The place is unique and the cuisine and service are good

Unique restaurant in the world. Dining at sunset and by candlelight under the temple of Vesta is something exceptional. To consider that Tivoli arose before the ancient Rome.
As for the restaurant, the dishes are excellent and sought after. We chose the seafood menu and were very satisfied. Very good quality and price.

The fact that there is a historical site , temple of vesta circa 100 bc near the outdoor seating area should be enough of a reason to eat at the restaurant. Like many of Italy s great restaurants outside of the major metropolitan area, the food tasted like it came out of a family kitchen. The prices weren t the cheapest but the experience is worth every penny. The art work and historic marker depicts the surroundings from centuries ago. Literally every part of the trek was worth the trip. Arrive at the train station and walk to Villa d Este. From there, take a nice stroll and weave through the alleys and soak in the daily life of the locals. Don t for get to take a picture near the bridge on the way back to the station.

An amazing setting!! The outdoor dining area overlooks the Villa Gregoriana and an ancient temple. Excellent quality food, attentive but unobtrusive service, fine selection of local wines.

price is a bit hig but is right for such a beautiful place
service is fast and gentle, food is delicate and delicious , the location is gorgeus with the sibilla's temple right there in the garden and a cool view on the waterfall

The kitchen in this restaurant is very tasty, and the chefs are honest. 5. Score 2 refers to the service and the staff, alas. I had to wait for my order for 1,5 hours .... Yes, it's a day off, Sunday, there are a lot of visitors, but. After 1 hour of waiting, when the dishes brought in the district all Italians, who, it should be noted, came much later than us ... it became insulting and I wanted to leave.

Every single part of our meal was superb. The food itself was of the highest quality and it's hard to beat this ambience especially in the evening.

Restaurant with a fantastic view of the valley carved by the Aniene. In the garden the excellently preserved remains of the temple of Vesta. Excellent meat dishes. Prices are medium to high.

La Sibilla is located in Tivoli in a unique and suggestive position. Immersed in a breathtaking panorama and surrounded by Roman ruins. The refined and excellent cuisine. Just the value for money. Recommended

Lovely place for location, furnishings, attention to detail and atmosphere! Enjoying the excellent cuisine of this restaurant in the garden under a centenary wisteria, one of the oldest in Europe, was enchanting. Warm welcome and attentive, courteous service is never intrusive, even the company of the table neighbors was very pleasant, including a sweet and friendly four-legged adventurer! I am happy that this lovely place allows you to bring pets too. The price is excellent for the experience that this place offers. Thanks for the wonderful experience and also for the passage to the parking lot with the electric car, another touch of courtesy.

It is delicious and has small ruins. The view is wonderful and you can see the waterfall.

Check the bill! We were charged for two sibilla starters for a total of 40 euros but we asked just for one : there were two pieces of each kind, definitely not much for 40 euros! Unfortunately I did not check the details of the bill as we had guests.

2 stars because, if you want to have a certain target, you can't discard customers a priori because they wear sneakers and jeans but then let them sit the same to offer a service not up to par and then see waiters coming out of the kitchen and make mistakes tables on tables, they lean on the tables while they talked with customers, whoever poured the wine dripped everywhere and the glasses were not even the same .. Much below my expectations apart from the bill .. However you eat well! You have to work on the service

We eat very well both meat and fish. The environment is elegant and the service is excellent. It is possible to eat outside in good weather. Good wine selection. It is not a cheap place.

What a view and great food! The service was great. They had a three tiered tray with appetizers that was really good. The hazelnut parfait was one of the best desserts I had in Italy. It was definitely a treat after the long walk to get to the end of Villa Gregoriana.

This place was phenomenal! I don t understand how Italians can eat so much food! I was stuffed to the rafters. While you are in Tivoli, make sure to go see the Villa d Este. It is the mother of all water gardens. Tivoli is far enough from Rome that tourists rarely find their way there so definitely make time during your trip to check this place out.

The location is really captivating, the quality of the offer from the menu a little less, especially in the proposal of the wines but surely you can spend a pleasant evening. On weekends it is quite chaotic.

Very classy. All studied in detail. Once we arrived they immediately brought us a disposable bag to hold the mask (the only flaw is that it is plastic, they should use paper due to the global emergency). The food is excellent and despite being a high standard restaurant, the portions are generous. The staff are courteous and professional. I highly recommend it.
