As the parent company of First America Homes, I am not impressed with service received. We purchased our home in Teal Crossing, located in Willis. The backyard has been a mud pit due to improper grading. We have been given excuse after excuse as to when this is going to be resolved.

This is the biggest and most costly mistake.

Stay away from First America Homes.
