Crazy lines for everything, hour wait for getting some mediocre food. Lines for refilling prepaid drinks. No water available. Several rides closed without warning. Some fun activities but nickel and dimeing for everything. Getting a shaded location required an extra membership.

These guys charge for every little thing unlike many other water parks. If you want a recliner, they charge. If you want to use the lazy river you have to rent a tube. Food is EXPENSIVE and was very low quality. The park/rides were well maintained and fun.

This is the worst water park ever!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! Half the rides were closed down. Only one place to buy food was open. The kids area was closed for most of the day due to no staff. I slipped and fell before getting on the Big Kahuna and broke my toe. Not one staff member helped me up. A nice lady behind me in line helped me get up. Really????? Someone slips and falls and no staff member can reach down and help? This is the worst place ever. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! PLUS, the place was dirty. No clean up crew obviously.

Worst experience I have ever had at any theme park I have ever been too. Not only did I have to wait over 4 hours for food 2 hours just to order and another 2 hours in another line to pick up food. When it is finally my turn to pick up my food not only do the run out of what I ordered, i got attitude from a snot nose 15 year old who simply doesn't comprehend the fact that the customers who wait in that line are the reason she get a check every two weeks. Now I know you should have to put up with ignorance from a guest. But in this case it was she who was acting ignorant. Then I was told by the supervisor that all they had was chicken sandwiches and veggie burgers which did I want, neither I ordered a cheese burger and that what I want. Well were out so chicken or veggie burger? Like that's it take it or leave it, I'm like really not even gona try to please the customer in some way shape or form, not even gona try.. I know the customer isn't always right but the customer is the customer. Why is there no toy r us, payless going out of buisness. Failing sales. Which you can almost be sure that it's because of lack of customer service or caring!
Any way I say go to Hurrican Harbor at your own risk you will see. They treat there pass holders like there not worth their time.

When this place was waterworld it was perfect. Ever since it became hurricane harbor they became money hungry . Before the season pass was available at Costco now they are only available through them overpriced. They took the only good thing they had which was the pool with the small slides where the water wasn t super cold. Not worth it anymore. The food is overpriced and long wait time.

Six Flags Hurricane Harbor is overwhelmed and understaffed. The restaurants say we can't use our membership meal passes but the supervisors are saying we can. Kids are hungry so I'm glad we packed snacks but we are getting shortened out of what we've paid for. There are massive lines of people still trying to get in and only three check-in points. Six Flags was not ready to take over this waterpark and it shows. Been here since 1030 and have spent more time in line sorting through issues than actually enjoying the park.

Parking is 25$ for the day. Ticket is 50$ single day admission. You can't bring any food or drink from outside. The lines are long even on weekdays, expect to wait 20+ minutes for each ride. Then at the end of that line is a teenager who doesn't smile or even speak. The employees were the worst part of the experience. Every employee I met on every ride never smiled once and never spoke to anyone unless they were breaking a rule. The employee s outside the rides we're no different. The staff here make the entire experience feel unpleasant. I think the rides are great and I expected lines which truly weren't that bad. But once again the employees are why I am giving a 2 star rating.

So many people, seemed over crowded, eating area is horrible, they need to make it easier for people to get food and way faster. Their current set up is horrible and wait time in lines is over an hour. Not all Staff are customer service friendly, just a handful it seemed.

Fun place, but it's smaller than other Six Flags water parks I've visited in the past. It's really expensive for a one day visit, but if you're able to go multiple times in a season, a season pass pays for itself after the second visit.

Since I got nothing else better to do while waitin...

Since I got nothing else better to do while waiting in line in the hot sun to order food, I wrote this review:

This place have the potential to be a five star water park but is managed by a bunch of incompetent kids.
1. Can't bring in your own folding chairs since this place got no place to sit. Seating is very limited, this in turn would make the park a pedophile's paradise.
2. Food is worst than inmate food, is overpriced, have to wait three hours to order, and you cannot even bring snacks. You are FORCED to basically buy and eat their garbage. Selection of food is nill.
You will spend half of your time here just waiting for food.
3. Related to number 2, since management figured people cant eat here no need for any restrooms. This also explains why the water has a yellow tinge.
4. Dont have a place to dispose of garbage or waste at the top of the ride. If they did have garbage cans at the front of the line, folk can enjoy their meal or drink while waiting in line.

Besides that tidbit if venting, it is a fun theme park. People bring their family here to relax and have good lasting memories not to be punished and and be frustrated being out with family.

An absolute disappointment. Apart from the fact that you have to pay a lot of entrance fee 45 $ + 25 $ parking fee, the choice is limited and associated with extremely long waiting times.

I think the park is good for children, but even as a child I didn't want to stand in line for 40 minutes.
Yes, on average a waiting time of 40 minutes and here comes the unbelievable thing about it, there are 100 lifgards standing on a slide and the "MAKE SURE" that it doesn't go fast, what do I mean by that. At the top of the slides there is a lifegard that only lets you slide if the lifeguard at the bottom of the pool says that nobody is inside. In my opinion, absolute nonsense, the slide time is about 30-40 seconds. And when you get down in the water, the next one could already slide away and since the lifegards are not in any particular hurry, a "slide interval" takes about 5 minutes . 5 min!

What excited me the most was the evacuation after waiting 30 minutes! Why were evacuated no idea. But apparently something was in the water!

As a result of the evacuation, all opened slides were closed and graciously opened another slide that had not been opened until then!

So now we come to facts like no own food is allowed and the waiting time to buy food there is up to 1.5 hours and for the good service (yes, sarcasm) you have to pay huge sums of money.

We bought a season passes in Six Flags. When we arrived at the water park, we were surprised that everything needed to be paid for in addition. Parking is paid 20 $ from the car, inflatable circles $ 12 double, single $ 7, food can not be carried, only buy in the water park, storage boxes 12-20 $. Free only chairs.

Parking is $25 which is expensive and also frustrating when you buy a season pass. Its a nickel and dime experience once inside. The biggest issue with this park is the fact its so crowded. Very crowded. There s nowhere to sit, no chairs, long lines for everything. The positives is the lazy river and the kids area is ok but again very very crowded. Come here during the week and it s probably a better experience.

The new splash island park is really nice for the kids. Waiting in line to park could be done faster maybe have a lane for card holders. Come early if you want to get a spot and chair or being your own because they go fast. Like most amusement parks the food is quite expensive.

Weekends can be busy so prepare to wait for rides. Once you get on them they're a blast! Bathrooms could use an update with changing stalls and I have a gripe about them not allowing you to bring in your own drinking water.

Waterworld in Concord has thrill rides and family ...

Waterworld in Concord has thrill rides and family rides for all-ages. Now that they are part of the Six flags family again we were able to add unlimited admission for the summer on to our season pass for $15..a good deal! Usually it costs 40 dollars for a ticket.. but you should NEVER pay that! Costco sells admission for 25.99 or you can get deals online at their website. Parking is 15 dollars and on weekends you will end up in overflow down the street. They open normally at 10am and close at 6pm. The pools are not heated and are FREEZING, so I like to arrive around noon or 1, so the Sun has a chance to warm the water. You can rent an Inner tube but you really don't need to. People tend to leave them laying around in the wave pool or by the lounge chairs when they leave, and then you can use use one of those..Having a leg injury and being disabled because of it, I tend to stick to the wave pool and the lazy river. My 2 teenagers love the thrill rides. For younger kids they have a playground with water and a fun area with things like a lily pad obstacle type course. Usually 2 to 3 hours is enough before they're ready to go. While at the park you can rent cabana, but you'll pay an arm and a leg for it. You can usually find a chair or an area to set your stuff and I've never had any problems with anything disappearing..However if you are concerned you can rent a locker for $12. I suggest bringing one of those waterproof cell phone pouches that way you can stick your car keys and a credit-card to have on hand if you need it. You cannot bring food into the park but are allowed a bottle of water per person. There are places to get a bite to eat inside the park, like corndogs, pizza etc, but you're gonna pay a fortune. They also have things like dippin dots and Ritas ice cream as well as a little store in case you forgot things like a towel. They also have a changing area and of course restrooms. I know it's a fun water park and we enjoy our time there. I do wish they would heat the pools though .

It was sucha waste of time and money.
The entry and registration process is unorganized and staff lack common sense; to registry u have to stand in line, later to collect the registration passes u have to head back and stand in the same line you began !
tube rental return prepare to stand in long line. food and drink stand in.

im glad there was no line for restrooms!!!

No changing rooms, no showers.
Long lines.
Almost no shade.
The water has crazy amount of chlorine. My eyes itched for three days after visiting the park.
The parking is $25.
No outside food allowed.

Kids love it! Many areas are poorly maintained (creaky wooden tables, garbage needs picking up and bathrooms should be updated). Menus also should be overhauled to reflect the healthy choices that people want!

This location is great for enjoyment, however the prices are a little too high for the average family. That is to be expected considering it's an amusement park. Service is nice and friendly. And the food is pretty good for fast food.

This water park was super fun! There wasn't the most rides I've ever seen but there were at least 7 fun and fast rides. Also, the attendants were friendly and the lines moved pretty fast. Also, it was convenient to get a big locker for the day as well as just leaving slippers and towels on the multitude of beach chairs that were available.

This place is great for family fun and get aways, the place is pricey but that should be expected in every amusement park. I love the theme of Hawaii and the amount of shade the park offers in incredible so you can get a spot anywhere. The pretzels are loaded with salt so I would not recommend bit every thing else is awesome.
