Shant and his team at Simone & Son provided me with the best customer service I had in many years. Shant was welcoming and eager to help me as soon as I walked in the door. The other employees were extremely kind to me and offered me water. Shant took his time and walked me through the whole process of the numerous options for engagement rings. I provided a diamond and needed a setting. I decided to go with a custom setting designed and made onsite. I was informed it would take roughly 4 to 5 weeks to finish, it was done in 2. I could not be more pleased with the final product. My fiancee absolutely blown away when I proposed. Thank you so much Simone & Son for being a part of a priceless memory.
