Totally Awesome experience!
Had a Safety Recall work done this morning on a Ford and 'Nick' from the service was exceptionally helpful and friendly.
The work was done very quickly, a shuttle was provided promptly (pick-up and drop-off - also enjoyed chatting with the shuttle driver during the rides) and a direct line of communication with Nick was available for update. Which you should know, I never had to use, because Nick kept me up-to-date on the progress pretty well. Flawless experience.
