It was a sorry experience , perhaps because of a Ferrari reunion
Food below average , if you present a 4 star establishment they should make sure you get the same value in food quality for all customers not for the few . Personally I wouldn t recommend it incredibly long wait , cold food ,
In addition expect to pay an average of 60.00 per person but you will also need to visit a different eatery as you will leave the place still peckish.

We go to this restaurant quite often and the quality of food, service and environment are always at the highest levels. Wine list with a wide selection. Splendid location both for business meetings and for special occasions. Definitely worth trying!

We returned to this beautiful restaurant located in the medieval district near the temples of Vesta and Sibilla and this time everything was impeccable. After tasting an excellent aperitif served in the garden under the temples, the young and very qualified staff made us sit in a beautiful room characterized by the ceiling with exposed beams. We tasted a great appetizer of fried and mixed vegetables. Following two excellent first courses, this time with normal portions. A fillet in crust with various side dishes has completed the excellent meal. Very fair prices. To go back and recommend.

The restaurant deserves in every respect or cuisine and position. Excellent cuisine, well presented dishes. Very welcoming but also informal environments. To try do not need other comments.

Maybe 5 stars is little ....... The mean! Try and try again, very nice place, with a view of part of the Gregorian villa. And the quality of food is equal to the wonder of the landscape

Superlative !!! Given that in my life I have attended a myriad of restaurants; Well, to say the restaurant Sibilla far exceeds my expectations starting from the location, the impeccable service, a refined menu of both land and sea, with exquisite desserts. A pearl in the center of the splendid Tivoli.

A fantastic location, unique, good cuisine that mixes with an atmosphere of two thousand years ago. The welcome, professionalism and courtesy of all the staff make the restaurant the strong point. With the summer caligula, the freshness is assured ... and every evening I would come for dinner here. Definitely worth trying!

The outside patio has some of the most beautiful views you'll ever see anywhere. It's absolutely exquisite. Surrounded by beautiful flowers, plants, and ancient ruins, you will not be interested in eating - the view is ridiculously breathtaking! Food & service were excellent as well. They even have a cell phone charger box for use w/keys to your part of the box.

The location is beautiful (especially the balcony overlooking the Villa Gregoriana park). Innovative, good and well-presented dishes even if the idea of serving appetizers for several people in a single basket, although aesthetically pleasing, is not very practical, especially if there is also polenta among the tastings. Not very convenient for parking and reaching.

That's what I said: This is best restaurant I've ever been to ever. Most spectacular view - all around. Where else can you dine and actually touch (with clean fingers) centuries old columns. We went for lunch. Tall stacked tray presentation. $$$. Place is hundreds of years old! Ambiance and charm is through the roof. The outside Garden with overhanging summer trellis flowers was greatest place to eat lunch.

Eating well in a 1720 restaurant immersed in an unreal atmosphere, dining at the foot of the Roman Temple of Vesta is an experience to do several times over a lifetime. Excellent service, great menu, interesting wine selection ..

Excellent restaurant. It is located in a breathtaking position, in the midst of two historic temples that can be visited from their garden. The restaurant is very historic, just look at the plates indicating real people - worldwide - who have stayed there. The food is of an excellent standard and the service also. Excellent quality / price.

The staff was all very kind and helpful, the place is beautiful, but the quality / price ratio did not satisfy me at all. Not having a huge choice on the menu, with my boyfriend we decided to opt for the Territory Menu. We have made this choice also because of the prices in general, which in my opinion are not justified. The menu included ravioli with burrata and quite disappointing nuts, they were tasteless. The second included sausage, which on the menu said to be cut with a knife, a southern specialty that I know very well and was absolutely nothing close to that. They were two common sausages accompanied by a spoonful of potatoes and a forkful of agretti. Poor! Finally there was the sweet, a classic crumbled, this is not bad. In short: the service is very good but the kitchen is much better!

Great

Best dinner I had in Tivoli.
The atmosphere is beyond words. You have to see for yourselves.
The waiter was really really nice. He recommended us several dishes and I followed. I m so glad that I asked for his suggestions. We didn t order too much because we weren t so hungry that night. Then we got so surprised for what we had in that dinner.
Zucchini flowers, must have.

The old-fashioned interior, awesome view from the terrace to the waterfall, decent Michelin-style cuisine, friendly hosts. After visiting the villas, do not be lazy, drop by here and you will not regret it, it is advisable to reserve a table in advance, the place is very popular among the local population. A full dinner for four with two bottles of wine cost 280 oyro.

Great kitchen.

Great kitchen.
Simone in the dining room always knows how to satisfy with delicious and special dishes.
Impeccable service.
Prices in the standard for quality, environment and service. The temple of the Sibyl in the outdoor area is beautiful for some souvenir photos.

A suggestive location immersed in the ancient city of Tivoli, the restaurant is above the Gregorian villa and onwards stands the temple of the sibilla and vesta. Exclusive and romantic restaurant with excellent cuisine and delicious dishes.

BOOKING RECOMMENDED!! By the stroke of luck and the grace of God we were seated without a booking at this world famous restaurant (without a booking) on a Saturday afternoon that had been graced with idyllic temperatures, blue skies and a mood of joy and Love. If you love food, eat here (every course is exquisite, well chosen to be balanced with flavor and artistic qualities). If you love history, eat here (in the shadows of 300 BC Roman columns and a wall of marble plaques sharing a rich history). Do you appreciate gardens? The wisteria which provides respite from the Italian sun and allows a gentle sun kissed light to dance on the patrons is thought to be the second oldest Wisteria in the country. The wine list is generous, the wait staff attentive and the memories of a gorgeous afternoon will lady a lifetime. I can only hope you will have a similar experience.
