Very disappointed in the home we purchased in Teal Crossing by First America homes parent company Signorelli. The worst and most costly mistake to date. Buyer Beware!
As the parent company of First America Homes, I am not impressed with service received. We purchased our home in Teal Crossing, located in Willis. The backyard has been a mud pit due to improper grading. We have been given excuse after excuse as to when this is going to be resolved. This is the biggest and most costly mistake. Stay away from First America Homes.
The Signorelli Company is best in class real estate developer and does so much for the communities in which they operate and build. I am so happy to have all the retail and commercial development they have brought to New Caney which is much more convenient than traveling to The Woodlands or Kingwood.
The vision this company has is unlike any other real estate firm! They hire talented, driven and ambitious team members to make strides in the market!

The structural inspection of the house I did needed better management of framing and HVAC installation.
