. Even on the rides you have to wear a mask and if its not over your nose they will make you put it on "correctly". Kinda annoying and a hassle for the amount of money you pay.

We bought season passes to Six Flags and we have definitely gotten our money's worth. In the summer it is worth it to come after 5 pm and stay till the evening. Much cooler and shorter lines. Kids of all ages can find something to do here. The DC themed rides are my children's favorites. Food varieties are not that varied - your regular funnel cake, corn dogs and more.

They don't care about the customer experience at all. They are just running people through like cattle. Food is okay but way over priced unless you have a dining plan. It's just a shame that you can tell that they really don't care about the customer at all. Treated as though you are lucky there running rides at all.

OMG this place was so fun and it wasn't crowded due to the pandemic and social distancing laws. There was barely a wait for the rides. All we needed was 2 hours.

Six flags is always a nice place to go and eat and have fun. With the exception of big crowds, of course since its an amusement park, but the food there such as the turkey legs, bacon cheddar ranch fries, and the cheesy curly fries, are worth the wait!

I was highly disappointed that the Batman ride was shut down an entire day. That is one of the biggest attractions they have there, and for them to shut it down on Labor Day was a bit ridiculous. There was no sign saying it was for technical reasons, and no one appeared to be working on it.

If you want a true Adrenaline Rush then I would recommend that you go on the Superman ride. Not only will you feel the interior of your stomach literally be crushed like a pancake while you ascend only to be crushed again at the top of your body as you descend. This experience is by far the most unique feeling you'll ever get.

I live in San Antonio, so I frequent Six Flags Fiesta Texas. Visiting this park was refreshing and pleasant. There are a couple less coasters, but the attitude of the employees, fantastic customer service, and cleanliness of the park left me wishing I lived closer to this park. Overall experience vs Fiesta Texas, Arlington wins. Hands down.

Really fun if you go on the right day. Would have been better if the Mr. Freeze Reverse Blast was fully operational and had air conditioning. Also, Harley Quinn's Spinsanity had more downtime than it had more uptime which was disappointing. Overall, wonderful place for family and fun!

Lots of solid rides. The three best are probably New Texas Giant, Mr Freeze, and Titan, but I also really enjoyed Joker and Runaway Mountain. SF Over Texas is arguably missing a stand-out, 10/10 coaster, but its collection is commendable. I would also say that the park is cleaner and slightly better themed than average, plus it has a nice atmosphere.

Temp checks on arrival and masks required for entry however, lots of closed rides and shops. Sanitizing of rides every hour but the chemical they use is greasy and got all over my skin and clothes (better than covid, but still not pleasant). I definitely will not return in the summer time, it was uncomfortably hot. Short wait times though lol

It's a fun place but something about it seems lacking, my best guess is (mainly comparing it to Fiesta Texas) the lack of shows and so many closed off areas where shows could be performed. My best suggestion is get some more shows Over Texas and everyone going make sure you get a meal pass with unlimited drinks cause it is definitely worth it

The staff were all very helpful and super nice. We went during Fright Feat and had a blast riding the fun thrilling rides, seeing their shows, and getting scared by zombies, clowns and more. I would recommend getting a Flash pass which allows you to get on the rides faster bc during events like that the crowd is Huge and you won't be able to get on everything without it. We had 2 skip the lines passes (because we are Diamond Elite passholders), and still weren't able to get on everything in 1 day. It's a great place to spend more than one day at with family and friends. Other than a shortage of tables to eat due to the crowd, I loved it. I also loved the clothes!!!

It is a great park, they are following CDC recommended prevention methods to keep the public safe. I had a hard enough time just with the Texas heat, but to wear a mask in these conditions, was too much for me and my family. I will be going to the park, when this threat is no longer. I can't wait to go back and be able to be in the park for more than 2 hours!

This is an amazing place to visit and spend time with the family the thing I'd suggest if it's your first time coming is to come in the summer during the weekdays there is little to no wait times for the rides weekends you will wait up to 2 hours and that's if the rides do t break down. Also they have a great variety of games where you can win prices and the shops are big! And you can find something for everyone here

We have season passes so we go several times a year. weather was nice for being last day of August. The lines were short because 6 Flags had enough personnel manning all the rides. Was a good time. We left about 5 and glad we did. They started 1/2 off tickets at 5 and entrances were backed up fo a while. Too crowded after 5.

I don't even want to give it one star! The place was an actual s**t hole. 3/4ths of the rides were closed, half of the eating places were closed, and the few rides that were open had huge lines! I spent $300 and my kids got to ride one ride! Will NEVER come back! The manager actually said there was a sign that had a list of the rides that were closed. I told him to walk us out and show us the sign. He tried to pretend to be amazed when there wasn't a SIGN! Also, I paid 25 bucks for the picture pass and when I went to get the pics they weren't there! It showed we had some, however they disappeared. No refund on that either.

Water damage from last year really took a toll on this park. It reminded me of the weathered look of businesses in Corpus Christi/ Galveston...without a beach.
