I really think it is a good company to work for as well as have them work for your loved ones. They keep close contact with their patients. I appreciate the fact that they will try and keep you employed. They have no control over circumstances. That may cause a delay in your work schedule. They show great concern for their employees. Thanks to the staff at. Home Instead for trusting me in serving your patients. Giving me a chance of employment.

The owners and staff are all are kind and considerate, always available and ready to assist with new clients.This is my first choice of recommendation for in home care assistance for any private duty care, short term or long term.

Mom used their services to organize her home, get transportation to shop and medical visits. Just too bad that 4hr per day is minimum visit. Didn't need that much assistance so she felt it was too many hours for each day.

The young woman who worked with me was upbeat, energetic, patient and compassionate.Other aides at Home Instead had similar traits. I cannot speak highly enough about the service this agency provides.

My Home Instead gives us the tools we need so we know how to take care of each client. I was very pleased with the domestic help I received from HI. Don't know of a similar service that charges more than HI but you get what you pay for.

Is funny to read how great is to work for them. First they make you waste your time in orientation have another CPR when you already have all your training and at the end you don t get a phone call or a case and they make you call them to ask if any work available? They make you fill a paper with dates and times you are available to work and then they offer you the opposite. They advertised 11-14 on hour But is ..... they only pay 10 no matter how many years experience you have. They don t care they only want you to go there and do a whole lot for what they charge but you as a worker you get 10. I been around agencies and I the beginning I did have high expectations for them but they failed me. People have families to take care too is Easy for them to get clients and offer them everything but we are the one doing the job for almost nothing. Horrible experience

I rate Home Instead 5 stars but only because there aren't 10 to choose from! When it comes to taking care of our Ocala community, Jim & Mary & their caring team make it their top priority.

My mom fell and hit her head while she was helping to make her bed with her wonderful caregiver, Karen. Karen quickly assessed the situation, got emergency services to take her to the hospital. Home Instead was really on the ball and kept me inform throughout the process. They arranged for another lovely caregiver to come to the hospital to stay with my mom and bring her home after Karen's shift was over. There was not only continuity of care but tremendous compassion and professionalism provided during this scary episode. Living far away, Home Instead staff like Dana, helped ease my worries during this crisis. My heart is full of gratitude. Leah
