I go here every year! its my favorite place on earth.
We were in the park last week.
Now I understand that it is the worst park in the world! They sold out many dinner passes and every day somebody gets sick ( vomits) to the pool and all the pools, slides are cloesed for the whole day! And you can't use the pool when it is 90 F or more! And vomit everywhere in the park! The stuff cleans it,but not too fat :( Sorry about them....
Many attractions are closed, some of them are closed for maintenance. Some of them closed without the reason.
But there is no any information on website about this! The stuff in costumer service are no friendly. I asked the refunds they said there was no refunds and we didn't know why so many rides were closed!
They didn't refund anything!
Never again!
Great place to have fun, bring your family and enjoy a good time together..
It was a good experience a lot to do in a lot to see very family oriented kid friendly and elderly friendly
The dining was amazing, and the workers have great attitudes, even on really long days. The rides were great as well, the waiting took longer than expected, which is why I got a fast pass. Overall, the experience was really amazing.
Always have a blast here. On my last visit a few days ago, Six flags did not disappoint per usual. My wife my son and brother had a really good time here.
This place we loved to go to enjoy with the family. The machinas and the spectacular water park. They have a lot of security. But everything they sell inside is too expensive. The same is enjoyed, it does not take away that it is an excellent place!
Fun family place but with all the drama going on with the help, actually witnessed 3 people who were in tears, some were running 2 rides because of lack of staff and other things increased wait times
Can be very busy at times. Especially during weekends
Season pass is a great value but food service is horribly slow! On my last visit, I waited in line for 30 minutes until I ordered then another 20 minutes to get my food after ordering.
Staff was very unprofessional. Lines were very long. Bathrooms were very dirty. Food was overpriced and not very good. Overall me and my family were very dissapointed. One good thing was the show we saw. Creep show freak show was pretty cool. Interacted with audience and everything. My daughter said it was the best part at six flags. Just saying. Hope this was helpful.
Wow I never go there but however is there open for tomorrow??
I love this place because I will be riding Dattco 2762, AKA Eric Martin's Bus soon because I am a Senior!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, attending Six Flags New England Education Program 2017 and I am riding Dattco 2204 and chose 3:00p.m. Early Release and taking Dattco 52173!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bizarro is an absolutely fantastic coaster, but they need to get rid of that stupid audio they recently added to it. Thunderbolt is an old gem kept in great shape, and Goliath is a fantastic addition to the park. There were no lines longer than 15 minutes on my visit, and for that reason especially, it was a delightful visit.
Some of the best rides in the north east. And the prices are fair, especially compared to Disney or Universal.
I m a fan of rollercoasters and there were quite a few good ones here. The Superman rollercoaster is the most popular and the wait is one of the longest, I would recommend you do some planning if you intend on going on that one. Great place for kids as well, they should throughly enjoy it.
What is there not to love? Great rides. Lines can be long, but we just have fun talking and making new friends.
If you love roller coasters this park is the one to go to. It's more for adults .
I went to Six Flags New England the first day of fright feast and was deeply disappointed. On commercials it lookwd like it was so scary they advertised that zombies and what not would be sitting next to.you on rides and all this other good stuff but it was honestly so boring. But I love the rides.
Restaurants are horrible. Rides are ok (two roller coasters out of order) crowd is also not the best
Fantastic for a local large scale amusement park! Best is to do either a season pass or a membership, if you plan on visiting multiple times. Excellent prices and perks with memberships!
Horrible customer service. Parking is more expensive than Disney. Food is gross. Membership not worth the cost. Lines are longer for members and perks are minimal.
Fright Fest is a joke, just characters yelling and so predictable. Don't waste your money.
One of my favorite places , I've got to say their business model and selection of rides is simply delightful, though I do miss the old cyclone. If you live nearby , get a season pass for sure!
Nice park to spend the day with the family. I probably lucked out, but the park was relatively empty on a gorgeous day for either dry or wet rides. If this is the norm definitely recommend this park
We went on an extremely warm day. Like 93 degrees. Waited through a line for the water park for like an hour. Just to get close to the front and the security personnel to tell us they weren't letting anyone in for a few hours.
We were hot and on the verge of falling out like the 2 poor people we had already seen hitting the ground. So we left the queue to go in search of water to drink and something for the kids to do.
We headed to the kids area, sure that they would be able to cool off in the pirates area. So we make it to the kids area, and the pirate ship area is closed. On a 90+ degree day. We ended up riding a few kids rides. Then left. It was a disappointment. We were hoping to stay for fireworks and everything else, but ended up just leaving and going home for the day.
Made the mistake of taking my kids on the weekend. The lines were long and it was hot. They were also promoting a food festival that wasn't all that great. My family and I ended up buying their daily meal plan. The place we wanted to go for dinner sold out of food. Overall we had a good day. Just a few bumps.
It seems there has been a problem every time I have visited. My most recent visit, we waited 30 minutes for the parking shuttle which never came, so we had to walk all the way from the farthest parking lot nearly a couple miles away. After that, apparently mid-summer they decided to double the cost of multi-ride lockers, while also cutting the time limit in half to 1 hour. By the time we returned from one ride, the hour had passed. I asked three different employees to help me open the locker, and it took a full hour for the right staff member to show up to help me. They then made me pay for that hour I spent waiting for them. In the past, I lost my hat and phone on a ride, and showed employees where they were visible in the grass. I took pictures of my items under the ride, filled out a Lost and Found form both in person and online, and still never got my items back. Overall, the park is overcrowded, and the company is so overtly greedy it is unbelievable. If you re charging people so much to enter, at least give them somewhere to put their belongings, actually help them find their lost things, and show some basic hospitality.
Super fun, its machina are unique, the water park very fun, excellent pair to share with family and their food very good.
Comfortable and good surveillance a lot of security for children and games to choose
It was a great time. The only thing I didn't like is that the goliath got stuck.
AMAZING
I had chicken tenders and fries- delicious
Reccomend buying the cup- saves u alot of money.
Go and Enjoy yourself!!!
$21.00 for a piece of cardboard burger, old fries and stale diet coke.
Great deals when we bought our season tickets. Bought them for the whole family!
BEST!!!!!! GOLiath ride... SUPERMAN ride.. BATMAN ride... and many many more... oh my god... Must visit park if you travel to springsfield,,,
Always has a huge line.. and it's like none of the employees even know what going on..
Other then the disrespectful kids that don't know how to walk properly and the fact that I pay for a dining pass for them to use my lunch my snack and my dinner for just lunch numerous times. The park is ok
Great place. I really enjoyed the rides and had a ton of fun. Some rides were way to scary for me. The water park is good. The food pass is worth it.
I go every summer with my boys. They are 12 and 13 still enjoy six flags. What I love about this park, it is so clean and safety is very important. One down though, I wish they had better food options but overall best park in New England area.!
Long lines. Over charge for EVERYTHING. If you get a locker at waterpark, don't leave waterpark without receipt for locker, or you wait in line just to get back to your locker...for better than an hour just to get your stuff, just so you can leave this overblown excuse for an amusement park. Not a reasonably priced family day at all. 4 people, with free passes for 6, still ran over $200 for parking, one small meal each, $20 for a locker that you can't get back to easily. I know these places are tourist traps, but this one takes no measures to make it even seem like they care about you enjoying the park, "just hand us your money" and "enjoy your fleecing today!"
Good food and drinks and a fun experience for the whole family.
Took a handicap client with me to the park. Handicap parking was farther than regular parking. Lines were to long.
Lots of fun. Food/drinks super over priced. But rides are fun!
I live near Orlando which almsot certainly guarantees I'm a theme park expert and I have to say Six Flags was alot better then I would expect, the only reason I feel it's lacking a star is the theme wasn't really there, better yet the theme wasn't all that great, I get what there trying to do with the old, colony look but to me and for all the children out there (mentally and actually) it's boring, besides that the rides are great and the food is fantastic , keep it up Six Flags.
I WILL NEVER BRING MY FAMILY HERE AGAIN THIS PLACE IS SOO TERRIBLE MY KIDS WAS VERY UNHAPPY
Im giving one star because of the parking. I am disabled. I walk with a cane . I have nerve damage that effects my legs, and feet. I also have chronic low back pain. I was so disappointed with the parking. My driver was told by the parking attendant that all the handicap spaces were full and that we'd have to park where the public parks. That was very far. We then had to wait for a trolley to come get us. The trolley took a long time to pick us up. It was very hot and muggy outside. On the way out of the park, we had to wait for another trolley. This inconvenience ruined my trip to six flags. Especially when I saw with my own eyes that there were several empty handicap spaces empty near the entrance to the park.
Friday 6/23. Not many people here at 5pm. It's great Superman 3*, joker 3*, Batman 2*. Nice!
This is the absolute best theme park in the north east
Kids will love this place. Lots of rides and activities for the kids. We spent around 10 hrs in this place on our last visit. As a season pass holder, we dont go often but when we do we will have a good time with our kids.
Very busy and very expensive. However we did have fun.
Rides were down most of the time. Paid extra for the flash pass. Some of the rides it isn't enforced, you can just walk in or in other cases the line ends where the fast pass will get you with another 15-20 minute wait so you were better off just getting in line. Flash pass would also change times once it was getting close to the reserved time adding up to an extra 30 minutes. For the cost of bringing a group here there are plenty of better ways to spend that much money. Would not go again.
Memorial Day- not enough staff for food service as it is a 45 minute wait. Also half the water/soda machines had no ice. Lots of customers not happy receiving warm beverages. In two instances a customer and then me informed food employees about the ice situation which we then got yelled at by the staff. I know the workers are under stress conditions during this time, but we only wanted to give them the heads up before others came up to them. Fast forward 2 hours later ice issue was not resolved, and food service was still bad. If this place had NPS it would not look well. The children's area near the middle of the park is very bleak to see. The weathered paint is either chipping or falling apart. As for the other rides, it seems goliath and the joker ride suffer mechanical problems on a weekly basis.
During the summer early fall the park is plagued by bees and wasps. I've seen first hand them stinging ride and food staff and both said they just have to deal with it to keep employed. Also if you are allergic or have little children these would be the times to avoid the park. The bees swarm the rides, and all the soda fountains. You can literally see them crawling all over them.
For a well known theme park it clearly shows they are not there for the attendees, but to just take and exploit their money.
Love this place. Get a membership every year. Come two to three times a year
Tampons in the bathroom are 75c to $1 each...only takes quarters and NO where to make change without buying something. Thanks for ruining my day, Six Flags. #mansworld
Half the park was closed! Several rides and ALL of hurricane harbor. :/ waste of a trip.
Not family friendly. Too many rollercoasters. Staff very rude
Overall good day. It wasn't that busy so wait lines were not long, and we had fun! Only complaint would be that the majority of the people running the rides barely said two words to any of us as we got on the rides, or went on with the little one we had with us.
Great place to go on rides. Typical theme park concession prices. However with a policy of not allowing more than one water bottle brought in make it less kids/wallet friendly. Ice cream sundaes are definitely worth the price however. You'll want to use the app to see wait times as they change dramatically thought-out the day we were there.
The food is good but the soda machines at take six is ridiculous there s always nothing to drink and like half of the restaurants are closed most of the time. The rides are really fun but everything is overpriced. Need more security because I ve seen a lot of people break some of the rules in the park this year and then get away with it. And my stepmom swears once and she gets kicked out for the day. Once again overall six flags is a good place but some stuff they need to fix
This place was awesome!!! Good clean fun for all ages and family members. The food gets better every year now including plant based diet options. Most of the rides are famous across the world which draws plenty of guests so do expect from mid afternoon on for it to be a little crowded. Get there early and ride all of your favorites and enjoy games and food later in the day. I would definetaly explore your options of passes and memberships online before going as everything in the park is very pricey. Check at different times of the year to get what suits your needs. We went during the frightfest portion of the fall season and had a blast!!!
Super fun, they have a lot of thrill rides which make it extra fun!!! The little kids also have many options for rides and shows!!
The park is extremely clean and kept up. Lines are relatively short even on busy days. So many things to do. Shops, games, rides, restaurants, etc. Memberships are the way to go, but even a one off summer trip will be well worth it. Lots of cheap parking around the park too. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
A complete disaster at the entrance. Must wait in a second 45 minute line to bring a friend. Cant purchase online even though you should be able to. Totally unorganized. One third of sales windows open.
Then wait in line again at season pass services.
Not particularly impressed. Felt like a captive audience with ridiculously priced food and beverages. All the personnel we came in contact with were very good.
The smell of driveway sealant is very strong. Smelt like it was applied yesterday.
