I ve been a customer of Simone and Son for almost 20 years and every encounter feels like I m talking with family. About 10 years ago I was eyeing these gorgeous sapphire earrings and thought they would be a perfect gift for my 50th birthday. I reached out to Shant to help me with this purchase (I live out of state, but stop by to visit when I m in town) and after going over options on the type of gemstone and cut, we agreed on a beautiful blue zircon. The earrings turned out exactly as I expected and I m thrilled to finally have them on my ears after waiting 10 years. Shant and his team at Simone & Son provided me with the best customer service I had in many years. Shant was welcoming and eager to help me as soon as I walked in the door. The other employees were extremely kind to me and offered me water. Shant took his time and walked me through the whole process of the numerous options for engagement rings. I provided a diamond and needed a setting. I decided to go with a custom setting designed and made onsite. I was informed it would take roughly 4 to 5 weeks to finish, it was done in 2. I could not be more pleased with the final product. My fiancee absolutely blown away when I proposed. Thank you so much Simone & Son for being a part of a priceless memory.

Words can not describe how amazing this place is. I have never seen a business display such amazing customer service like Simone & Son. I own several pieces of Tiffany jewelry and spent a few days searching online and calling multiple jewelry stores for an estimate on a cleaning. The Tiffany store charges $45 to clean each piece of jewelry and takes 2 weeks to ship them and return them to their store. I use to send my jewelry to them but now I'm a full time graduate student still paying off my undergraduate degree; so I am now unable to afford that price to clean my jewelry. I called several stores and received a rough estimate of $20-30 dollars for each item. Luckily I found several reviews for Simone & Son online. All the reviews I saw for this business we're postive so I gave them a call. They informed me they charge only $15 for a cleaning and they do this service in house, that's $30 less than Tiffany's and I will receive my item at a quicker rate. When I came into the store I was greated warmly by the staff and explained to them I had several pieces that needed a cleaning. I spent a few minutes speaking to the staff and at the end of my conversation the store owner said he would clean my jewelry for free. I was shocked, I couldn't believe what he just said. He explained to me that he was more than happy to help me and that they like to help out others. I had 9 peices to clean, this service would have cost me $405 at Tiffanys but Simon & Son performed a higher quality of service at 0 cost. When I picked up my jewelry I couldn't believe how amazing it looked. They managed to make my jewelry look brand new. Their quality of work is far better than Tiffnays cleaning. I wore several peices back to work and all my coworkers thought I just came back from the Tiffanys store with brand new jewelry. They were Shocked when I told them these were old peices that I had cleaned. The funny part was when I mention Simone & Son was the bussiness that cleaned my peices some of my coworkers smiled and nodded. It turns out they own several beautiful peices of jewelry that was customized to their liking by Simone & Son. This store deserves way more than 5 stars!!

Best customer service ever! My wedding rings needed to be cut off, Shant and his associates were very helpful and patient. They took their time and were very careful. I truly appreciated the effort and time they shared with me in getting my rings safely removed. My husband and I will definitely return here for our future purchases.

I went here completely blind to anything ring related, and was greeted and helped right away to an amazing experience. Nick walked me through all the different aspects in a simple understandable way and helped me narrow down on what I wanted. But... I was just doing research so walked out with a great feeling about the place... Still wanted to explore my options though. And wow, I went to 5 other jewelers/engagement ring stores that same day, and all of them together couldn't have gave me as good of service or anywhere close to the amount of information I received early! Nick never once was pushy or even wanting me to walk out of there with a ring. He wanted to create a great product and help me do just that. That was literally all we focused on. So great. The other places literally had a price in front of me and asked what else they could do to make me buy the ring! Haha!

Highly recommend! I brought in my grandmother's engagement ring that had a band that was worn thin. They replaced the band and made sure I got to keep the worn out part, as I'm the sentimental type! Now I can wear her ring and keep her with me always. Next I brought in my own wedding ring that no longer fit and couldn't be resized. Shant listened to my ideas for a redesign and helped me creatively when I wasn't sure what to do. I let him take the reigns and am so extremely happy with the results. The service I received was outstanding. I purchased my engagement ring and 2 wedding bands from here. When I first walked in, I was nervous never having bought jewelery. They talked me through it and helped me design an amazing ring that fell in my budget. Never did I feel nervous and they made sure all of my questions were answered and I felt comfortable with the purchase.

I initially found Simone & Son through Yelp and because they had nearly the highest reviews I decided to take my ring in and have a diamond replaced that had fallen out. Angela as well as the other employees there were so warm and welcoming (and I might add hilarious- you can tell they really enjoy each other and have a great time doing what they do) and they did a wonderful job replacing the stone and cleaning up my ring. I had such a great experience I brought back another piece of jewelry for them to work on. They do everything there (like make their own jewelry) and are definitely great people to do business with. Shant and his team saved my engagement! After a negative experience with another jeweler, a friend recommended I try Simone & Son where he often goes. I was on a tight schedule because of time lost at the previous place and I needed a miracle to get this ring done so I could propose to my girlfriend on our anniversary. They blew my expectations out of the water!

Everyone in the store is so friendly and helpful, its a true family run business and atmosphere there. I sat down with Jasmine, she was amazing. We talked about my now fiancees style and what we were looking for. She hand drew the ring as I sat there ( amazing to see it come to life right in front of you) and made revisions until it was exactly what I wanted. From there she wrote me a very fair estimate and I put my deposit down. A few days later, Josh called me to tell me that they had made a 3D printed version of the ring and he send me a digital render of it. I came back into the store to see the 3D printed copy. I cant tell you how much that helps in assuring I get exactly what i imagined when i see the stone set in person. Josh and Corinne did a fantastic job bringing Jasmines drawing to life. I made one more revision and we were done.

As i said earlier, my anniversary was a few days away on a Monday ( when S&S is closed) and I was going to be out of town the weekend before. Shant agreed to come in on Monday, even though they were closed and remodeling the inside. I walk in the store and Shant is covered in drywall because he jumped in to help the construction crew. I mean, how awesome is this guy? It is very rare to find an owner that is willing to go this far to help a customer and to help his crew. They guy truly cares about this business.

When Shant handed me the ring, I was speechless. It was beautiful and so much better that I could have imagined it being. I was blown away by the craftsmanship and their ability to make my thought come to life. Also, when Shant went over the paperwork, he said that their quote was too high and he adjusted the price to less than what the estimate was. Needless to say, my Fiancee fell in love with the ring instantly, and she said yes!

On a side note, when I also bought a necklace for my fiancee while I was there. Nick helped me pick it out ( there was no pressure to pay more that I wanted) after telling him what I was looking for and my price range. Sarah was gracious enough to try it on so I could picture how it would look on my Fiancee. Thank you both, she loves it!

I had a hard time finding someone to engrave some pocket knives that I was gifting to a few friends. Simone & Son were happy to help me out. In fact they just purchased a new state of the art laser engraver. They were able to get the job done in two days and they look awesome!! Very professional operation! They always take care of you! My experience with S & S was nothing less than excellent. From start to finish, Angela was not only extremely helpful in creating my custom morganite ring, she shared so much insight about the custom design process and gave me a lot of information for potential future (engagement) ring. My ring came out perfectly - exactly how I wanted - and it made me more excited to see it when I saw her excitement to share it with me when it was ready. I was never rushed out or left to address another customer. This was the first time I purchased a custom piece of jewelry and Angela and S & S made it a very fun experience.

Right off the bat, everyone was so friendly and answered all of our questions with respect to diamonds.

Nick spent a substantial amount of time showing us examples of rings and design styles. That first meeting really helped me get an idea of what direction I wanted to go.

The design process was so simple. I met with Nick and gave him a general idea of what I was thinking. Before I knew it a 3-D printing and cad rendering were ready for me.

Shant and Nick took so many extra steps to make sure the ring was perfect. Not once did I ever feel like my questions or subtle changes in design were bothersome. Everyone was simply thrilled to help make my vision a reality.

I have used Simone & Sons a few times now. First was to design my wife's engagement ring. I originally bought one in Downtown LA and when that wasn't up to par we made the right choice going to S&S. They designed the perfect ring for us. Shant and team worked very close with us to give us exactly what we were looking for and hit it out of the park with the ring. We bought both our wedding bands from them as well.

I recently finished off my wife's wedding band to have diamonds all the way around. It was a surprise "push present" and Shant worked with me daily to find a time to get him the ring so my wife wouldn't notice it was missing. He was not only able to finish the ring but finished early so I could have it ready shortly after our baby was born.

I had a super amazing experience with Shant at Simone and Son. I researched a lot of jewelers because I was looking for someone who could do something custom and very specific. When asking friends for referrals, Simone and Son was referred to me numerous times. I chose them because they can basically do ANYTHING, traditional, hip, Art Deco, vintage, extravagant or simple, Etc. I was also really impressed with the technology they use, they build the piece on a screen to give you an idea of what it will look like, then a 3D print is made for you to try on and then once you give them the green light they go ahead and make the ring right there in house.

It was a really great experience and totally fair pricing which was a little bit of a surprise because of their advanced process, I thought I would have to pay for that but it s just the standards by which they work.

I ll will recommend them with full confidence.

Simone & Son Jewelers is a local Huntington Beach store that was recommended by a friend for buying an engagement ring. Nick was my main contact but I also received great service from Shant and Angela as well. They worked as a team and never pressured me into anything which was nice because the whole process of of buying an engagement ring took about 6 months or so. In the end, the combination of service, price and customization (they make custom jewelry onsite) won my business. Give them a visit!

This was my second purchase from Simone & Son. Round one, the engagement ring. Round two, wedding bands.

Not only were the rings exactly what we wanted, but they are so unique that I feel like these rings embody our personality in a way. Words, and frankly pictures do not do these rings justice.

In addition to the phenomenal rings, the staff at Simone & Son were beyond amazing. Every time we walked into the store we felt like family being welcomed home. Literally everyone made sure to welcome us, answer all of our questions, and made it a point to make us feel special.

Simone and Son did such a beautiful job sizing and cleaning some rings that were family heirlooms. They needed a little TLC and when I got them back they fit perfectly and looked incredible! I would absolutely recommend!

They are a family that communicates with one another to provide you the ring that you and your significant other fantasize at a price you are looking for. I can t come up with enough wonderful things to say about my experience with Simone & Son! They are absolutely amazing to work with. Their products are incredible. They have the most professional and kind associates working there. I could go on and on! If you are shopping around for jewelry stores stop looking, you ve found the place. I came in with my 9 year old engagement ring that lost tiny diamonds nearly every year since I got it. I love my ring, but replacing these diamonds that were sure to fall out again, was becoming very frustrating and expensive! My friend referred me to Simone & Son after she had a great experience there herself. I was helped by Nick who was very informative and did not feel like a salesman in the least. He made me feel very comfortable, not pushed or rushed, while we were going over all the details of what I was looking for. Rather than repair my ring (again!) I decided to have them re-make my setting with their better quality in-house jewelry makers. I loved my original ring and style, but there was a small detail I d always wanted to change and decided to go for it. I got to see a CAD photo and 3D print of what my finished ring would look like - so cool! I now have the ring I ve always dreamed of. It was always beautiful, but now it s absolutely stunning!
