Slow immigration officers. We have been in line more than 2 hours. There are 7 officers for more than 400 people

Food options in E Terminal are practically non-existent for a breakfast option. Sit down restaurant with what appeared to be a half hour wait, coffee shop with meh choices, or premade sandwiches at the newsstand.

I ve never had an on time flight from here. No decent food; basically an oversized bus station with planes.

Security is super easy to get through due to low volume, but at this time the ceilings look like they've fallen off

Immigration was really congested, slow and they left us waiting inside the plane for more than an hour and a half, making lots of people miss their connecting flight. The airline rebooked depending on availability but didn t give any hotel, meals nor transportation.
Traffic was also bad and Rides were difficult to find

The information for travelers, especially for onward flights, was inadequate. We did not find any clues in the terminal of Jetblue for our onward flight with Silver Airways and had to ask at the counter. The walk to the other terminal (would there have been a transport?) Was long and exhausting, even without heavy luggage.

Terminal 1. Free WiFi may be slow. Charging is also possible.

Friendly airport. Concourse E was in need of some updating. Bathrooms were some what dirty. Few food choices. Everything closes at 11 p.m. or sooner.

Chaotic, unorganized, took way too long to leave the terminal. Worst airport I ve ever traveled through

Freezing cold here and no one cares if your hungry or cold, my flight was supposed to leave at 9 and it is now 3:08 in the morning

Pretty organized airport , especially U.S. customers. Just automate the jobs of the people who work there because their absolutely useless. Lines go by quickly, clean, and lots and lots of delays. I always have to make sure I am on track on checking my flights, especially local flights, funny, but yes, these are the ones that are late.

An actual area to wait before check in for early arrivals (mostly those getting off a cruise) with tables, chairs, and vending machines. Security was fast and efficient. Good variety of places to grab a bite to eat.

Wished I had read the reviews before giving them my money.. no cinnamon sugar nuggets, one cinnamon sugar pretzel..must have been there all day hard as a rock..should have been taken out of the counter hours ago...if I didn't have to get to my flight I would have taken it back...very disappointing

Great car selection and flexibility. VERY fast check in process. This location is fast and allows you to choose your own car as you wish. The manager even offered me a midsize after booking a economy as for the selection at the time was limited. He was very kind and I rent from them often. Staff is accommodating and kind.

At LEAST 50 percent of the people in the airport were not wearing masks. There was no one around to enforce wearing masks. No hand sanitizer stations anywhere. What is going on????

A great little airport that has grown into a huge airport. Everything updated nicely and good food choices for travelers. Lots of competition here that keep the airline prices lower than Miami. Biggest issues are parking prices (take an Uber) and just trying to get dropped off (traffic is bad most of the time)

Its was very well laid out, clear path to whichever terminal you need to be at.

I do not really like that system to buy and then deliver what you bought, do not give time to organize it in the suitcase or wallet ... I guess it is the price paid for those who make bombs with certain substances. In general terms it is a good installation ...

The luggage was damaged, the transport to the car rentals was full and rare, the service was not so good also

The Fort Lauderdale international airport is in a convenient location, as it s only about 2-3 miles from the cruise ship terminal and the broward county greater Fort Lauderdale convention center.

The airport really needs to be renovated as it s still as if it s in the 1970s or 1980s. If you are renting a car then you need extra time to take the bus to and from the car rental center.

The music background on Gates C is so annoying. Airport doesn t need noise, people want to read or work or sleep or talk. Horrible to be waiting and listening this phone call waiting sound track.

Belongs in the Third World. Old looking, dim, unimaginative.

My favorite airport in South Florida. Easy to get in and out. Sometimes, there is a lots of traffic dropping off and picking up.

Good selection of both airlines and flights.

Strange airport, slept here overnight on the seats for 16hrs and couldn't find anywhere to eat.

Very unimpressed, many people working a job, very few committed to their career and support of customers is suffering as a result.

Convenient but that's about it.....I'm here now on a Saturday, it's about as crowded as I have ever seen in a airport, I'm in B concorse.no shades on Windows and no air circulation in passenger sitting areas. Must be 75+ degrees in here., deep waiting lines for bathrooms. Some doors on stalls bearly hanging on. I'm feeling lucky I got a stall with half a roll of toliet paper.next trip in I'm going to have to plan to avoid this mess next trip or fly into Miami.

Great viewing spot for watching the airport traffic arrive and take off. Hours for viewing are 7AM to 11PM

This airport is far too small to handle all the cruise port traffic. Limited seating and bathrooms. 30 minute wait for food. I will be NOT be back until after the remodel. Go to West Palm Beach airport instead.

I have to say getting their early was perfect. I didn't feel rushed and the TSA staff was particularly nice.
I headed down to a shop for breakfast it was a fresh bagel with eggs and bacon. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked and I felt protected. Nice airport.

FLL Airport is clean, TSA in Terminal 3 was efficient, and the vendors are polite . Very nice experience.

The current efforts at improving the customer experience at FLL is already bearing fruit. Some of the congestion that was previously typical of this airport is no longer there. There are also many more food options in the departure lounges.
My preferred gateway into Florida.

This airport was quite small which meant I was able to go through it very quickly. It was my first time traveling through Ft. Lauderdale and it was a great experience, from the weather to the amazing people. The tickets are normally really cheap to fly here and you don't have to worry about getting lost due to the small size of the airport. The processes were seamless, efficient and very user-friendly which allowed it to be one of my personal favorites. If you are looking to try a new airport without all the hassles of trains and long walks, you can travel to this airport.

Made our way through security and got some food in G. Hung out and went to our gate, good stores and decent prices.

HORRENDOUS! Filthy place and lousy organization, unfriendly staff. Took 3 hours to disembark and go through formalities after a 9 hours flight... Will revert to to Miami next time. Not worth stress, pain! AVOID.

Listen I go pick my sister up from international airport in Fort Lauderdale quite frequently from Houston Texas and her plane was delayed almost 45 minutes..... I understand planes get delayed for weather and other... but when the people arrive to the airport and have to park in cell phone area with NO BATHROOM.... it s not ok..west palm beach has a nice cell phone area for waiting on arrival.

A little small/crowded in terminal 3. Otherwise clean and fine. No issues.

Holy hell. This is the worst airport ever. No waiting places, though you can only check in 2 hours prior to a flight. The result is like a scene from Soylent Green. Terminal 2 has 9 Gates, but the traffic could easily be crowded with twice that many. Find your way to the ship piers through another airport.

FREE WI-FI. Cannot stress this enough - so few airports offer completely free Wi-Fi anymore.
Rocking chairs in front of the big windows to view planes going out and in. Decent food selection. Great place for a long layover.

Parking was awesome..no lines anywhere..perfect time to travel..

Great airport. Shuttle service to rental car garage was horrible! At least 100 people in line waiting for shuttle buses.

Whenever I come to Florida to see family I always like coming to Hollywood International Airport. It's just a really nice place to come too after a long flight from New York City or London.

Customs experience was horrible, almost missed our connecting flight due to complete lack of staff at customs. Had the vacation of a lifetime except for ft Lauderdale airport.

My small bottle of water was taken away and most stations or food courts were closed

Worst temperature control. Its freezing inside the airport. You feel good at first especially after a hot humid Florida weather. But if you have to stay longer especially if flight gets delayed or you arrive early better get a jerkin. I saw lot of people struggling with cold.

Okay, I would have liked a technology store in the dutty free. But the airport is fine

Excellent service, comfortable waiting areas, with some entertainment for kids too.

We went out of the country then came back to this airport. The weird thing was even though you had to go through customs which was expected you had to go up to the top floor and recheck your bags and go back through security. I didn t like doing that a second time. It was very busy here when I went and their food choices aren t bad. I liked two places over by Gate A, I can t think of what it s called at the moment.

If you have to spend many hours waiting for a flight, this is a good terminal. There are spacious waiting rooms and you can get some sleep.
There are several restaurants, in Terminal G, such as:
Casavana: normal food, not so good, not so bad. It is allowed to eat, especially the empanadas.
Fresh Zone: Mexican food. It is fresh food, it feels like freshly made even if there are precooked products. Guacamole, pico de gallo and beans. Very good quesadillas, especially if you are hungry.
There are several souvenir shops and snacks. The cheapest bottle of water comes out at 2.50.
They offer good WIFI, the only bad thing is that between each terminal you must reconnect because they are independent of each other. But overall, fine.

Security was super quick and easy. A lot of the vendors were closed so there was only one place to get food or drinks and no place to grab essentials if you forgot something.

Good airport, free wifi, Terminals are closed even to walk, transportation information avaible.

I like to get here because there is not as much congestion as Miami. I find fast entry and exit always very safe. And very clean

Flew into ft Lauderdale for trip to keys. After we landed, a storm blew in and we waited over an hour and 20 minutes for our bags. Apparently there s some ramp they move bags down and in the event of a storm it is closed. As such, we waited. I knew our bags would likely be wet, of course they were! But now I ve lost a new Michaes Kors white shirt for my vacation, which has red faded on it, and a new pajama set that has the same. All of my clothes are wet. Not impressed! And even my anniversary card for my husband is soaked. Wow. Im so disappointed in Ft Lauderdale Airport. Terrible service

Absolute trash airport. Staff is lazy and rude. Let a delayed arrival go through customs first delaying and additional 10+ arrivals that missed their connections - what an absolute sh*tshow. I ve been to quite a few sketchy airports but this one has absolutely taken the winner of the worst airport I have been to - logistics was zero, staff was lazy, rude and useless and the line for customs AS A UNITED STATES CITIZEN took over 3.5 hours, meanwhile BS PAID additional applications such as Global Citizen or Mobile Airport we re allowed to fly through - the hell is this Disney World?! I need a Flash Pass to get to my connection otherwise my entire day is screwed?? Absolute trash especially when I have a domestic flight I had 2.5 hours to get to. Abysmal. Seriously - get your act together and use your brains. Don t delay 10+ that now need new connections due to ONE being late in its arrival. That is now TEN TIMES MORE PEOPLE THAT GOT SCREWED THEN THE ORIGINAL DELAYED FLIGHT. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED.

FLL is pretty miserable when it comes to the terminal experience. I mostly fly JetBlue, and that terminal is sparse. They did add in a few fast food restaurants, but I don't particularly like any of them (although Jamba Juice is ok). The Food Network Kitchen has good looking stuff, but it's very overpriced and they don't manage their line or wait very well. The bar is sad as well - obviously it's an airport, so it's going to be pricey, but the bartenders tend not to serve quickly. This is what happens when you get Broward County to manage an airport.

Bad customer service, not handicap friendly: I took my friend, who was in a wheelchair and had to the airport, and he called ahead and they told him someone would meet him at the curb. NO ONE MET US! When I got him and his 3 bags and walker inside(with much difficulty), the most assistance we got was someone pointing to the full service counter. I lifted his bags onto the scale, and when he was checked in, they POINTED to where I should take him next. From there, I guess they called someone to help him. I got bact to my car to find ticket for improper parking $75. I usually like this airport, because it is less busy than Miami. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED HELP. There is no one willing to help you.

Fine, but if you don't park in the right place, you have to take a long walk outside the terminals.

Fort Lauderdale Airport is packed with thieves . My credit was scanned at Pei Wei Chinese at the airport.I got back to Maryland six hours after my purchase there and I had 8 charges tried . One went through .7 got declined.
Fort Lauderdale is a pirates paradise . I will never return

I prefer always this airport, small and easy to go or came in.

No frills, just a good rental car at an affordable price. Keep in mind if you have a second driver, they charge a fee of $13 per day. According to the representative behind the counter, all rental car companies have this charge. Fortunately, I made my reservation through AAA where I was exempt from that policy.

U worthless scumbags LOST my bag! And no video camera at the baggage either, thanks for nothing and to jet blue too. Y'all suck!
