Beautifully located restaurant with delicious food. I especially enjoyed the grilled octopus with asparagus.
Service is good and the view is fabulous with the some old temple ruins nearby and all the green background.

Priceless location, next to the archaeological area of the old Tiburtina acropolis; service worthy of note, with an attention to the customer out of the ordinary; high quality of foods, which combine tradition and refinement. The price is correct and compared to the high standard.

There is a very convenient 3-storey car park just before the bridge, and the Sibilla offers a free parking / restaurant shuttle service for those in need.
Restaurant on two floors, it is very large. In addition to summer or when the weather permits there is also the internal garden available, wonderful too.
Whether for a special occasion, a birthday, a romantic evening or maybe you want to hit someone, the Sibyl is absolutely one of the best places you will have in Rome and its surroundings.

A delight I loved, the food is excellent as well as the desserts, and a terrace outside beautiful under vines. A tip made first villa gregoriana then after your long walk of several kilometers enjoy this restaurant. The bill for two people (aperitif dishes dessert digestive coffee) 70 euros.

Great evening with attentive staff and fantastic food. My husband and I loved the sausage stuffed Guinea fowl the best. Prices were very reasonable and dessert was exceptional. We went in the spring before it got really busy.

Suggestive location where you can dine at the foot of the temple of Vesta in a quiet and elegant atmosphere. The quality of the dishes is high: we ate well-prepared fish appetizers, certainly noteworthy are the tasty but delicate and balanced octopus octopus and the fried calamari and prawns, but what is particularly surprising are the fried pumpkin flowers: they have known to make an elegant, light and tasty rotisserie dish at the same time. Very good is the cbt loin, the good cod but nothing exciting, the desserts really good and balanced.
