The rides were so much fun and the lines moved quickly. We had a great time!

My first experience at the park was a bummer, and it had nothing to do with the attractions, which are great. We traveled a round trip total of 500 miles today for a day at the park. The weather was overcast, a bit drizzly. Attendance was very low. We arrived when the park opened at 10:30 AM. Two hours later, the park was closed due to low attendance (per guest services, though the official story was the weather, which wasn't bad at all). No refund offered. Just a voucher for a different day this season (which is almost over). Spent a bunch of $$ just getting there and getting in - locker rental is highway robbery. Two hours, and "Bye bye! We're closed."

Park was disgusting, smelled of urine and emesis. The staff was less than helpful, rude and no made no effort during interactions. Rides would close frequently, frustrating everyone in line. We will not be returning.

Never been to a water park, water rides are something to see!

Great place for family fun but 45 minutes waiting in line for food! Ridiculous!!

Always have a great time each time we visit. My kiddos don't want to come home!

I went there with my 13,5 and 4 years old grand kids. They all had great time in their age appropriate rides. What was missing are more shady areas in the pools and in the walkways. The ice cream machine didn't work and there was a long line at the ice cream vendor place. we lost one prescription eyeglasses. I'm still hoping it will be found and returned to their lost and found.

GET MORE FREAKIN LOCKERS!!! Spent a great deal of time looking for a locker and they were either booked or broke!!!

Fun rides but it was EXTREMELY crowded. I was like, "lazy river? More like crazy river," seriously, people are constantly pressing their bodies against you when they go by. Also, very expensive. And long waits, get the flash pass

We were there a week and a half ago and want to recognize park director Mike Davis for going above and beyond. We had a lot of fun at the park.

I think hurricane harbour a lot previously rated it one time but I went again and decided to change my mind

Parking is a bear but my baby had a wonderful time so it's worth it to me. Singing and food was very decent. #Summer2016

Its okai, its better to go in week day becuase theres less people which meens less waiting and eat before going becuase they dont allow food in the park and food inside is expensive, but other than that its ok..

So much fun with my family. I will definitely be back

I usually like to go here, but today changed my view on everything. You cant expect much on food at amusement parks, and there is no exception for hurricane harbor. When we went today at 2:30 the place was packed. We ate lunch and got 3 snacks with the food passes. We swam for about 2 hours. We were ordering and one card was declined. Two reasons could of caused it. Either someone STOLE our hurricaine harbour cards or the worker was lying to us. My dad ordered a hot dog and the workers were playing with the food that was going to be served to him. Eventually he got it but it looked suspicious. Please improve the staff and security and ill rase my rating

It was great, just too many people by then end of the day.

Horrible staff very rude kids pee in pool not maintain well and we waited on a ride for an hour then we got to the top and had to wait 15 minutes for the tubes to get up the conveyer because it was broken then it was not fun to ride because they would not let me ride with my friends and it said 2 or 3 people and they told me I have to ride differently so mad horrible experience

Great family place except during summer holidays during which parking is almost impossible to find.

First time going to Hurricane Harbor also had a blast there enjoyed the park!!!

Yesterday was my latest and last experience with this place, we rented a cabana and its floor was nasty. A lot of areas had a very bad smell to sewer; it was disgusting. Most of the facility is old and rusty. No cleaning prior to opening the park. Restrooms with no soap and they were nasty as well. The price is high and totally not worth it on what you get. I must mention the people serving us in the cabana were super nice and made a big difference.

All rides are good and in excellent working condition. Food is not good though and is expensive.

I just wish the people they worked there to be more friendly they never keep it in welcome or thank you for coming and you are by yourself in there I always want to go to places to teach my kids how to have a nice customer service and good memories in this is not a place for educate my kids I'm sorry Six Flags Hurricane Harbor can you please do better

love it greatplace to spend the day the weekend the summer haha love it food is horrible but I didnt come for the food but fun for the whole family and my little ones are free

Love the atmosphere here for a water park but the bathrooms and common areas could be cleaner.

My family and I love this place! We have had season passes now for 3 years or longer. Such a great place to take your family and spend the day!

It's pretty good when there's less lines. Nice place for sunbathing.

Took my nieces here and they loved it (and so did I). Life guards everywhere, safe environment , children of all ages appropriate, locker storage, and clean environment . I give it a 4 star bcs pricing tripled between the first and second day (Friday & Saturday), a single locker cost about $12+ to fit one bag-pack , and food is poor quality and (you guest it) over priced . Overall , Would I take a kid here YES!

Spent an hour trying to buy a Bring a Guest ticket to go with season passes that we already have. Was told by a supervisor that the system was running slow to print a voucher and the only option was to buy one online and present that at the gate. This would double the cost of admission and there was no option for compensation. Will not use Hurricane Harbor ever again even if free. Just pay the cost and go to Hawaiian Falls where the guests matter!

The park has lots of slides and pools, but the place needs a good cleaning. The tables were dirty and stained from neglectful maintenance. The food is just OK.

Get there when the park opens to avoid the crowd. The wave pool was a mob of people by 1:00 P.

Overall the family had a nice time.

The rides are fun but the park is filthy. The women's bathroom alone could be used to make a whole new lab of bacteria. Buy expensive cups to use throughout the year but they're always out of I e or drinks which is wonderful when its 105*. I only gave 2 stars for the actual slides.

First time visit for me with friends it was very exciting and fun

The parking was horrible! There were so many people the water was absolutely disgusting. There was junk floating in the water hair getting between your fingers in the lazy river! This is by far the nastiest water park I have been to!!!

Me and my family went 6/25/16, we had a good time at first. The reason I'm giving 1 star is because my husband took my son into the men's restroom where there are showers. My 7 year old son saw two men completely nude! We complained and were told there is no policy against nudity in the restroom. Will be calling the corporate office Monday. Disgusting to see nude people in the restrooms. Kids do NOT need to see that.

Fun water park. Wear water shoes if you can because the ground is hot and will burn your feet

Always fun but they don't want you to bring your food or drink and they don't have heatly food there at all

Went to watch a movie st Hurricane Harbor. People trying to float kore than watch a movie.. Rented it and watching it at home

Definitely come in the morning or late afternoon because the middle of the day is ridiculously packed on the weekend. Also the food is just ok (and that is basing it off what we have had this year at Six Flags which is pretty yummy honestly). Bring your own floats and flip flops...leave towels and change of clothes in your car and enjoy :)

This is definitely my most favorite water park. I will although say the lines to rides always take a good amount of time longest i ever waited was almost 2hours There was one particular river slide that hurt mine and my friends lower back which i think they should fix that ride for sure. Food i never bother buying too overpriced and it's not that delicious. I do although reccomend their funnel cakes that never fails.

So much fun. Love the rides. Not usually too busy. Fun environment.

I have a season pass and every time we go this place is dirty. You go into the shower area were you can change and shower and there is hair every where dirty water and trash you definitely don't want to walk on the floor barefooted. The up keep definitely could be a lot better

Amazing and huge place for family fun if you're into water parks!

I have been coming to this park since I was about 5 yrs old I am 30 now. I have always enjoyed coming to this park versus six flags especially during the summer to cool off and have fun with my kids. My last two visits have really got me reconsidering ever coming back. Theft at this park is so ridiculously high it's unreal. They have cameras pointed towards the lockers but not on the seating upstairs or down stairs and security admitted to me they don't walk their rounds upstairs (this is where I got my phone stolen) so we changed our seating to downstairs in a common area and what do you know my daughter went to the wave pool and because the ground was so hot it wasn't like she could leave her shoes at our seating area the damn things got stolen from the wave pool. We have spent so much money year after year on dual passes for both parks and this will be the last year. All the high prices for everything and where's the security at? No where when you need them most. They need cameras and more cameras.

Fun but gets really crowded which makes it get dirty really fast.

Can't wait til summer to go this will be our second year and iam excited to take my family again

Donna the security stands reception was amazing as well as the security officer. This trip ended up not being necessary but was extremely pleasant none the less!!!

They have an infestation of bee's and the life guards don't pay proper attention.

Lines were ok...not terribly long but the layout was somewhat confusing...more than once my group of three found ourselves at the front of the line after a 3o or 40 min wait only to find out that one person couldn't ride because it was doubles only or 4 people but only 2 over 52 inches tall etc...and 7 bucks for a 16 oz Powerade?!? Really? Or 10 bucks for a 16 oz adult refreshment?...best deal is the teal cup they sell with free refills all day...all in all was worth the trip.

Super fun! Not near as packed as I anticipated and the wave rider ride was super fun to watch and participate in. Great times!
