Nick from service began with excuses even before I handed him the keys for warranty work. After having my vehicle in for service for 3 days, Sil-TerHar has failed to honor / resolve multiple issues presented to them.

Additionally, the shuttle service is not dependable as it took over 2 hours for the Service Team to successfully get me back to pick up my vehicle. I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from Sil-TerHar and would not trust them to even work on my lawnmower, let alone my vehicle.
