I love this amusement park. For someone who goes to amusement parks religiously, I have to say this is my favorite. I've been to Disney world and Universal studios, Canobi Lake park as well as Six Flags new Jersey. Overall, six Flags new England is the best for thrills.

The rides go from mild to hair raising, making it a great family place. Plus the water park is a great grab for the summer.

Be weary of peak days like memorial day and the forth of July as crowds do get extreme.

There are places to sit and relax in air conditioning (This is amazing) and they have misting stations to keep you cool.

If I were to rate it by service, I'd give it a B+. While not the best, certainly they make an honest effort to care. Usually the people who work the rides do it with a smile and even joke with you when they can.

The lines are the killer here. Either get a fast pass, or come prepared to wait. The fast pass makes it worth while when you get the standard one (don't waste your time with the platinum, it's not worth it). The down side is that the fast pass doesn't work in the water park. I suggest planning ahead by knowing how much time you're going to spend in each park. Depending on this depends on you getting your moneys worth on a fast pass.

This park is a great place for a day trip. Close by Boston, it gives you the thrills you need without breaking the bank. I'd rate Six flags New England a 8 out of ten.

Six of the premier rides were down. They lacked staff which caused some booths not to be open. This was June 10th the park has been open for roughly a month and they had problems like this. Doesn't look good for the busy season.

Five stars when it s not super busy. We went back in April on a day that was warm then cold then warm again and we really got to enjoy our day. We went on multiple rides more than once. Food was still a bit of a wait but we left tired and sore from all the rides we got to go on.

Today though, which marked the first day the water park opened for the season, was RIDICULOUS. The fact that it was really hot probably didn t help either. I ll keep it short: we went on three rides and one pool in seven hours. SEVEN HOURS. There was this MASSIVE wait to get into Hurricane Harbor and apparently only Diamond Elite Members has seamless access. It was not pleasant. Lines to get food and drinks were pretty long. Although, I did find a hidden gem by the western themed side of the park - the saloon which had these delicious strawberry lemonade-ita slushees. We didn t go on a lot of rides because of...you guessed it...LINES. Horrifying actually. Six Flags has a great park here in New England but they should really limit their capacity. Let s be real: not everyone is going to go on every ride in one day at the park at the wait times that the rides require. And to be realer, not everyone can afford flash passes either. Or would want to...

The rides are great. Some could probably use some maintenance (Flashback could really use new seats - mine smelled horrible). The water park was a blast! Even though lines there were crazy too. The food is satisfying enough but not worth the prices!

I honestly love Six Flags but the experience is HORRIBLE when it s extremely busy. I feel like you don t really get to enjoy it. Maybe plan your trip for a weekday? Totally recommend going. Just not on a busy day, like when the weather is really nice and hot or the weekend. Smh.

Excellent amusement park, with many different machina for adults and children, roller coasters of all sizes and speeds, plus many different pools and jets, in my pass I have lunch, lunch and snack included. What else can I ask for? EXCELLENT.

Fair price to get in. But just like any other place they are in it to steal money not for family's to have fun. Over priced food. We pack a lunch and have to leave to car and come back because we can't afford to feed a family of 4. Rides are great for kids just the pricing is difficult.

It's Six Flags! What a blast and it's even close enough to make a day trip from upstate NY. Parking isn't too bad and you can take a trolley to the entrance, making it much nicer than having to walk even more.

Very long wait times for the rides as well as for their concession stands. Crowd control is not the best, which causes feelings of impatience and aggravation! You have to learn when the best times to go for rides and less crowds, and the best way to figure that out is to become a member/ season pass holder. The prices for food and snacks are outrageously ASTRONOMICAL!

I get it, it's an amusement park but they should really price tickets based on what someone is doing not by thier hight. If people want to ride big roller coasters sell bracelets for that. If someone wants to ride small rides sell bracelets for that. However I do like that the water park is included in the price and not like great adventure in NJ where you have to buy a separate ticket to get in. It almost makes it worth it but then you think about how you will spend most of your time waiting in lines and it's not worth it all over again.

Pretty decent park. Has some decent rides, nothing extraordinary. Food was alright, staff was painfully rude. The real reason I'm giving this two stars was the whole community, and the people who go to the park. I know Six Flags can't go anything with this, but it needs too be addressed. The park (With many other SF parks) is overrun with thugs and gangsters. Cuss words everywhere, talking about racist subjects, and overall horrible community. Some people are very nice, but they are drowned out by trash talking, race baiting gangsters. Much rather go too a Cedar fair park.

Six Flags is a awesome amusement park. The rides are great, the food is pretty expensive though. While waiting in line to enter the water park,I was harassed verbally by a manager named Ms.Provost. The woman insisted I cut in line and demanded that I go to the back of the line and informed me it would be an hour and a half wait. She began yelling at me to get to the back of the line I continued to try and explain to her that I never had cut in front of anyone Mrs.Provost continued to ignore what I was saying and she called for another security guard to escort me to the back of the line.Fortunately my mother walked up during the ordeal and questioned what was going on. Mrs.Provost still insisted that I cut in line. I then walked towards the back of the line to find the previous security officer, that i had spoken to while waiting in line. I explained to him what was going on and he was kind enough to to tell Ms.Provost that I was most certainly in line my request was then granted to stay in line. The horrible experience nearly ruined my day at Six Flags.

Sadly the park doesn't open up till 1030. And the majority of the rides don't start running till 12pm. It truly kills the park experience especially for a family that has to travel several hours to visit. (12 hours total) we tried to get on every ride before the parked closed. could have if they opened the rides sooner and thunderstorms weren't close by. They closemajority of the rides down when a thunder storm is near. When asked about getting a partial refund i was declined even asked about possible free parking pass for the time there (4 hours).... Definitely won't be back anytime soon truly disappointed for the time money and planning I made to have a nice family trip.

Excellent place to spend a day. Summer is the best time to be there to enjoy water rides as well. Halloween scary rides are amazing. They lit hundreds of thousands of lights during winter and its amazing to spend a evening there doing rides in the dark. Rides for all ages.

First time going to six flags in Springfield Ma. Bought season passes. Spent $110 for each pass. Took 45 minutes for food, so by the time you sit down to eat your food is cold. Bought the season pass sovenior cups, was given no handles asked for onea with handles. Was told to go to another shop and exchange cups after waiting 30 minutes. Was told no , got yelled and sworn at and finally got cups. Than played a game with 3 boys was only charged for 2 than got yelled at because I didn't pay enough. $5 game 3 boys gave a $20. Not family oriented. Disappointed I'm stuck with season passes and drove 2 and a half hrs for our first time. Canobie Lake Park much better for families

Goliath!!! Goliath!!! Goliath!!!! If you only have to go on one ride, make sure it's the goliath! The line gets long but that one minute of high level adrenaline is well worth it! The joker is also absolutely amazing. So yeah, if nothing else, go on the goliath and the joker.

First visit this season due to illness. Lines moved quickly. I was able to get my cards at the gate. Handicap parking was not an issue since I arrived early. Very clean, and staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Need more benches or seating places.

Also what happened to cold stone ice cream and bbq turkey legs?

Well set up for young and old. Parking is the beginning of your open wallet. If you go 3 times a year or more a season pass is necessary. Food is good but a meal pass is also a must. No drinks or food allowed. All kinds of attractions good security.
