So I worked with Brian Poirier from signature mortgage. The truth is I thought that I was going to have a horrible experience buying for the first time. Brian made this the best experience that I possibly could have had for buying a home for the first time. He was very good at communicating what was going on with me, he was quick at making sure all documents and paperwork were submitted at the proper time, and this was all done during the pandemic. I would easily suggest him for anyone who wants to get financed for a mortgage or refinancing a house.
