I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Signature Mortgage.

I had to switch lenders last minute because the previous lender backed out of my mortgage and was saying that I was unable to qualify for the load I applied for even though I was repeatedly told that there would be no issue. Defeated, I Googled the type of loan I was applying for and Signature Mortgage was the first thing to pop up. So I looked them up, read some reviews, and thinking this was too good to be true, I called them up and explained my situation.

Cody James was assigned to my loan and he made everything much easier on me than my previous lender. I had most of what we needed from my first loan application and about a week and a half to secure the loan. Pressed with this deadline, Cody did everything efficiently and I was able to close on my house without issue! He made it so easy and I was always treated like a friend. If I didn't understand something he would explain it in a way that made sense. He gave good advice and was honest about what might happen if I did this or that. I was very pleased. If I ever purchase another home I would definitely use Signature Mortgage again.
