Absolutely the worst company to deal with, constantly having problems with Website. Cannot get through to them, go to an Answering Service, no return calls. Took 9 months to upgrade Website, and have spent past year getting issues fixed. Want to charge for every little item. Even tried to charge me to take my domains somewhere else, will not hand over passwords and logins, even though it is my store, they seem to hold you at ransom.
Servers are not working 80% of the time, errors constantly. Emails and Orders not coming through, customers cannot finalise their orders due to errors, site down, cannot log in to my own site, customers do not receive notifications, headings not working etc, etc. Very rarely return your calls, can take up to 3-4 weeks to get an issue sorted out if at all, one issue I have been asking to have fixed since January 2017 it is now June 2017. Website has not been functioning correctly during all of May 2017, have lost sales which helps to keep my staff employed, this falls on deaf ears at Sites n Stores.
We have only stayed with Sites n Stores solely because we thought all IT companies were the same, so felt better the devil you know than the devil you don't, but have since found out that they are not all like Sites n Stores. Had an audit done on our Website, and found out that a lot of the functions that should have been there were missing.
The frustration is enormous and the time and money that has been involved, as these people are NOT PROFESSIONAL at all and should be shut down, they are affecting peoples businesses. Have had to build another website elsewhere, with less headache.
