I'm not someone who likes to write negative reviews. Schinner Law help me draft a basic land purchase agreement contract - but beware - 1/3 of the itemized $1000 bill included charges ( at $550/hr) for the first introductory 'interview' call to outline the scope of work AND charges for the email exchange to schedule that call (before we even met!). When I questioned those charges, Michael Schinner's response was "...the fees exceeded $1k, but as an accommodation, I discounted it to $1k." If that was the case, why include trivial charges for scheduling the first meeting? I realize we are only talking $330, but the response made me question the ethics and transparency of this law group. I wish I didn't have to say that.
