Overpriced, company charges double what they should. Nice technicians
but company charges way to much. Had to pay $360 for a part that cost $170. Should have done work myself.

Tom and Jacob are personable, professional, and know what they are doing!

Dave was just great - he discovered the damper was worn out causing no air to move in my bedroom. He replaced the existing damper motor with a newer one and everything works!
A very nice young man.

Michael Duhaine is a top notch technician. My husband passed away very unexpectedly in early April and he stopped by to check my system and reprogram my thermostat to make it simple to use. The entire office staff at Encon is wonderful!!!

We had AC service from Encon. The gentlemen came on time and immediately found the issues our AC had and resolved it. In this special period of time, their service truly gives us light of what ahead of us. We ve been with Encon since 2012. They are always good.

I'm completely satisfied with ENCON service! We started with ENCON when we moved into our house 7 years ago. They installed our AC units, and have been servicing/maintaining them and our furnace as well. Ben, our service man, is the best! Knowledgeable and honest! May 2021 update:. Chris from ENCON just repaired a leak on my furnace- as I have come to expect from ENCON, this was done professionally, with top quality parts, on time and at reasonable cost. I'm so glad I can call ENCON when I have a problem!

I do not recommend using this Company in case you are planning to install new Air-conditioning. They do not honor warranty unless they get maintenance contract for which their price is very high. We had a very bad experience with our unit installed by them. Stay away!!

Our gas water heater stopped heating on the Saturday of a three day holiday. Great holiday response and quick diagnosis by
your tech. Got heater working again right away
and set up new part install for the next week.

Under the Solarize Manchester program, Encon did a fantastic job with the solar installation on our house. The application process was seamless... Encon did all the work getting local construction permits, state subsidies, and coordination with CL&P. The installation was likewise effortless for me as Encon designed a 6kw system, obtained all materials and installed the everything in a very short time frame. All in all it was about 5 or 6 weeks from the time I contacted Encon until the system was energized. Thank you Encon!

Encon Heating and Air Conditioning did an excellent job of installing our three floor oil fired forced hot air heating and air conditioning system wth heat pumps and individual room thermostats creating three zone heating and cooling with back-up electric heat. When we sold our first house in New Canaan, we sold it in one day because of Encon's heating and air conditioning system. The systems Encon installed were excellent actually perfect. Encon employees are expected to have degrees in mechanical engineering before working for the company. They are highly skilled specialty trained friendly people who put the customer first every time. I highly recommend this extraordinary company for personalized one-of-a-kind commercial and residential climate control systems. Thank you Encon!

Encon has always been very responsive. They installed and maintain our HVAC system. I ve been a client for 20 years.

Very well trained technician! Jonas was knowledgeable and diagnosed the reason for the system problem with 10 minutes! The parts will be ordered and the return technician is expected to fix the unit next week!

Encon techs are knowledgeable and problems are addressed quickly. However, they also charge far above what s fair and reasonable. This uncludes 100%markup on common parts like thermostats and a trip fee even for customers on a contract.

Encon scheduled my service call quickly & easily. The technician showed when the said he would & was very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed my issue & applied the fix to my generator s issue. And, suggested things I could do to make my generator run more efficiently & last longer.
I am beyond satisfied with Encon & would call them again as needed & recommend Encon to friends with generators.
