Horrible. Do not go if you have to rent a wheelchair. They do not accommodate for people who have issues walking. My daughter had to wait on a bench outside the park, while I waited in lines and through security and into the park. Then over to the wheelchair rental place (note they are free to use at Disney) then I had to go with the chair over the very steep ramp to get my daughter. This took about an hour. Then I had to push this big girl up the ramps, uneven pavement, back into the lines, through security, into another line for admission to the park. And when it was time to leave, wheel her back up and over the ramps, way out to the parking lot and then the fun of bringing the chair from the parking lot up and over the ramps through security and admission back to the rental office. The park offers NO assistance. No shuttle, no easy chair return. It was a terrible horrible experience. I will never return.
Food wicked slow especially Main Street sweet shop there was 12 people in line and if took 30minites and the food is way to overpriced but the food is good and so are the rides
There are many days where I do think there's a cutting problem. However, I personally found that the staff is very friendly, security super helpful, and the park pretty clean considering all the people that were there. Appreciated how security responded when I was cut in line and shoved by another guest.
It Needs to repair a few rides , Goliath was not even operating the entire day we visited and it needs more park security. A women had her head hit by rocks thrown by children while on the wicked cyclone and its was gory. the park is expensive so be prepared to spend money on flash pass upgrades and the food was blahh . Over all the park was very clean and the staff was wonderful , Im not sure if were ever going to visit it again since it very small and not much to enjoy after a few rounds but its okay for what its worth.
The rides were ok. The food was the real issue. I didn't expect much from park food...but this needed to be shared. I ordered my food and received half my order. After 5 mins I asked where my burger was. I was told I already had it then after informing the staff that was incorrect...they took a burger that was waiting on the window down and proceeded to dress it as if it was my burger. Not only was it cold it was wrong. This was after being partially ignored at the window while ordering. Rude, ridiculous and never worth the waste of time again.
Good ticket prices when getting a discount Lines are ridiculously long even to get into the water park area. Dont suggest going on a weekend or near a holiday weekend
While my timing at this park was bad, and the experience was subpar, I will always enjoy Six Flags no matter what. When we went, it was the weekend before Halloween, so during Fright Fest. It also happened to have rained heavily earlier that day. They decided to delay the park opening from noon until 5pm, which was understandable. However, more rides than usual were closed, and they also decided to close early at 9pm rather than 11pm. So I ended up paying full price for 4 hours of Six Flags than the anticipated 11 hours. When I tried to reach out the customer service, I kept getting "disconnected" while they transferred me to another department. I'm really frustrated, and of course I'll be back again, but I ask anyone that experiences this to bring it up while they're still at the park. The phone system is either glitchy or the people are awful. Either way.
I was not happy at the fact that I had a skip the Line pass for Harley Quinn only and the two times that we tried to get on the ride it was shut down as soon as we got to the front of the line quite disappointing
I went on a super crowded day so I am biased, the lines were way too long. The food is over priced, which is too be expected of for a theme park. I still prefer Lake Compounce.
The roller coasters are great!... As long as you're not using the VR. It's not worth it and the line takes two or three times longer than the regular one
This place is amazing. I been going here since I was a kid and it's still impressive me. Also if you buy a water bottle you can ask people behind the counter to fill it up for you.
Fun ride but when we first in line for VR the worker forced us to go on the ride, and then the next group of people got to use the VR. After the ride ended we asked politely if we could ride again but the same worker said we would have to go back around. Then we stepped in line only to find the wait was over 2 hours! Never got to see the VR. Super disappointed...
Price gouging- prices are out of control. Paid parking ($25/30), food $12 for a pizza "combo" which is a slice, some fries and NO drink, a drink is at least another $5 and a 20oz bottle of soda from a vending machine is $6, water fountains are few and far between, paid lockers to store your stuff because there's not adequate storage at the rides. By the end of the day I was just surprised they have not charged to use the restroom!
My third year with season passes. Seems like some of the staff need to practice better personal hygiene. Was in line for the new vr coaster, I lasted an hour and a half before calling it off. Was watching the staff that was supposed to be in charge of the vr gear. Would have been quicker if all the employees helped. What I seen was what looked like 3 girls were running the gear back and forth and 3 or 4 employees on their cell phones. Lol, teenagers. :(
This place is amazing! I am a coaster fanatic, so that might shade this review a bit. Load times for Wicked Cyclone were pretty fast, Superman was even faster. Can get packed during the summer. Water park is very nice and clean. If you want thrills at a great price, GO!!! And get the gold dining pass (20% shopping discount, lunch, dinner and a snack, including ice cream!) and a gold season pass (free parking, early entry, extra coupons and bring a friend for free) if you plan on going more than once, the food is great and you get great value.
The park itself is wonderful. But everywhere we been here the customer service sucks. Everyone here have nasty attitude. Maybe they should quit and let people that actually wanna work,
Went to six flags as a kid, but this is far from what I remember. This place is disgusting. They do little to clean as is evidenced by the insane amount of bees. This is the drink station. Do yourself a favor and visit Canobie Lake instead!
Six Flags is a good place to go but the lines to get food are ridiculous. I spend from 40-60 minutes just waiting to get food. The water park is great although it could use some TLC. It does get too crowded IMO. See pics.
Family of 5. Nearest amusement park to us, so its a good choice in regards to location/travel. Didnt really appreciate on a rainy day only having a 1 stop trolley available, we parked in lot 2 and had to walk there, we are season pass holders, most likely will not purchase a 3rd year pass next year.
This six flags has a special place in my heart as someone who went to a prep school in the area and therefore came a couple times a year. The rides are all great and I'll truly miss this six flags,
The park is awsome however it was understaff. Today, we stood in line for 2 hours, in the sun to get overprice chicken and fries. Then we stood in line for over an hour to get fried dough and a shake. Paying for overprice food would not so bad if the services was excellent. I would rather wait in line for rides and no spent 3 hours in lines for food.
