Such a dodgy company. They refuse to cancel my website with them and continue withdrawing funds from my account. Definitely dont recommend them. They do not return the endless messages ive left by both phone and email. They increased pricing by 50% without reason and promised to return back to original price but never did.

I have been extremely happy with the level of service from sites n stores, from the very first contact rite up to dealing with yourself. This is my first experience with on line advertising and it can be quiet daunting to someone like my self trying to avoid getting ripped off by a faceless online company.

The most painful experience I have ever had....they never call back when you leave messages, at one point I called 5 times in one day only to receive a call back several days later. Never again.

I contacted Sites N Stores several years ago to build a website for my Residential Construction Company.
I was concerned that as they are a large company that I was not going to get personal service, however they assured me that with their unique system that this would not be the case.
As we went through the process of building the site, I soon saw that we covered each critical step to cover everything I wanted in the site from initial layout through to the content.
Recently I upgraded my website so that it was on a platform so that it would suit both PC and hand held devices. Once again Sites N Stores were able to do this for me without rushing the process and covering all aspects as we upgraded and refreshed the site.
I found Sites N Stores pricing structure to be very fair and I have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone in business either small, medium or large to contact Sites N Stores to build your website.

I approached Sites N Stores because we needed to drag our web site into the 21st Century! After searching through many other web design companies we chose them because they quoted instantly, were a reasonable price and appeared simple and straightforward.
Sites n stores helped me by supplying a simple guide to organise the information and graphics for our website.
The result was exactly what we were after a functioning website that is easy to navigate and looks great.

Absolutely the worst company to deal with, constantly having problems with Website. Cannot get through to them, go to an Answering Service, no return calls. Took 9 months to upgrade Website, and have spent past year getting issues fixed. Want to charge for every little item. Even tried to charge me to take my domains somewhere else, will not hand over passwords and logins, even though it is my store, they seem to hold you at ransom.
Servers are not working 80% of the time, errors constantly. Emails and Orders not coming through, customers cannot finalise their orders due to errors, site down, cannot log in to my own site, customers do not receive notifications, headings not working etc, etc. Very rarely return your calls, can take up to 3-4 weeks to get an issue sorted out if at all, one issue I have been asking to have fixed since January 2017 it is now June 2017. Website has not been functioning correctly during all of May 2017, have lost sales which helps to keep my staff employed, this falls on deaf ears at Sites n Stores.
We have only stayed with Sites n Stores solely because we thought all IT companies were the same, so felt better the devil you know than the devil you don't, but have since found out that they are not all like Sites n Stores. Had an audit done on our Website, and found out that a lot of the functions that should have been there were missing.
The frustration is enormous and the time and money that has been involved, as these people are NOT PROFESSIONAL at all and should be shut down, they are affecting peoples businesses. Have had to build another website elsewhere, with less headache.

DO NOT USE THIS RUBBISH COMPANY - Awful company - Lie about everything, Website took double the time that they said, Website was very poorly done, overcharge, never get back to you, staff have no idea what they are doing, always trying to sell something with no service to back anything up, Nothing good to say about this very very bad company

We had our website regrettably constructed by Sites N Stores which was a pretty bad experience. Even worse was the non-existent after sales service at Sites N Stores. Multiple emails and phone calls never answered on any issue. The service levels are lower then any company we have ever dealt with. We have now shifted our website elsewhere and strongly suggest to not use this company !!! Don't be fooled by there empty promises and false marketing........

I have to say that I wish we had used the services of Site 'n' Stores years ago. We have spent in excess of $15,000 trying to get the look we wanted for our site. Much of this money was spent on building sites, SEO work and rebuilding after being hacked, 3 times. Our experience with Sites 'n' Stores has been nothing exemplary. From day one your service has been outstanding. Setting up the look of the site was simple and straightforward. In the end we got exactly what we had been looking for. Small changes were done promptly and as expected. We have now been with Site 'n' Stores for several years now and our site has not missed a beat. The administration of the site is easy, quick with no bugs. I highly recommend Sites 'n' Stores to anyone looking at getting into online sales. I only wish that we had done it much earlier. About $15,000 earlier.

We have had our website for two years now. Sites and Stores had built us a bright and refreshing site and we don't understand some reviewers negativity. All enquires have been dealt with either by telephone or email. We also our love control via WordPress enabling us to update changes immediately.

I would recommended sites and stores to any business looking to update or create a new website. The website is easy to navigate and update and there is always someone friendly to speak with if any problems arise. Sites and stores are great value for money and are very flexible and accommodating in the design process.

I had my website done from sites and stores they were fantastic when he came to take your money if you had any questions regarding updating your website they will call you back straight away but I wasn t happy I told them to take my website off but they kept on charging me when I called them to ask for my money back they kept on putting me from one person to another person and still to this day I haven t got my money back no one is getting back to me so called my bank to cancel any payments that will try and take out you can t even call them directly your Waze have to leave a message and I ll call you back one thing I learned is if you want them to call you just say you gotta update your website they will call you within the hour

Creating a new web site is made fairly easy and straight forward by these guys. Simple and just follow their steps and presto... Its not that difficult and doesn't take that long even for us non code savvy people...

My experience with Sites n Stores has been fabulous and any issues or queries have been sorted in most acceptable times. I did some advertising in a magazine which specialises in items I stock and did a survey with my customers. It turns out that in most cases my customers were searching online for the items they were after. My website was doing it's job and the advertising was only having a minimal effect. The SEO component is a must to help with sales.

The staff were very professional and very patient. During the process my son fell quite sick numerous times, which drew out the duration of the layout and content phases. Mick was very accommodating to my needs. Also any slight changes that we required were no problem at all. When we initially discussed the layout we actually thought we wanted a completely different look to the one we ended up with and again for the larger changes that we made it was no problem for the team to roll them out. Our aim was to have the site look clean and simple but of good quality. worst experience i have had after weeks of entering products in there format sending the file back and fourth telling me i was doing it right for them to now tell me it is now done wrong after i have entered neearly 16,000 items. i am absoloutely disgusted in the customer support and wilol be taking my business else where.

The first thing that impressed me about Sites n Stores was the price for my website. It was extremely economical but no corners were cut. I got the website I had envisioned at a great price. The staff were excellent. Always helpful, with a very quick turnaround and they really worked with me to put a website together that I was happy with.

I have seen many websites take ages to complete so I was very happy to have my website up and running so quickly. The website looks great, my customers compliment me on it and any ongoing changes I ve had to make were dealt with very fast. Any problems I had in the initial design were dealt with easily. Worst experience ever (and has been ongoing for 1 1/2 years) - impossible to contact, they don't get back to you, you can't ring them, you can't go into their offices. And if there is a problem with your website being down over a weekend, bad luck. No-one works just an external answering service taking a message. Disgraceful! They don't rate any stars but you can't submit feedback if you don't rate at least one!

Worst company I have ever dealt with!! Website was terrible and service even worse! Good luck getting through to an actual person that works at the company you will get a call centre. Please do not trust this company it is a waste of money I canceled my website and services 18 months ago and they have continued to take money out of our account for the entire period and refuse to give us back this money! They are con artists.

There has been a few delays with starting up my business with circumstances outside of my control and Sites n Stores has been most helpful with providing the support with fees and charges that reflect this delay in the start up date of my business. I had a website with them from 2009, in 2014 I ceased using the website and requested that the service be cancelled. They didn t cancel the service and continued to bill me. I had requested the cancellation on a number of occasions over the last 3 years. They continue to say there s no records of this request - despite the website no longer active. It s 2018 and they are still taking almost $100 out of my account every month. Never use these guys. An absolute horror story.

Have had conversations with around 12 staff members in a couple of years, guessing they turnover there staff a lot. Always take a couple of days for them to get back to you via phone call and that's if they call at all.
