For my first visit I had a wonderful time took my grandkids and they had a wonderful time as well will be back again

Awesome water rides collection.. very exciting! Spacious park areas, plenty of things to do for all ages..
Some rides can be really scary, but still safe! Staff is very helpful and friendly.. Organized place overall!
It could be very crowded and long lines on summer weekends though

Fun, hella people, and Fun! Good food too, just high priced.

Priced for limited day trips invest in park pass good fir Six Flags Adventure Kingdom as well family oriented

Great water park. It is on the smaller side but plenty to do for the whole family. There is a total lot pool with fun stuff for the little ones and several big rides for teenagers and adults. The food is a little pricey but that's to be expected. Plenty of parking and shade for relaxing. Big restrooms that were clean enough. They even have a giftshop that offered affordable swimwear. They range from very expensive to very cheap. All in all, a fun day trip in the summer for the kids without breaking the bank.

Amazing spot, I had fun on all the rides. Their life guards are always alert and on their toes. The only problem is, some of their rides kept jamming. I'm not sure that's a good thing but overall it was awesomeness.

Big queues, all extra paid. There is no swimming pool. On the roller coaster, a huge queue.

I love that I can use my season pass from six flags here!!@

Good rides, make sure to go on a day where it's the least crowded like a Monday or Tuesday. The season pass rank system is ludicrous, there's actually some areas where ONLY "diamond elite members can sit" and its pretty much the more money you have for these passes the more priviledge you get.

Always fun to go to. The seating areas need some work but we barely sat while we were there.

So fun omg. My children my niece my kids and I had a ball....

The waterslides were AMAZING!!! Me and my family had a Blast! We'll be back again very soon

Went labor day weekend.
My family has hit dozens of water parks across the states and the a few things really stuck out that made the trip unenjoyable. 6 slides were shut down with no warning on their site. The park clearly could not handle the amount of people that showed up; there was absolutely no seating, insane lines with an inefficient system that did pair people up on four person rafts, no two person rafts on four person slides either. The staff couldn't care less either; sometimes its fun to get a little push or a spin down a slide, but they wouldn't even respond to our requests and we would just awkwardly float to the beginning of the drop while getting frustrated looks from the staff. Weird day

Love the rides and attractions but the food line is horrible have to wait almost 2 hours just to be able to eat is quite the hassle.

ITS AMAZING, also the best number of people to go with is 4 (including yourself) because all the slides are in 1s 2s or 4s

It was fun very fun all I would say is some of the life guards are very rude and not just because there trying to save your life like I was scared to go on a slide and the guy said not trying to be rude but your holding up the line in a rude way so go and have fun

Would have been ZERO STARS BECAUSE ITS ONLY OPEN ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY

Had a great time took my kids seen some animals, got on rides. Which i seen a little bit more animals.

Amazing water park experience, friendly staff and a ton of good rides.

This water park is okay, I m giving it three stars only because I know Six Flags recently bought this property, but this space needs major upgrades. The wood on the rides are rotting. The pipes spew water while you are standing in line (but that s not a complaint when it s hot). I think the most ridiculous thing was charging for the tubes for the lazy river and rides. The lazy river was full of people walking in it. It was an okay time, but I won t be back until they do some upgrades.

Ok, go early when they open so you can get a good spot to sit or leave your items while on the rides or River. Food is pricey as always but you can always bring a cooler with food and go outside and eat then back you go to rides.

They need more food booths and bathrooms. Took over an hour or more just to get thru food line. They were super slow.

This place is a lot of fun. It can be a tad crowded. Get there early or you won t have place to place your stuff. Admission pricing is not bad but food is a bit pricey. You are not allowed to bring any food or drink and they do search everything. Overall, place is clean, slides are fun. Recommend for sure.

The wait for food was about 35 mins. They only had two lines open on a Friday and then one of the registers went down. Once you ordered your food you had to wait on the side again for your food. The FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. There was no ice in the soda machine and when the cashier was informed. He did ask for someone to fill the machine but he was told they have already asked 10 times and no one still hadn't filled the machine. The lazy river with dirty and full of branches, flowers, twigs. We left early.

Other than the long lines, I had a blast on my 50th Bday!!

There water really durty you buy cups 25.99 plus taxs and they never have ice they need more bathroom there be long lines people change in there like make a changing area something

Water slide with 4 slides up top took an hour after waiting for inter-tubes. Slides were understaffed, and the one young lady working was very unenthusiastic and almost seemed annoyed by slide goers. Wave pool was only half open, and really warm. Parking was horrible, had to park off site. Only saving grace was the food which was actually pretty good, and an employee offered free water during the wait in line. Overall, overpriced and not worth the money.

The water park is ok, but food service is terrible - huge lines, overpriced. Very dirty.

The bigger rides didn't open till after 2PM. By then ride lines are too long. Other than that it was great.

Pretty cool water park. Definitely geared towards kids (as expected), but there were some intense rides that, as an adult, I found exhilarating and enjoyable. The water was pretty cold so definitely go on a hot day. And bring waterproof shoes since the concrete can get very hot.

The food is terrible and it takes hours to wait in line to get it. They will not allow outside food either so you would have to inconveniently leave to go to your car. There are not enough shady areas unless you show up an hour before opening.

This was by far the WORST theme park experience I have had.
We spent 1 hour waiting for parking and ended up paying despite having membership and supposedly free parking.

Then we spent 2 HOURS waiting to get entry into the park with the lines mobbing through the parking lot alleys with no crowd management whatsoever.

Once in the park 3/6 rides were out of service/unavailable which means that everyone ended up in the wave pools.

We also tried to get food and spent another 2 HOURS in line for food at one of the two places for food and were turned away 3/4 through the line because many thing were running out at which point we left the park ate and came back while other people were still waiting for food. We ultimately soaked in the wave pool cooled off and headed home.

Worst waste of money ever. Use your money to go to Discovery Kingdom or better yet go to Great America where they have a small waterpark portion for the best of both worlds. Never coming back again.

Kids had fun but food was not good. If you're going prohibit outside food, please improve the food you serve.

So not worth the money you spend to get in. The kids area was closed and staff wouldn t say more than it will open soon water was too cold. Ive been here a few times and a lot of slides Are closed. The kids area has been closed. Do not waste your time or money on this place. It s small for the amount it cost to get in. I would recommend any raging waters park over this place. They re bigger and cost less.

Water world was cheaper in price. Too over priced now. Not worth it. Crappy over priced food and long waiting for water rides.

Had a season ticket when my daughter was 2! We didn't go to the water park but now that is what my 8 year old wants plus tickets for friends!

Places is nice the only thing I would complain about is the Lazy River it's always cold and dirty but the rest of the theme park is pretty nice.. oh and one more thing the food prices should be dropped a little bit I mean come on $14 for four chicken strips and some fries that's pretty outrageous.

It was a fun place the only big issue I had is we wore water shoes and were told we couldnt on the ride when we had just gone on that ride with them. Why sell water shoes if we can't wear them ... I dont know if any of these people have fungus on their feet ... I think that's the only issue I had.

Why they rent the floots and they don't have numbering and they steal them from you and you can't do anything you lose your money and fun time why in most games you can't take them

Only open for weekends during late summer and early autumn. The lines for the rides are endless.

Worse experience ever at a waterpark. Only 1 spot to get drinks and food wise, should be throughout the waterpark.no stars needed

Great place to cool down staff is very young in very unhelpful.... I was in the restroom with my 7 year old while there was 3 staff members were cussing in front of children and when asked not to talk like that gave attitude and continued cussing there were many kids and elderly women in the restroom at the time

Worst membership and subscription policy and customer service ever. Stay away. Read all fine print. Very horrible experience and very difficult to communicate with. Stay far away, unless it's just a day pass.

We rented a cabana. Which was nice because they order food for you and you don t have to stand in line. But in the afternoon the cabanas didn t have much shade. A changing area in the cabana area would be nice. There is only one bathroom and it s at the entrance.

you cannot enjoy your vacation. long lines will take all your time. I can t use my lunch pass. the line is more than time for dinner. only a few cafes are open. food selection is very small. if you come late you have no place to hide from the sun. Rides do not work all. terrible place. I regret coming here with my family. sorry for my bad english.

This was the worst experience I've ever had in a six flags park in my life. POOR management of attraction and services I am going to contact six flags to complain. This was the first and last time I will go there again. How do you run out of ice I paid $20 for an all day refill they failed to tell me that there was no ice. Soda machines didn't work had to go to gift shop and pay $10 for a cool bottle of water and a cool soda yes I said cool not cold

Very poor customer service. I wish I could return my season pass. The food was horrible and cold. If I could give them a -5, I would.

Had an amazing time at this incredible water park! Short lines for the most part at the concessions, friendly helpful staff, and tons of space for the kids to play! Highly recommend a membership and dining pass to make the most of your day! Free Parking, free meals, and discounted merchandise with the membership and dining pass! Definitely an awesome way to spend a summer day with the family!

I love hurricane harbor it's cool and has alot of fun rides and pools and good snaks and food I know the picture only shows one ride but trust me it's really fun

The customer service was not good there at all. Teenagers running the attractions and had no control over its guests. Had to pay $25 in parking even with being a season passholder. Had to pay $50 for the so called bring a friend free. Immature attitudes by the staff there. Was not impressed at all. Too much price gauging at the park.

I can not get thru to speak to someone on the phone..i keep getting hung up on or it go to a voicemail box that is full an hangs up on u that way...very frustrated about this!! I've been trying for 2 days to speak to someone at the park before I vist with my son for a birthday present party...

Good music, lots of life guards. Water temps are freezing, couldn t even enjoy the lazy river. But the minus 3 stars comes from the food being terrible and the staff behaviors that I observed. I had a hamburger/fries for lunch.. the fries had a fishy smell to them and the burger tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. For dinner I decided to try the chicken taco salad! It looked amazing but the chicken!! Not sure if it was year old chicken or even real chicken or what! It was so hard that I couldn t chew it.. so I used my finger nails to try to pull it apart and it was so dry. I ve never seen chicken breast like that before. The rest of the taco salad was good. Lettuce was fresh.. but a couple walked by and asked where I got the chicken taco salad because it looked so good.. I had to show them the chicken!! Ick!!! Was the worst! Needless to say, they changed their minds. Don t waste the money.! But, for my snack I had the strawberry ice cream. That was pretty good.
Now for the staff.. some were pretty nice.. the front gate staff who made our passes were not rude, but not warm and no one seemed to be knowledgeable on where I could get my food pass.. then they realized it was automatically added to our passes. I asked about the all day drink refills and they didn t seem to know where I could get my cup.. I finally found a staff member who directed me to the main food line.
While over by the free drink station, there was a female manager yelling at another staff member, in a very degrading manner, in front of the public for something about guests first. There was also a woman talking to them about an issue and you could clearly see they didn t care what she was saying.. but hey, what do you expect for having 20 yr olds in charge. Over all, the staff is very unprofessional and truly have no business working with the public.

Fun place for families with school ages kids. Parking is ridiculously expensive

Great place to have fun in the sun and water. They need more places to sit and relax and sit to eat. Food line was extremely long but that could be from lack of staff.

As expected, an an adult playground. Wish there was a no kids day
