I went in for a warrantee issue. I have a new 2018 ford SHO. The driver side passenger window did not seal properly and it produced a loud wind noise at over 60mph.... right in my ear! I have been living with that rushing air sound for 25K miles and was hoping the window would one day seal properly.
Nicholas at Sill te har was a nice enough service guy but I do not feel he went to bat for me with Ford. The noise was obvious but Ford said NO REPAIR.
I felt let down and cheated by FORD
I also think that Sill the har should have been more on my side than Fords. The air noise is totally obvious.
