We love the place. It makes you feel as if you are on a beach vaccation. Food is ok. Wish it would have some more Healthy options and that waiting lines at food would be run better. I think I could make some improvements when consolting the food are to run it more smooth and effective.
So come with cash 20 for parking ticket 45 food is like on average 12 to 15 then drinks are $. We went at the beginning of the season so alot of the slides were not open. Also the wait at the main food shack we waited for a good 30 minutes zero movement we ended up going to a diffrent food stand deeper in the park just because the line was moving... we got up to register and their point of sale went down... it took a manger to come reboot it. the place seemes very short staffed. Not all the slides food shackes open. When we were there a fence 2x4 fell off and nearly hit another guest a person who was working there picked it up placed it back on and less then 10 minutes later it fell off again a diffrent employee picked it off and dragged it away over all i felt the place was a bit run down.
A fun waterpark that caters to all your needs. The food is expensive, but the ticket itself is worth it.
First off gold or below pass holders expect to pay $20 just to park! 3 stars due to 6 slides being closed due to staffing issues. Also, they had staffing issues in the food area. It was very slow service. The cheese burger is just bun, cheese, and burger. No veggies at all or at least that how it was today. We got there when the park opened and up till about 2pm the lines were not too bad for the rides and moved quick. However after 2pm it seemed to move slower even though it did not seem that the crowd increased much. By 430pm, they ran out of cheese for the pretzels and churros. Other than those issues. It was fun. The kids enjoyed all the rides, kiddie area and the wave pool. Looking forward to going back. Hopefully the other rides will be open.
Some real fun rides. The staff are uninterested teenagers. We have the free dining pass and had to wait well over an hour in line to get food.
It was an right theme park. Haha that yellow and blue one isn't for younger kids even if they are of height just saying. They serve alcohol so people act a lil extra but over all nice water park
This place is amazing! I go here when ever I can! The slides are fun, the wave pool is very large, the lazy river is also amazing! The lines are reasonable for the food and slides. But on the day that I am posting this (and for any other days it says open) it was closed. I went on google to find if it was open or closed but it said it was open. I went over there to find out and no one was there. I don t know if there was a problem if so please let me know.

Too pricey for such a small water park. Should have discounts for individuals that can only sit in shaded area, but want to spend time with their family/friends and should include 2 tubes/floating device when renting a cabana!

This place was the worst water park I have ever been. We traveled 3 1/2 hours to get to this place because it is advertised as the biggest water park in California. This water park is run down, dirty, the stairs to the slides are made out of wood and they need replacing, and water leaks on your head when you are waiting in line. Half of the slides were not open so I have no idea if the slides are good. There was a new play area that looked GREAT, but it was closed. We waited in line for 1 1/2 hours to ride ONE slide. We went on TWO slides the whole day because the staff was SO incompetent that it took FOREVER to get on a waterslide. I will never go back to this place.
Waited over an hour in line trying to get in and the line never moved. They kept allowing people to cut in after buying tickets at the window. Staff refused to intervene. Lines went across the entire parking lot. Very poor organization. Left and had fun at discovery kingdom instead of wasting time there
Enjoyed our weekend here with the family. Tip is to be here early as parking gets full. We got in during the time where members can being friends for free. We were able to use this for my kid and niece. It is also quite tough to get space such as chairs and tables when you get in late. Go and get wet as this is a fun place to be.
Dis place is BERY NICE. I went there for my step sisters birthday on July 4th.

This place is quite fun. However, you must get there early to get a good spot to put your things down. I have gotten there around 12pm and it is already crowded. You cannot bring food. The food choices are horrible and unhealthy. They also only serve soda and u have to pay for water. It can get over 100 degrees so stay hydrated.
The park itself is somewhat small. Additionally they had closed now many if the rides even though the end of season is 3 more weeks away. On top of this they were operating the slides with absolutely minimum number of staff. Even though the park itself wasn't crowded during the visit today, the minimum staff made it longer wait times for the very few rides that were open. Speaks a lot about their integrity and ethical practices...
Lots of fun for the whole family regardless of age. Always very clean and staff is very courteous. Eat outside if you are in a large group to save some money on cost. Otherwise, a great water park!
The place was too crowded. Food lines took an hr or more. There always out of something. This time it was ranch.
The ride is fun, when I go in September weather is nice but water is cold. Worker could be a little more uplifting like six flag discovery kingdom. Only two food place is open, one sell only hot dogs, the one with a variety is at least an hour in line to get food.
Good waterpark, terrible employees. I waited in line for lunch for an hour and I was only behind about 10 people. The kids they hire lack training and are unmotivated.
The place water activities is ok for all ages. However, the size isnt that big enough to accommodate huge crowds. Some complains I have were the restrooms and changing rooms. They are old and somewhat not kept well. The facility is linient for families to sit and take shade in their landscaped areas...which a plus. But these people does not know how to return back a good favor though, making surroundings messed up a bit...eg. mulches went over the fenced area, or some goes to the water when they step on it. Choices of food and drinks are good enough. Parking, parents are going the wrong way and not as directed by the arrows...
This is worse experience on my water park. I am writing review while waiting for 2 hr in line for lunch order. This park has few options for lunch. Only one cafe with decent food. But you have to 2-3 hrs to order lunch. Most of your day will be waste on food order. One of girl fainted after one and half hour. I will recommend drive outside park and eat lunch. It will save time, money and get good food. Dining pass bought at six flags is useless since I will getting lunch at 4:30 pm when lunch hours ends on 3:30pm. I started line at 2:00pm. Please start lunch as soon as get in the park if you dinning pass.
For starters, this place was too expensive to get into for two adults and our 4 yr. old grandson, $36.99 each = $110.97. We got here at 1:30 so you should have a half off price for those people who want to come earliar but do to working schedules can't get here that early. The parking charge which was $25.00 , is insanely too much not even the Good Guys Car Show in Pleasanton charges that unreal price. using a locker to lock up our valuables was $11.00, and ice cream cups were small and overpriced $6.49 . should of been $3.00. For young kids ( our 4 yr old grandson) could only make use of 3 or 4 water activities so to charge young children the same general admission price was just ridiculous and overrated !! The restroom was just a big mess, paper tissue all over the floor and feces in and all over the toilet, and even out of seat covers and toilet tissue. You need to hire people who can do their job and know how to clean for health concerns as well as just plain cleanliness for the guests who come to your establishment to have fun with their families and not have to deal with this disgusting place. We will never come back and we will never recommend this place to our friends either til you clean up your act. I'm sure the health people would have a field day here writing you up for all of these issues. We rate this place a # 2 instead of a # 5 because of the overcharged prices and bathroom uncleanliness. Sorry, but dissatified customers !!
Half the slides were closed, there was a muddy mess from broken irrigation and the wait times to get food and drinks was atrocious.
Since six flags bought this place its slowly gone down hill ! Prices went up and getting a bad people there
Fun waterpark, but be prepared for long lines and heavy crowds.
I almost mostly have a good time there. There is a lot of miscommunication with the staff, but nothing a call to the corporate office can't fix. Great for family fun.
Too Full. Spent 2 hrs in linw for food, just for them to run out when I got to the window. VERY VERY unsatisfied! All we got was "Sorry" over 30 people were angry because of the long lines then no food available.
Huge pool area. The waterslide options are ok. But I rode the ones that used tubes a couple of times. The lifeguards kept us cool while waiting by splashing water on us and blaming one another which was kind of funny. I read some dos and don'ts online but there was no enforcement of the clothing rules as there were people in with tshirts and shorts so you may be ok if you don't have an actual swim suit. I was allowed to wear my swim shoes on the slides I wanted too except the Tornado. So after hauling my heavy tube all the way up the stairs and waiting in line, I had to go all the way back. The lazy river has a nice waterfall that falls into it and attacts a crowd. Overall nice experience.
We rented a Cabana but the food we ordered didn't come out for almost 2 hours. We were served water without cups, very disorganized. We were comped for food and drinks so I applaud the manager for that. However, there are six major rides at the park and only half of them were open. So overall, average experience could have been better if rides worked and service was good for the Cabana section.
Love it!!! Everytime we go we go with at least 10 family members and we always have a good time.
Food is served much faster, friendlier and taste better that Discovery Kingdom if you have the dining pass.
This place is really fun I love it! But there was some rides I didn't get to go on cause they were temporary closed.
Food service is the worst I have seen over an hour wait for horrible grease filled food that was cold. Only one bathroom at the front of the park that was worse than portapottys that have been at the fair, my daughter had to use the restroom but that took about 15 minutes of waiting in line because the bathroom is also the changing room. Poor layout poor staff not a single smile. I have a membership so its included but I would never pay 50 for a ticket.
Way too crowded! It took at least 30 minutes to get on a single ride! The lines for food were at least 30 minutes long. There is an area that had volleyball nets, but we were told only parties and Diamond members could use them when absolutely no one was there using them. Then there was a slushie type stand w an employee manning it w no one in line, so we went up to get one and he told us it was closed and when it was open, it was only open for the picnic that I didn't see. The water was also freezing. I don't expect nice warm water, but I also don't expect to get into water that is so cold that walking around the lazy river to "get used to it" doesn't help and I have to get out. Really not impressed and I love water parks! The reasons they get the 3 stars is bc they have a cool area for my youngest kids. They braved the cold water for awhile and had a blast, but eventually the water was just too cold for them and they wanted to leave.
Many rides closed. I can deal with long rides, but many closed rides creating longer lines does not make sense. Especially during summer.

Fun family environment with lots of variety of water fun. Great for all ages. Only downside is you can't bring in food and the food to buy is pricey. Get there at opening to get a good shade spot to hang out. Lines can get quite long as the day goes on.
We visited this park recently in summer. Luckily, on that day, the weather was sunny and perfect. Not at all hot.
The daily ticket is way too Expensive for a water park. $40 per person..!!
I didn't get any discount, although My Friend is a gold pass member. The lady at the counter said that my friend has signed up for membership at the LA six flags magic mountain, so He can get discount for friends only at that theme park. Also the water parks come under a different network within six flags.

There were bunch of rides that are good for small kids.
There were couple of rides which I haven't found in other water parks I have visited.
Big funnel looking ride -- blue color. I don't remember the name. This was fun.
Break point plunge-- Dropped from a height once you go into the door. Another thrill ride.
This can be a great place for a family to hangout because most of the rides can be done together.
There were not enough restaurants with good options inside the park.
Overall, this is a good water park that you can visit once but not again and again. I wouldn't consider this park like the other six flags which contain big thrill rides.

The most disorganized place that I have been. The employees don't know right from left. I will not going back and will not recommend whatsoever. There is only one set of bathrooms at the entrance. I'm pretty sure the visitors pee in the water!! Wasted $500.00.
I spent $207 on 2 season passes which did not come with any perks or any information whatsoever I bought the passes for both Six Flags parks Discovery Kingdom and Hurricane Harbor and the employees just handed me a card and said here you go they didn't explain anything they didn't give us a pamphlet not a shred of paper with information on it not even a map of the park honestly I don't know how they're able to use the Six Flags name that place was a nightmare I'm glad that the passes work for Discovery Kingdom because I don't want to spend too much time at the Hurricane Harbor I hope and pray that Discovery Kingdom's not anything like that because that was hell on Earth literally the worst place I have ever visited and the employees couldn't be any younger and any more rude every single person I asked a question to roll their eyes and had an attitude about it there was one employee that was nice and his name was Christian he helped me obtain a locker because the first set of lockers machine would not accept it my cash that machine was broken but Christian showed us where there were even more lockers that had two machines that accepted the cash and because there were no Maps they could give somebody we just walked around in circles for the first two hours we were there trying to find the lockers and put our stuff down so that we were able to go in the water without ruining our belongings it was pure hell I don't recommend it to anybody I would much rather save the money and gone to the public community pool it is horrible!!! and I still have no idea what to season pass includes such a wa$te!!!!!!!!!

Do not waste your time or your money coming here. The Six flags purchase only increased the price of admission. 5 slides were closed the day we were there... one attraction is 4 slides with one line... they were only letting one rider down at a time! while we waited in a line, that was waiting for the actual line to go up... As if $50 per person isn't enough, its another $25 to park, $8-$12 for an inner tube... you can't bring your own food in... super over-crowded... We left super disappointed
Hurricane Harbor is a great place to have fun with friends and family but they should not charge to use a tube their prices are unfair and I think they d should do better by Just having them for free and to make sure no one steals them by marking it so we know the difference From the park and our personal belongings.
Terrible water park. Long queues to get in and later waited nearly 2 hours in the queue for the overpriced food. Small print on six flags membership means you pay for parking at weekends or on holidays. The water was freezing and very cloudy. Staff were rude and made no apologies when we complained. Not going back.
Depending when you go it can be very very busy with food lines that are about an hour long. It s better to bring food with you and eat lunch at your car.
Enjoyed the one ride that we managed to get on, but the lines for everything, including food, were VERY slow moving.

Ok water park. I don't like that only one food place is open, yet not outside food. It creates hour+ waits. It's a small water park so be prepared for it to feel crowded.

Few bathrooms, unpleasant (and ridiculously expensive) food, and very little shady spots available. Umbrellas aren't allowed in so if you need shade -- which you definitely will -- you either have to arrive very early to take a rare spot with umbrellas, or spend about $200 to reserve a cabana for the day. I also got sick shortly after my visit although it's unclear if it's food poisoning from the funny-tasting burger or from accidentally swallowing the pool water.

This place was so fun, all the kids loved it. The downfall was Adults cutting in line, and wouldnt give up tubes needed for the slides. No workers said anything, apparently because people get crazy and fight. The bathroom was gross, food and drinks exspensive. So bring your own.
Overall we would go back, will just be better prepared and hope people can control their self at a children's place.

A very fun place to visit. Great for family and friends. Although, the staff that are assisting with the rides are either rude, or dead. The only ones so far that are good are the staff that serves food. Now let's get started on the food!!! It looks good.... But looks can deceiving. My family and I got the Diamond Elite pass and I feel like it's not worth it. You're better off eating before you get there and eating after you leave, or even packing some food in your car. Food there is no where near delicious. Imagine having to pay for the food as well??? $5.00 for a freaking bottle water!!!!!! No thanks!!!
Well... the park is small has some fun slides but you might want to wear some protection... I got a 4 inch long gash on my back from breakpoint plunge.
I would give 5 stars but the park attendants allow people to hog tables all day with their bags of stuff when tables are needed for people that are eating meals! There are lockers and chairs provided for this reason. This makes it very difficult to find a place to sit and eat your food.
First time going there was my Senior Trip there last September 3, 2019! IT WAS FUN!
My first waterpark. I find myself closing my eyes on some of the slides lol. Must be because of the water. Line wait for Big Kahuna is too long. The ride itself isn't all that. I'd rather go on the other slides over and over. Don't rent an inner tube unless you plan to go on the lazy river, or the wave beach and relax for a long period of time because you'll get stuck with carrying it around. All the slides have their own tubes for you to take on.
It was ok. If i had the 6 flags season pass for 57.99 i would go in the summer. But i will never buy a 1 day ticket again. Not worth it. There were only 4 water slides a wave pool and a small lazy river thing in the middle. Expensive $$
