I had a website with them from 2009, in 2014 I ceased using the website and requested that the service be cancelled. They didn t cancel the service and continued to bill me. I had requested the cancellation on a number of occasions over the last 3 years. They continue to say there s no records of this request - despite the website no longer active. It s 2018 and they are still taking almost $100 out of my account every month. Never use these guys. An absolute horror story.
