Sadly I was very dissatisfied. Rides took forever bc they were not running enough tubes. Food was very mediocre for the price. Bars were overpriced for luke warm beer. Also didn't have half of what was advertised bc they are only open weekends. Wave pools and lazy rivers were dirty. Not to mention they are constantly being closed down for rest breaks and that means everything else is even more full. I loved coming to this place 10 years ago but sadly I'm very disappointed. I could have done better at my hotel pool and splash pad.

They have hand wash stations all across the park. You have to wear a mask when waiting in a line they dont make you wear a mask while swimming or walking in the park. The lazy river is limited to so many people so there is a huge line to get in not worth it. Rent a cabana well worth the $200 you can order food drinks and the best part no waiting in line! You raise a flag when you need anything and they come to you. Best part!

Really fun time. I really appreciate your time just to be sure you got the message and it's just not a surprise to go the best for the weekend so what now so ttyl I will buy the car is in Stillwater I just saw this is a test of my own but it is a test to go the monster is it a while back but I have a few things I would do bye.

The park is nice.
The food is ok.
The only thing that I do not like is that in order to ride a ride you have to be weighted on a scale. I feel like that is taking it to far. You should be able to ride a ride with out having to be weighted end front of everyone.
It is a fun place to be and a great place for kids.

I did not like it because of the fact that people ignore the 6 feet. Too many people to be the pandemic. I saw that it said little crowded that's why I went and too many people. it sticks to you, people don't understand the lines all stuck. They make you sign a letter that they are not responsible for infections. But they should also let LESS people in.

If Diamond Elite reserve diamond area 2 to 3 weeks in advance! Some splash pads need maintenance. Overall good experience! Masks required to enter, order food, in restrooms, and shop in the stores! Kids big water play area is awesome for the kids and parents!

We have season passes this year. We love that they have plenty of places for little children to play but I wish they would remove the fountains near the toddler ship, it's just too much for them, they love water coming up from the ground not falling on their heads. And the pool to the left of the entrance was full of dirt, twigs and dead bees at opening 10:30 am. Why are they not being cleaned before opening. Overall we love the park. Military discount and the food isn't bad either

Fun!

I have Membership we went today for my Birthday reserved the parking got in a timely manner went and got our flash passes they didn't say you have to choose between getting $15 off or the flash pass upgrade we got the upgrade instead so we head to the black hole ride we flash pass box isn't working the attendant didn't care I'm like whatever I'm going I paid to skip the line so we get all the way to the top and they have a scale to weigh people, YES A SCALE we get on and they say we're too heavy I'm only 150 my husband is 255 out of all the years we've been coming here there has never been a issue with weight, as were walking through the park there's signs saying you will he weighed at the top of the ride so instead of letting folks know ahead of time that they have scales for the world to see they wait til your already in there and pet you know you cant ride your too heavy. SO IF YOUR OVER 250LBS DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THEY WONT LET YOU RIDE MAJORITY OF THE RIDES

This is a GREAT venture for the Family on a hot summer day. Foods OK BUT * DIABETICS BEWARE * Bring your OWN substitute sweetener with you as they serve REGULAR sugar ONLY! I have never quite understood the concept of that. Their "partner in crime" Six Flags supplies Sweet-N-Low. Seems to me that they should also since they are owned by the same Company !

I got stuck on one of the rides and the lifeguard did nothing but looked at me and then someone was coming down in the same one I was in and I was so scared so someone please try to improve the lifeguards to make them actually help you

We loved it. The park isn't too big or too small. We had 3 kids and 2 adults. We had bought combo gold season passes with allowed us into the park earlier. We were able to do one whole side of the park until the lines got very long.( This was a Saturday ) the longest line we waited in was about 40 mins. That's nothing compared to the lines we have waited in at Disney. Season pass also gained us free parking. Food was great with several selections. We live about 4 hours from there but plan the go back in a week or so. I highly suggest reserving a room way in advance!

You have to wear your mask into park and at food vendors stations. Water is mask free zone. Seating is adequate for everyone. No areas are packed even on crowded days like the weekend. Best time to go if you don't want the big crowds Monday through Wednesday.

We are season pass holders and have been for several years.
We drive about 8 hours every month to visit both parks. We currently drove down this week and was extremely disappointed.
6 flags has the most energetic, fun, caring staff. Extremely helpful and truly showed they enjoyed ya being there.
But can t say the same about hurrican harbor.
Worse experience we ve ever had. Extremely rude and disrespectful crew. Was there from 11am to 8 pm and never once did we enjoy the staff.
I understand it s 100 degrees outside but you work in the water. You chose that job. This is a family friendly atmosphere and with the crappy attitudes we experienced from here we will not be returning to the location.

This park is great! It has many slides and pools. It is clean. Watch out. Everything is in good condition. It is safe. It has arnarios with a password to store your stuff. I recommend that you go with pool shoes so you do not have to remove them. The wave pool is great. The attention is good there are attractions for all tastes

Best for a season pass

We are Six Flagsags pass holders and this was our first trip to Hurricane harbor. We will NOT be back. We waited in line to park for over 45 mins. I didn't see any employees watching the pools but I did see a child get sick and their mom wash it off the stairs into the pool at the kiddy area. We immediately changed areas, but had a hard time finding a spot so we ended up setting our stuff down on the pavement in a corner. The worst part was when I left my kids with a friend and brought my daughter with me to get food and drinks. The park doesn't allow you to bring in food or water. We stood in lines for 2 HOURS in the hot sun to get food, but mostly drinks for the kids. After waiting in two lines for popcorn only to be told they were out, we settled on a line at a bigger food vendor, willing to buy whatever. We waited so long I was afraid my little girl was going to get get stroke. I fanned her with hat, poor baby, at that point just wanting water for the kids. By the time we got back, we only had time to go around the lazy river two times. This could be avoided by allowing water bottles in at least. Such a waste of an afternoon. The sprinkler and a trampoline would have been a much better option.

This is by far the worst park I have ever been to. It felt like being at your 1950's public pool. Holes in walls. Paint peeling everywhere. Save your money. I have a little experience in the hospitality industry and this is a great example of lack of oversight and attention to detail. Since the place was packed, the attitude by management must be that the details don't matter.

It was ok. Lines for rides weren't too bad but food lines were crazy. 30 mins wait for a 12 dollar mediocre nachos. Not enough life vests for the kiddos, alot of the pools had dirt and leaves in them. Paint peeling on the ground. Best part was the kid area.

We bought season passes to Hurricane Harbor and Six Flags. We are on vacation and we will never go back to Hurricane Harbor again! While in the lazy river someone STOLE my Chaco sandals within the short time we were in it. I was frantic and upset and the staff was of no help and acted like it was no big deal since im sure it happens all the time there. From Missouri and have been to our local White Water park and never had a thing stolen. I would not recommend this park to anyone. I left the park crying and upset with no shoes to wear and walking on blistering hot concrete that was burning my feet. The temps outside on 7/22 was around 113 degrees. Absolutely ridiculous.

Way too many unsupervised kids pushing and shoving and running around. They are aggressive and bully younger kids. Several times I alerted the lifeguards, they never corrected the wild kids.

May be just because we are members but everytime we go we are treated very well by all staff and employees. The lines aren't too ridiculously long. The food is always good and enjoyable. Today the weather shut the park down and staff was on point with evacuation.
